      • 植物凝集素 Sophola japonica와 赤血球에 의한 사람 唾液의 型分類에 關한 硏究

        Since it was discovered that the human saliva could be classified by using the serological characteristics of Sophola japonica extract, agglutination inhibition tests of phytagglutinin, Sophola japonica , and human red blood cells were carried out, using 300 human saliva specimens. The relationship of the newly classified saliva types with the established saliva, blood, and serum types was compared statistically. The results obtained could be summarized as follows : 1. Human saliva could be classified into two groups. One group inhibited the agglutination activity of Sophola japonica extract to human red blood cells and the other did not. Among the investigated 300 human saliva specimens, the frequency of the former was 21% and the latter was 79%. 2. The classification and distribution of new saliva types, inhibitor and non-inhibitor, showed no constant relation with those of the known saliva types, secretor and non-secretor, and the saliva types which were classified by the agglutination inhibition pattern of Sophola japonzca extract and human blood cells. 3. The classification and distribution of the new saliva types showed no constant relation with those of the known blood groups, such as ABO, MN, H and Cl, respectively. 4. There was no serological relationship between the human serum types classified by IPO, NPO and ICO, NCO with phytagglutinin mentioned above.

      • Lenzites betulina L.의 Phytohemoagglutinin에 關한 硏究

        The author studied 23 kinds of saline extract of mushrooms native to Korea on its agglutinating activity with human RBC. Among them, Lenzites betulina L. (LBL) was found to have phytohemoagglutinin activity and studied on its agglutination titer, absorption test with human RBC, agglutination inhibition test with human saliva and various sugars, heat stability salting Out test, sperm agglutination test and triple bond reaction. The results could be summarized as follows : 1. Anti B-lectin was found in LBL 2. Anti B-lectin in LBL was absorbed by same group's BBC and saliva of secretors. 3. The agglutinating titers of anti B-lectin in LBL were 1:32 with group B RBC and 1:16 with group AB RBC. 4. The anti B-lectin was contained in precipitates of LBL treated by ammonium sulfate in concentration of 50% saturation. 5. The agglutination activity of anti LBL was inhibited by L-fucose, D-fucose, D-galactose, lactose and D-melibiose. 6. The human sperms were not agglutinated by PHA in LBL. 7. It was possible to detect blood type of "B" group in the blood stains and various humoral stains by triple bond test with anti-B lectin in LBL.

        For the development of Kong-Ju city, there should be strategic transformation. Since the promotion of Dae-Jun city as a directly governed city on Jan 1, 1989, Chung-Nam Province had made various functional changes for its administration, but still depends on Dae-Jun city for its proper administrative function. However for the realistic development of Chung-Nam Province, Kong-Ju city should be developed to be the transportation center along the 3rd comprehensive national-land development plan and 7th development plan of economy & society. Furthermore there should be mid, or long-term plan for the development of Kong-Ju city as the center of local administration, transportation & culture, by the comprehensive plan of Baik-Je cultural zone in order to revitalize the traditional education center to produce a large number of talented men. Currently proceeding systematic development through the functional allocation of four regions should be an effective promotional policy of local development for the expansion-basis of city growth. And through expanding the city plan region for the industrial-tour development & through inducing movement of many manufacturers in the "Gum-Sang farming & industrial complex", there should be established balanced development & self-financing through industrial restructuring & revitalization of local economy. Additionally there needs early establishment of cooperative atmosphere for democratic administration ,between local assembly & local government to split up the responsibility for citizens' harmonization & local development, between two two bodies, and when voluntary cooperation is established for the assembly activities, local residents will trust & help the local government & assembly. Furthermore ,by satisfying local residents' desire which increased suddenly & by establishing reliable financial source with such current planning & proceeding as enforced investigation of individual tax payers, internal revenue search,construction of farming & industrial complexes,restructuring of industries, specialized development of industrial region, development of tour-resources through building resort complex & expansion of its facilities, collecting construction material from rivers,increasing revenue with the income from garden-cemeteries and making realistic adjustment of charges & entrance fees, Kong-Ju city could become realistic center of administration,transportation,culture & education for Chung-Nam Province.

      • 16MDRAM급 NMOS 트랜지스터의 전원전압, 채널길이와 기판농도

        The power supply voltage and the channel length of an NMOS transistor used for 16MDRAM have been investigated. The maximum effective channel length which does not degrade operating speed of an inverter greatly, is calculated for power supply voltages and the life time of the NMOS transistor also estimated in terms of power supply voltages and channel lengths. As results, short channel length and low power supply voltage are effective in the operating speed and the life time. Short channel effects are optimized experimentally by varying substrate doping concentrations. Minimum channel length of the transistor is achieved to be 0.8㎛ from the results of punchthrough voltages and the optimum p-well does to be 4.5E12cm² from the results of DIBL and snap-back voltages.

      • 연마공구용 고분자 매트릭스의 물성에 관한 연구

        We studied thermal and mechanical properties of phenolic resin which is used for grinding wheels as a polymer matrix. From DSC and TGA thermograms, information on thermal stability and curing mechanism of the phenolic resin was obtained. The curing process of phenolic resin with hexamethylenetetramine was monitored using FTIR spectrometer. Mechanical properties of cured phenolic resin with different amount of fillers were investigated by 3-point bending experiments. Using SEM, adhesive property of diamond fillers with a polymer matrix was studied. It was found that nikel coated diamonds exhibit better adhesion to the matrix than non-coated diamonds for cured phenolic resins.

        천안 제3산업단지 폐수종말처리장의 초기 시운전 3개월 동안 각 처리공정의 처리효율을 분석하고 조속한 정상운전을 위한 연구가 수행되었다 실제기준보다 낮은 유입수의 유량과 수질로 인하여 폐수종말처리장 각 처리공정의 효율은 낮은 것으로 나타났으나 설계기준에 부합되는 유입수가 유입되는 경우 총괄직 처리효율은 방류수 수질기준을 만족할 수 있는 것으로 판단된다 폐수종말처리장이 정상적으로 가동되기 위하여 유입수의 유량과 수질이 만족되어야 하며 매립지 침출수의 투입에 의한 빈부하의 방지는 질소와 인의 부하량을 높여주기 때문에 공정의 변형이 요구된다 폐수종발처리장에 적용되는 환경영향평가상의 방류수 수질기준을 만족하기 위하여 추가의 제거공정이 필요하며 산업 단지 입주업체의 증가는 유기물 부하를 높일 수 있으나 정상가동을 위하여 적절한 수질분석이 이루어져야 한다 The start-up operation of wastewater treatment plant at Chunan 3rd industrial complex was carried out to accelerate steady-state operation by evaluating each treatment process for three months The significantly lower values of flow rate and biodegradable organic matter in influent than those of design criteria significantly affected the performance of the treatment plant, however, the treatment plant would be able to satisfy the effluent discharge limits if the characteristics of influent met design criteria The combined treatment of leachate from municipal solid waste landfills to prevent low organic loadings required the variation of plant processes for additional removal of N and P due to eutrophication of receiving waterbody. Additional process would be required to meet the stringent effluent discharge limits by environmental impact statement. Since the number of dischargers at the industrial complex is expected to grow, regular analysis of water quality is required for effective treatment of wastewater

      • 금강유역 수질오염 실태조사

        조사 구역 상류 지점의 평균 수질은 pH가 7.1, DO가 8.3mg/ℓ, BOD가 1.7mg/ℓ, COD가 1.7mg/ℓ, SS가 15.4mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.1x10³ MPN/100ml고 상수원 수 1급 내지 2급의 양호한 상태이고 하류지점의 수질은 pH가 6.8, DO가 7.7mg/ℓ, BOD가 2.2mg/ℓ, COD가 2.4mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.7x10³MPN/100ml로 상수원 수 2급 내지 3급의 상태를 나타내 하류로 내려가면서 오염도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 청주시의 영향을 크게 받는 미호천 하류의 평균수질은 pH가 7.2, DO가 6.3mg/ℓ, BOD가 16.2mg/ℓ, COD가 15.1mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.6x10??MPN/100ml로 심각한 오염 상태를 보여 청주시와 대전시가 금강 본류의 주 수질 오염원으로 나타났다. 영양 염류 (NH₃-N, NO₂-N, NO₃-N, PO₄-P)와 무기성 유해 성분 (Cl-, CN-, F-)의 함량은 지천의 일부 지점을 제외하고는 극히 낮은 수준으로 검출되었으며, 유기인, 페놀류, PCB 성분은 조사기간 중 전혀 검출되지 않았다. 또한 Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb, Cd, Hg등의 중금속은 검출되지 않거나 하천 수질 기준 또는 식용수 수질 기준의 허용치를 초과하지 않는 양호한 수준으로 나타났다.

        Patterns of Plasma Bullet in Plasma Jets

        <P>Composite charges applied to plasma striations were investigated through this paper. Bullets in plasma jets stemming from effective electrons made up of a moving target electron with screening electrons and ions around it were assessed using an atom-like structure induced by an external electric or magnetic field. To maintain a zero total charge, screening electrons and ions were assumed to be spherically and symmetrically distributed around a target moving electron -e, and the surrounding -e or +e was equivalent to the composition of an electric field vortex and an electron. Electrons moving around a spherical orbit were found to have positive charges under a strong electric field but negative charges under a weak field, mainly because the cross-sectional area of the flux was very small. In plasma jets, striations are a phenomenon that may occur when charges gather in the presence of an electric or gauge field. A plasma striation can occur if the effective charge exceeds a critical value determined by setting the derivative of the effective charge to zero, but only if the electric field lines passing through the striation are connected.</P>

        시맨틱 링크를 사용한 페이지순위 알고리즘 개선

        페이지랭크는 웹정보 검색의 중요도를 평가하는 대표적 방법이다. 그러나 페이지랭크가 가진 중요도 판단의 특성상 의미 없는 문서지만 인링크 개수가 많아 중요한 문서로 인식될 수 있는 가능성이 존재한다. 기존 방법들이 링크를 차등 평가하는 대안을 제시했으나 하이퍼링크 기반 웹 구조의 성격상 링크의 중요성을 직접 평가할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 링크를 사용하여 웹 구조를 의미를 가진 링크 기반의 웹 구조로 변경해 링크의 중요성을 직접 판단하도록 중요도 계산 방법을 개선했다. 실험결과 제안한 방법이 상위 순위에 보다 많은 관련 문서를 제시해 더 높은 적합도를 가지는 것을 보였다. PageRank is a representative method to evaluate the importance of web pages for web information retrieval. However, it is possible for meaningless pages that have many inlinks to be recognized as important pages because of characteristics of PageRank. Existing papers that provide methods to stratify weight of links still have a problem these methods cannot evaluate the weight of links directly in hyperlink based web structure. We propose a new approach that changes the hyperlink based web structure to the semantic link based web structure to evaluate the weight of links directly by using semantic links. Experiment shows that our approach performs better than the existing PageRank in terms of evaluating the importance of web pages.
