      • Accuracy on the Edge Detection of Topography for Digital Map Manufacture

        Currently, digital maps in the metropolitan area are supposed to be revised and renewed every two years, but it is difficulty for the renewal of current information to keep pace with the quickly changing society and so, one of the alternative methods being discussed is a digital map produced using high resolution satellites. The biggest problem in the production of digital maps using high resolution satellite images is the difficulty of production in vector resource format through edge detection of satellite images, a Raster data. In this study, topographical boundaries were detected through edge detection of the satellite image, and after vectorliezing using the screen digitizing method, the results were evaluated and compared to the digital map from the NGII(National Geographic Information Institute) for accuracy.

      • 뇌실외 배액술 관리에 대한 이해 및 업무수행 실태

        The objective of this study was to investigate the managing realities of EVD and provide a descriptive survey with the attempt to obtain basic data needed for the standardization of EVD management. For that purpose, 220 questionnaire copies were distributed to those nurses who were working with intensive care units at university hospitals, general hospitals, semi-general hospitals in Seoul, Kyongki-de and local areas. Of 158 returned questionnaire copies, 139 were used for analysis. Data were collected during the term of academic seminars of Neurosurgery Nursing Committee and KICA (Korea Intensive Care Association), ranging from Oct. 26 through 27. 2000. The tools utilized a structured questionnaire form consisting of 21 questions on general characteristics, the level of understanding, the level of work performance, standard management guidelines, etc. The data collected were analysed with frequency, percentage, mean vague, chi -square test using the SPSS 10.0 program Findings were revealed, as follows: For managing the prevention of EVD infection, aseptic technique was found to be of the most importance (48.9%),'the technique should be carried out at an operation room'(92.8%), but it was actually performed at intensive care units (over 51.5%). 'The term of antibiotics use should be less than 7 days' (81.8%), while it was actually executed for less than 7 days (49.5%). 'The proper time of quittance from it should be within less than 7 days'(74.1%) but actual quittance was executed only by 51.1%. 'Set exchange is needed' by 54.0% but actual exchange was implemented merely by 28.1%. 'The subject of management should be nurses' was reflected by 40% but actually 52.0% were carried out. As a result of hating analysed the understanding of the management of EVD by general characteristics, a significant difference was found in the necessity for set exchange by hospitals, in the time of quittance of a catheter, and in ablution items by work experience. The result of hating analysed the work performance levels of EVD management by general characteristics revealed that a significant difference in administration facilities of medicine by the classification of hospitals, especially the use of antibiotics and the quitting time of a catheter by the classification of intensive care units, and in the use of antibiotics and ablution items by the standard management guidelines.

      • 임신성 융모 종양의 Immunoperoxidase 방법에 의한 HCG, HPL 및 SP-1의 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Fourty-six cases of gestational trophoblastic neoplasms (32 cases of hydatidiform mole; 4 cases of invasive mole; 10 cases of choriocarcinoma) and five cases of normal pregnancy as control group were studied for the distribution and intensity of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG), human placental lactogen(HPL) and regnancy specific beta-1 glycoprotein(SP-1) by immunoperoxidase method. The following results were obtained. 1) The HGC was seen in the syncytiotropholasts, but not cytotrophoblasts of normal placental tissue and hydatidiform mole in all 3 grades. However, in the invasive mole and choriocarcinoma, the HCG was also seen in the cytotrophoblasts. 2) The HPL and SP-1 were only seen in the syncytiotrophoblasts in all those trophoblastic neoplasms. 3) The more malignancy was progressed, the more intensity of the HCG in the syncytiotrophoblasts was increase. Especially, it was severe intensity of positivity in the choriocarcinoma. 4) Intensity of the HPL in the syncytiotrophoblast had the tendency of increase in the invasive mole. But, it was variable in the choriocarcinoma. 5) Intensity of the SP-1 in the syncytiotrophoblast had the tendency of increase in the grade Ⅱ of hydatidiform mole. But thereafter, it was decreased or variable in more aggressive trophoblastic neoplasms, In conclusion, the HCG, HPL and SP-1 were present in the syncytiotrophoblasts of normal placental tissue and various trophoblastic neoplasms. And, the more severe hyperplasia and undifferentiation of trophoblasts were seen, the more intensity of the HCG was increased, suggesting that the HCG can be a useful tumor marker of prognosis in gestational trophpblastic neoplasms.

It will be able to predict a third, duty satisfactory this business efficiency improvement Also the duty stress which is visible the relationship of sports participation and consider directness predicts a duty satisfaction, the duty satisfaction predicts a business efficiency improvement. Only the duty stress is predicted and only by a sports indirect participation that the water service which directness will predict a business efficiency improvement it is feed it becomes. Like this conclusion degree of sports participation with improvement passes by the relationship which is an increase of business efficiency improvement and an improvement of duty satisfaction and the business efficiency improves interpretation does to be possible. Also sports indirect participation degree with improvement daytime it dances the duty stress and it improves the mediation which is a duty satisfactory increase it leads and that indirectly it will be able to improve a business efficiency feed it becomes a direct business efficiency.

      • RTK GPS 측량에 의한 토공량 산정과 DTM생성에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the calculation of earth volume in combination with RTK GPS and TS in the development district of residential land. It is the interpolation methods, the height , and the formula of volume calculation that the earth volume is calculated to compare with RTK and TS. As a result of comparing RTK with TS in the horizontal and vertical positions, the differences is 0.02m, 0.032m, and 0.100m at X, Y, and h. Through this results, the accuracy of RTK was confirmed, and took the average cut minus fill. The result was that TS has a lot of cut volume, and RTK has a lot of fill volume. and The cut and fill volume with RTK is much similar to that with TS, so it is applicable to the calculation of earth-volume. It is expected that RTK is applicable to a job site in no time and is the basis on the construction of DTM(Digital Terrain Model), the geometric correction of satellite imagery, and the construction of GIS database.

        한국산 긴몰개(Squalidus gracilis majime, Cyprinidae)의 난발생

        한국산 긴몰개 (Squalidus gracilis majimae)의 난발생 과정을 연구하기 위하여, 긴몰개의 친어와 생태적 조사는 충청남도 보령시에 위치한 보령댐과 웅천천에서 실시하였다. 자연 산란에 의해 수정된 난과 배 발생의 형태학적 설명은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 수정란의 형태는 둥글고, 점착성이 있으며 투명하였고, 수정란의 평균직경은 2.9±0.3 ㎜ (n = 30)였고, 유구가 존재하지 않았으며, 수정란의 발생은 수온 26±1.5℃에서 관찰되었다. 수정 후 20분에 배반이 형성되었으며,48분 뒤 2세포로 나뉘어졌고, 포배기는 수정 후 5시간 40분에 나타났으며, 낭배기는 수정 후 6시간 55분에 관찰되었다. 배체의 형성은 수정 후 12시간 58분부터 시작되었고, 안포와 9개의 체절이 수정 후 17시간 05분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 23시간 30분에 이포가 생겼으며, 25~26개의 체절과 함께 안포안의 렌즈가 수정 후 32시간 35분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 37시간 27분에 뇌의 분화와 함께 배체가 꿈틀거리기 시작했으며, 심장박동과 안포내의 흑색소포가 수정 후 44시간 46분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 50시간 36분 가슴지느러미의 형성과 함께 몸 부분의 흑색소포가 형성되는 것을 끝으로하여 수정 후 57시간 49분에 수정란은 부화되었다. 이때 갓 부화된 자어는 전장이 3.3±0.2 ㎜(n= 120)이었다. 본 연구 결과는 최근 수질오염 및 종 다양성 감소가 시급한 상황에서 종 및 개체군 보존에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted, based on the field survey and laboratory observations, to elucidate egg developmental processes and their characteristics of the Korean slender gudgeon, Squalidus gracilis majimae. For the experiments, the mature adults were collected at the Woongcheon-Cheon Stream and Boreung Reservoir located in Boreung City, Chungnam Province and eggs were obtained from the natural spawning area. Morphological characteristics of the egg and embryonic development were su㎜arized as follows: The shape of the fertilized egg was spherical, adhesive and transparent. The fertilized egg was 2.9±0.3 ㎜ (n = 30) in mean diameter under water temperature of 26 ± 1.5℃, light white in color and had no oil droplets. After 20 minutes from the time of fertilization, a blastodisc was formed and divided into two cells at 48 minutes after fertilization. The blastular stage occurred at 5 hours 40 minutes after fertilization and the gastrular stage was detected at 8 hours 41 minutes after fertilization. The beginning of embryo formation was observed at 12 hours 58 minutes after fertilization and optic vesicles and 9 somites were discovered at 17 hours 05 minutes after fertilization. Differentiation of brains and embryo wiggling were observed at 37 hours 27 minutes after fertilization. Heart beating and the formation of melanophores in optic vesicles were detected at 44 hours 46 minutes after fertilization. The formation of pectoral fins and melanophores in the body were discovered at 50 hours 36 minutes after fertilization. Hatching occurred at 57 hours 49 minutes after fertilization. The newly hatched larvae were 3.3 ±0.2 ㎜ (n = 120) in total length. We believe that these results may contribute the species and population conservations under the situation of accelerated water pollution and the decreases of its diversity.

      • 극한운전시 자동차의 동적안정성 해석을 위한 컴퓨터시뮬레이션

        Dynamic stability is an important factor in vehicle design. Especially, this is a very critical problem in limit driving condition for obstacle acoidance maneuver. Dynamic stability can be divided into directional and lateral stability. Losing di-rectional stability can yield spinout or plowiut and losing lateral stability can yield rollover. In this study, vehicle stability is investigated for a full vehivecle dyanamic model in linit driving. The model was analytivally validated using typical step steering and lane change simulation. Limit driving condition for the vehicle model was quoted from research results of references. It was demonstrated that instable vehicle motion was caused by not only road conditions byt also driving conditions. Also, the simulation showed that braking combined with steering caused very hazardous stiuation in crash avoidanve maneuver. Finally, phase plane plot approach was used to evaluate the dynamic instability.

        Information systems are designed around information requirements or needs. However, most existing information systems do not have the capabilities required to support executives' information needs. Excecutive information systems are designed to gether, process, and displasy the information that help senior executives assess their organization's success. The successful implementation of EIS is dependent of efficient information system planning. But the correct and complete information requirements for effective EIS planning and design are frequently very difficult to obtain. In this paper, methodologies for EIS planning and design are analyzed and availability of a methodology is presented through the case study.
