Urban parks were used as places that people can take a rest and enjoy the natural environment and scenery in the past. But the started to be changed and individualized by human activities in them. And the urban parks in suburbs are not only a public pleasure resort that people take a good rest; now they are used for more various purposes and as a place of education. history. culture landscape and ecology. During the process of urban planning and development under the rapid industralization and urbanization. various species and urban forest valuable enough to be preserved are disturbed. damaged and destroyed so that the opportunities of citizens to be friendly with nature are getting rarer. In he case of Kunsan City. there seems to be no ecological space in the parks. We have o intensity connection of green area line between main park of Kun-san city and have to endow the park situation and division of skill with a relationship connection through the positive formation of neighborhood park and reasonably based on Biotop. From he survey of kunbong Neighborhood Park. a spot of the green-belt located in the north-east suburb of Kunsan City. this study will suggest a detailed plan of a desirable ecological park on the purpose of preserving and restoring natural eco-system.

스포츠 센터 직원의 조직풍토가 이직에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact that the organizational climate on quitting job of sport center employees. 210 persons among employees working at 12 centers in Kyonggi province were sample, and the responses of the only 204 persons who answered unfaithfully or omitted a portion of responses were applied to analyze actually. A questionnaire titled "The Influence of Organizational Climate of the Employees Sport Center's on Quitting Job" of which reliability was cronbach's α=.7002∼.7325 showed. This study brings the follow conclusions by using statistical analysis such as frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's ex facto verification. correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings of such an analysis are as follows; First, organizational climate of the sport center employees were differentiated by background factors, showed significantly(.05) difference by education, position, and working years. Second, quitting job of the sport center employees were differentiated by background factors, showed a difference by working years. Third, organizational climate factors of the sport center employees were by difference all factors except democratic/autonomous factors.

어메니티플랜의 제도화 방안에 관한 연구

The importance of the quality of urban life is being increased now. Citizens have been looking for the pleasant places and have a tendency for getting amenity in a certain place. In some cities, an amenity plan has been made to promote urban amenities and to get rid of dis-amenities. We believe that amenity would be more important planning elements in the future. This study proceeded to get some guidances for amenity plan as followings. First, the literature study for amenity and amenity plan was carried out. Second, questionary survey was executed for figuring out the experts' opinion. Third, the suggestions for making amenity plan were developed.

대전지역에서 유통되는 농산물중의 유기염소계와 유기인계 잔류농약 함량 조사

This study was carried out to elucidate contamination realities of residual pesticides on the agricultural products marketed in the Daejeon's area. From 2000 to 2002, organochlorine and organophophorus residual pesticides for 252 agricultural products marketed in the Daejeon's area were investigated and were detected those of 42 kinds. Among 252 agricultural product samples, residual pesticides of samples marketed from 2000 to 2002 were detected in 79 samples. Agricultural product samples exceeding a permission standard were 14 samples (5.6% for total) with organochlorine pesticide of 3 kinds and organophosphorus pesticide of 11 kinds. Sample showing high residual pesticide detection rate were spinach, perilla leaf, jujube, apple and celery, and detection rate of pesticides such as cypermethrin, endosulfan, folpet, procymidone, chlorpyrifos and ethoprophos was high. Among the organochlorine pesticides, detection rate and detection range of endosulfan was 10.3%, 0.0070∼2.947 ppm, cypermethrin was 6.3%, 0.134∼3.680 ppm and folpet, procymidone were 5.6% and 0.0058∼1.0715 ppm, 0.080∼1.149 ppm respectively, which, showed very low levels. Among the organophophorus pesticides, detection rate and detection range of chlorpyrifos and ethroprophos were 13.5% and 0.0180~0.6836 ppm, 5.6% and 0.0140~0.520 ppm respectively, which showed high detection rate and narrow detection range.

후방 및 전측방 접근법에 의한 경추부 거대 척수신경섬유종의 완전 적출 치험 1예

The authors present a case of huge cervical neurofibroma, which was completely rejected with combined posterior and anterolateral approaches. This 27-year-old female patient complained neck pain without neurologic deficit after traffic accident. Plain X-ray revealed left C7 neural foraminal widening and magnetic resonance imaging showed a huge enhaned mass which was expanding from intradural extramedullary region to extradural space through C7 neural foramen. On the first stage, the partial removal of intradural extramedullary tumor mass and the resection of C7 nerve root after neural stimulation were done with posterior approach. On the second stage of the operation, remained huge extradural mass was totally removed via anterolateral approach, Postoperative MR image revealed total resection of the mass. The patient's symptoms were completely relieved and no neurologic complication was observed in spite of the resection of C7 ventral root.

반응표면분석을 통한 SU-8 포토레지스트의 특성 및 최적화

SU-8 is a epoxy based photoresist designed for MEMS applications, where a thick, chemically and thermally stable image is desired. But SU-8 has proven to be very sensitive to variation in processing variables and hence difficult to use in the fabrication of useful structures. In this paper, negative SU-8 photoresist processed has been characterized in terms of delamination. Based on a full factorial designed experiment. Employing the design of experiment (DOE), a process parameter is established, and analyzing of full factorial design is generated to investigate degree of delamination associated with three process parameters: PEB (Post Exposure Bake) temperature, PEB time, and exposure energy. These results identify acceptable ranges of the three process variables to avoid delamination of SU-8 film, which in turn might lead to potential defects in MEMS device fabrication.

충주시 농촌지역 주민들에 대한 보건교육 평가

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of health education program in Choongju rural area which had conducted by Public Health Doctor during winter in 1994 and 1995. We used two step sampling method for a household survey. First, six were selected from 12 Myuns, which were stratified by the level of health education activity. Second, we applied convenient sample method. Of the 307 respondents, most of them knew Health-subcenter's existence in their region. However, only 149 persons(45%) visited it during last year. They visited Health-subcenter because it was easy to travel and convenient. Some of them thought that Health-subcenter had very poorly equipped and supplied. About 32∼34% of respondents participated the health education program for hypertension and diabetes mellitus which was done last winter, and 59∼70% of participants of the program answered that it was very, moderately helpful. 82∼83% of participants recognized complications of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, and 18∼20% of them did not know that medications of hypertension and diabetes mellitus should be continued one's whole life. The respondents want to receive health educations for cancer, arthritis, viral hepatitis and AIDS in orders. Many of rural residents utilize Health-subcenters because health clinics in Choongju rural area are very few.
