        Aiming at the problem of multi echelon inventory management logistics network based on the concept, the automobile spare parts warehousing logistics as the breakthrough point, the supply chain inventory total profit as the objective function, the automobile spare parts supply chain inventory model is optimized, the multi echelon inventory management strategy, the strategy makes the enterprise inventory cost is reduced, the production efficiency is increased.

        Atomistic simulations of nanocrystalline U0.5Th0.5O2 solid solution under uniaxial tension

        Molecular dynamics simulations were performed to investigate the uniaxial tensile properties of nanocrystalline U0.5Th0.5O2 solid solution with the Borne-Mayere-Huggins potential. The results indicated that the elastic modulus increased linearly with the density relative to a single crystal, but decreased with increasing temperature. The simulated nanocrystalline U0.5Th0.5O2 exhibited a breakdown in the HallePetch relation with mean grain size varying from 3.0 nm to 18.0 nm. Moreover, the elastic modulus of U1-yThyO2 solid solutions with different content of thorium at 300 K was also studied and the results accorded well with the experimental data available in the literature. In addition, the fracture mode of nanocrystalline U0.5Th0.5O2 was inclined to be ductile because the fracture behavior was preceded by some moderate amount of plastic deformation, which is different from what has been seen earlier in simulations of pure UO2.

        Modeling of pore coarsening in the rim region of high burn-up UO2 fuel

        An understanding of the coarsening process of the large fission gas pores in the high burnupstructure (HBS) of irradiated UO2 fuel is very necessary for analyzing the safety andreliability of fuel rods in a reactor. A numerical model for the description of pore coarseningin the HBS based on the Ostwald ripening mechanism, which has successfullyexplained the coarsening process of precipitates in solids is developed. In this model, thefission gas atoms are treated as the special precipitates in the irradiated UO2 fuel matrix. The calculated results indicate that the significant pore coarsening and mean pore densitydecrease in the HBS occur upon surpassing a local burn-up of 100 GWd/tM. The capabilityof this model is successfully validated against irradiation experiments of UO2 fuel, in whichthe average pore radius, pore density, and porosity are directly measured as functions oflocal burn-up. Comparisons with experimental data show that, when the local burn-upexceeds 100 GWd/tM, the calculated results agree well with the measured data.

      • Probability Evaluation Modeling and Planning of Product Disassembly Profit

        Disassembly modeling and planning is meaningful and instructive for remanufacturing and recycling of disused products. However, an actual disassembly process of products has uncertainties since a variety of unpredictable factors. To handle such uncertainty, this work presents a novel disassembly modeling and planning approach using an extended stochastic Petri nets. An extended stochastic disassembly Petri nets (ESDPN) model is defined to provide basis for disassembly planning. Moreover, based on it, some typical probability evaluation models is built accordion to different disassembly criterion. In addition, a hybrid intelligent integrating stochastic simulation and neural network (NN) is proposed to solve the proposed models, respectively. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed models and the effectiveness of proposed algorithms.

        Development and on-orbit operation of loop heat pipes on chinese circumlunar return and reentry spacecraft

        This paper describes the development and result of ground experiment and analyzes the on-orbit operation of Loop heat pipes (LHP) for the Chinese circumlunar return and reentry spacecraft. A novel LHP was developed to satisfy the thermal control requirements of Inertial measurement units (IMU). The LHP consisted of an integrated evaporator subassembly, a cambered condenser, and an electric explosion valve. Ground experiments were conducted to investigate the startup characteristics, and heat transfer and heat insulation performance of the LHPs. During a flight mission, the LHPs work as a thermal switch and perform both heat transfer and insulation functions. Before returning to the earth’s atmosphere, the valves of the reentry capsule are opened to discharge working fluid and prevent heat transfer from the capsule wall to the devices. In the flight mission, the LHPs performed all the required functions, and the IMU temperatures were maintained within an allowable range.

        Mechanical and surface properties of HF50S carbon fibers

        To thoroughly analyze the mechanical properties and surface conditions of HF50S carbon fibers, the tensile properties, surface morphology, surface chemical element, surface energy, sizing agent properties, and Naval Ordnance Laboratory (NOL) ring of their composites were characterized. Furthermore, the aforementioned properties were exhaustively compared with those of T1000G carbon fibers. The results showed that the tensile strength, modulus, and elongation of the HF50S carbon fibers were 6638 MPa, 297 GPa, and 2.2%, respectively, thus demonstrating that the mechanical properties of the HF50S carbon fibers were on par with those of the T1000G carbon fibers, in addition, the coefficient of variation (Cv) indices of HF50S carbon fiber were below 3%, indicating good stability. The HF50S carbon fibers have a smooth surface without grooves, which is analogous to that of the T1000G carbon fibers prepared by the typical dry jet–wet spinning process. The main component of the sizing agent of the HF50S carbon fibers is an epoxy resin, which is also used for the preparation of epoxy matrix composites. Because the HF50S carbon fiber surface has greater O and N contents than the T1000G carbon fiber surface, the HF50S carbon fibers have more active functional groups and higher surface activity. The surface energy of the HF50S carbon fibers is 30.13 mJ/m2, which is higher than that of the T1000G carbon fibers (28.42 mJ/m2). Owing to the higher strength and surface activity of the HF50S carbon fibers than those of the T1000G carbon fibers, the strength and strength conversion of NOL ring based on the former are slightly higher than those of that prepared using the latter.

        Human capital, financial constraints, and innovation investment persistence

        We examine the impact of human capital on innovation investment persistence using a sample of high-tech companies listed in the Chinese A-share market for the period 2009–2017. We find that human capital mitigates the negative effect of financial constraints on innovation investment persistence. We further explore the mechanism through which human capital at the management and employee levels affects innovation investment persistence. We find that management human capital affects innovation investment persistence through the expectation of authorised patents, while employee human capital affects the persistence through salary stickiness. Furthermore, we find that management human capital contributes to an increase in future granted patents through persistent innovation investment.

        이 논문은 인격적 행위이론의 합리성 논의를 겸하여 행위이론을 연구분석한 논문이다. 행위개념은 형법상의 행위와 범죄와의 관계에서 한계기능, 본질적 요소 및 결합기능을 갖고 있다. 인과적 행위론은 자연적이고 물리적 의미에서 범죄행위를 고찰하고, 목적적 행위론은 행위의 목적이라는 관점에서 범죄행위 개념을 획정하며, 사회적 행위론은 사회적 의미에서 범죄행위를 정의한다. 인격적 행위론은 방법론과 가치성, 규범적 측면에서 앞의 세 이론이 갖고 있지 못한 장점을 보여준다. 인격적 행위론은 과실행위와 부작위의 문제를 아주 합리적으로 해결할 수 있으며, 게다가 중국 형법의 범죄체계의 재구성과 과실범연구의 심화 및 객관적 귀책이론의 수립을 촉진하는 커다란 효용성을 갖고 있다. The concept of behavior has the functions of boundary, basic elements and connection. The theory of causative behavior discusses criminal behavior in the natural and physical sense. The theory of purposeful behavior defines criminal behavior from the point of view of the purpose of behavior. The theory of social behavior gives a definition of criminal behavior from the standpoint of social meaning. All of these three theories above cannot solve the problems of negligent behavior and omission. However, the theory of personality behavior could not only solve the problems reasonably, but also has advantages in terms of methodology and normativity. Moreover, The theory of personalistic behavior plays a great role in promoting the reconstruction of the system of crime and deepening the research on negligent crimes in China.

      • Research on Privacy Protection Approach for Cloud Computing En-vironments

        Cloud computing is a convenient and cost efficient way that refers to the running of software over a network, as on a local computer. But, what is cheap and easy, isn’t always safe. Stor-ing important data on cloud means that you give up a certain control of privacy. Privacy pro-tection is a very important issue in cloud computing. In this paper,we focus on the need of cloud users managed services and propose an approach for data protection based trust mech-anism, which using adaptive mapping resources based on trust to ensure the user data protec-tion initiative, and data security. The analysis shows that the cloud user can independently con-trols the content and manner of services by using the approach, which can achieve the free de-ployment of resources and the balance of user data protection and service provided.

      • Research on Signal Analysis Method based Wavelet Analysis and Grey Theory

        In allusion to the shortcomings of the existing signal analysis method for high-frequency analysis, non-stationary signal analysis and so on, wavelet analysis and grey theory are introduced into the signal analysis, a new signal analysis method based wavelet analysis and grey theory is proposed in this paper. In this method, the wavelet packet is used to nonredundantly, lossless and orthogonally decompose different components of noise signals into different frequency bands with different scales, in order to realize the signal frequency band division with total energy conservation for obtaining the energy feature of each frequency band. Then these energy frequency bands are used to construct the feature vector. And the grey theory is used to analyze the correlation degree between the equipment states and system parameters in order to quickly and accurately determine the position of source. Finally, for a typical signal simulation and analysis, the effectiveness of the signal method is tested and verified.
