This study purpose is seeing that the independent standard sufficiently reflecting the characteristics of the school facility as the basic material needed to calculate the maintenance and repair expenses is needed to make a more realistic and valid qualitative VFM analysis of the school BTL project. this study attempted to develop the standard for the repair cycle and rate and economic year of the school facility. The quantitative VFM analysis should be conducted based on the repair cycle and repair rate proper to the school facility, not the residential space, when calculating the maintenance and repair expenses of the operating expenses of the school facility. An attempt was made to calculate the repair cycle, repair rate and economic life of 114 component materials of the school facility judged to be able to explain the school field best. And it was confirmed that the repair and maintenance expenses more is needed to be set by about 35% than the existing maintenance and repair expenses.
AHP를 이용한 학교시설 민간투자사업(BTL)의 타당성 종합평가

The purpose of this study is an overall valuation about propriety study of school facilities BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The search point includes these questions. Is BTL of school facilities a reasonable project for school, or is the former government financial project on the position of comparative superiority? And, is a partial BTL possible as an alternative plan? The result of this study shows that preference rate about BTL is 39%, that of former government financial project is 32%, and that of partial BTL is 29%.
K-에듀 통합플랫폼 구축을 위한 민간 에듀테크 콘텐츠의 유형에 관한 연구 - 미래 교수-학습 방법 및 학습유형과 연계하여 -

본 연구의 목적은 K-에듀 통합플랫폼을 성공적으로 구축하기 위해 국내·외 민간기업의 에듀테크 트랜드와 콘텐츠 현황을 조사하고, 미래 교수-학습 방법 및 학습 양식과의 연관성을 분석하여 향후 일선학교에서 각 교과목별 교수-학습방법과 가장 적합성이 뛰어난 콘텐츠를 쉽게 연결할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌자료 조사 및 2021년 교육박람회 참가 기업 관계자와의 현장 인터뷰를 통해 해외 22개(28종), 국내 46개(88종) 등 총68개 기업에서 생산한 에듀테크 콘텐츠 총116종에 대하여 미래 교수-학습 방법 및 학습양식과의 상호 연결(matching) 여부에 대하여 조사하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status of edu-tech trends and contents of domestic and foreign private companies in order to successfully establish the K-EDU integrated platform, analyze the connection between future teaching-learning methods and learning styles, and provide basic materials to help frontline schools easily link teaching-learning methods to the most suitable contents per subject. To this end, a literature survey and on-site interviews with officials from companies participating in the 2021 Education Fair provided results of investigating 116 edu-tech contents produced by a total of 68 companies, including 22 overseas (28 contents) and 46 domestic (88 contents) ones, on whether they mutually match future teaching-learning methods and learning styles.
후족저부 통증환자에 있어 Low-dye 테이핑의 즉각적인 임상 및 생체역학적 효과

Plantar heel pain is common musculoskeletal disorder of the foot related to sports activity. Treatment of the plantar heel pain is usually conservative including low-dye (LD) taping. We evaluated the immediate clinical and biomechanical effect of LD taping. 19 patients who had plantar heel pain with fat pad tenderness or tenderness on plantar fascia insertion area participated in this study. We assessed plantar pressure change with foot pressure analysis system, fat pad depth changes with ultrasonography, pain improvement with visual analogue scale before and after LD taping. Patient treated with LD taping showed the decrease in maximum peak pressure and pressure time integral, and there was not a significant difference between pre and post maximal velocity, average velocity, distance of center of pressure. Fat pad depth increase (mean 1.67 mm, p 0.05) and pain improvement (mean 1.91 on visual analog scale, p 0.05). LD taping restrict midtarsal joint, correct hindfoot pronation, and provide fat pad depth increase and pain improvement, immediately.
