Teaching quality evaluation usually involves multiple influence factors with grey and uncertain information. This brings about limitations to effective evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities. Thus, this paper draws merits from previous research and proposes a teaching quality evaluation system and model for colleges and universities. First, based on real situations, grey categories of evaluation state for teaching quality are established. The definite weighted functions of grey category of evaluation state are confirmed. Specific steps of the teaching quality evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis are accounted for. Finally, a case study is introduced to verify the model. This model enlightens a new way to evaluate teaching quality in colleges and universities.

SnO2/Ag/SnO2 multi-layered thin films with refractive index matching layers were deposited on glass substrate by RF/DC magnetron sputtering system. In order to investigate the effect of IM (Index matching) layers, SiO2(n=1.51) and Nb2O5(n = 2.42) were inserted between SnO2/Ag/SnO2 and glass substrate. Pattern visibility characteristics such as reflectivity (ΔR550nm) and color (Δb*) matching were systematically investigated. Reflectivities of SnO2(40nm)/Ag(10nm)/SnO2(30nm)/SiO2(10nm)/Nb2O5(10nm) multi-layer film measured on the top of multi-layer film stackup was 10.6% at 550 nm wavelength, However, reflectivities with IM layer only were 11.3%, suggesting that reflectivity variation was approximately within 1%. From the La*b* colour space represented by reflectivity spectra, the lightness (+L*) decreased from 91.5 to 89.9 and 91.2 to 89.4, whereas the yellowness (+b*) increased from 1.24 to 1.97 and 0.77 to 1.47, with increasing SnO2 top layer thickness in multi-layer film.

The complex equipment design scheme assimilability is affected by many factors. The analyzing process of it is both qualitative and quantitative. The process is fuzzy and qualitatively uncertain. For the purpose of objectively analyzing the complex equipment design scheme assimilability, an optimization model of complex equipment scheme assimilability based on extension superiority is proposed in this paper. The model first analyzes the influential factors of assimilability, establishing an optimal index system to standardize different types of optimal indexes and construct ideal extension fields of optimal indexes of assimilability based on extension theory. After that an extension correlation function model and an extension optimization model are constructed respectively based on extension positive fields and negative fields of assimilability optimal indexes. The size of extension optimization of assimilability optimal index of complex equipment design scheme helps acquire the optimal assembling scheme. The model is tested taking an assembling design scheme for a type of complex equipment as example.

Proteomic analysis of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from biological fluid is a powerful approach to discover potential biomarkers for human diseases including cancers, as EV secreted to biological fluids are originated from the affected tissue. In order to investigate significant molecules related to the pathogenesis of bladder cancer, EVs were isolated from patient urine which was analyzed by mass spectrometry based proteomics. Comparison of the EV proteome to the whole urine proteome demonstrated an increased number of protein identification in EV. Comparative MS analyses of urinary EV from control subjects and bladder cancer patients identified a total of 1,222 proteins. Statistical analyses provided 56 proteins significantly increased in bladder cancer urine, including proteins for which expression levels varied by cancer stage (P-value < 0.05). While urine represents a valuable, non-invasive specimen for biomarker discovery in urologic cancers, there is a high degree of intra- and inter-individual variability in urine samples. The enrichment of urinary EV demonstrated its capability and applicability of providing a focused identification of biologically relevant proteins in urological diseases.
