        임상간호사의 일과 삶의 균형과 간호서비스 질의 관계에서 일과 삶의 균형 조직문화가 미치는 매개효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to confirm the mediating effect of work-life balance organizational culture in the relationship between work-life balance and quality of nursing service for clinical nurses. Methods: Participants included 224 nurses from four hospitals located in D city. Data was collected from 3 to 21 August 2020 using a self-report questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for analysis. The mediating effect was assessed by Baron and Kenny's three-step hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping methods. Results: There were significant relationships between work-life balance and work-life balance organizational culture (r=.45, p<.001), work-life balance and quality of nursing service (r=.18, p=.005), and work-life balance organizational culture and quality of nursing service (r=.34, p<.001). Also, work-life balance organizational culture (β=.32, p<.001) showed a total mediating effect on the relationship between work-life balance and quality of nursing service. Conclusion: The development and provision of programs that can improve the work-life balance and establish an organizational culture that supports it will help improve the quality of nursing services.

        임상간호사의 의사소통 능력과 공감역량이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 임상간호사의 의사소통 능력과 공감역량이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D시에 소재한 대학병원에 근무하는 152명의 임상간호사이다. 자료수집은 2017년 7월 1일부터 31일까지 진행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 서술 통계, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe’. 피어슨 상관관계와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 위계적 회귀분석의 결과, 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 직업 만족도와 의사소통 능력이 나타났다. 이들은 대상자의 회복탄력성을 53.8% 설명하였다(F=12.37, p<.001). 공감역량은 회복탄력성에 영향요인으로 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 간호사의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 간호사의 직업 만족도를 높이기 위해 노력해야 하며, 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 중재 방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effects of communication competence and compassion competence on resilience of clinical nurse. The subjects of this study were 152 nurses working at university hospital in D city. Data collection was conducted from 1 July to 31 July 2017. Data analysis performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe’, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression. As a result of hierarchical regression, job satisfaction and communication competence were found to affect the resilience of the subjects. Overall, a hierarchical regression model revealed that approximately 53.8% of total variability in resilience in sample of clinical nurses could be explained by the significant 2 variables in this model(F=12.37, p<.001). Compassion competence did not appear to be an influence on resilience. Therefore, in order to improve the resilience of clinical nurses, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the job satisfaction of nurses and to plan systematic intervention to improve communication competence.

        간호사의 동료지지와 심리적 안녕감이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호사의 동료지지, 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성의 정도를 살펴보고, 간호사의 회복탄력 성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 시행된 조사연구이다. D시의 대학병원에서 근무하는 평간호 사 160명을 대상으로 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 회복탄력성은 동료지지(r=.32, p<.001)와 심리적 안녕감(r=.56, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 동료지지는 심리적 안녕감(r=.58, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. (2) 위계적 회귀모형 단계 1에서 대상자의 일반적인 특성 중 간호사의 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향요인은 직업 만족도(t=5.75, p<.001)로 나타났으며 28.2%를 설명하 였고(F=7.94, p<.001), 단계 2에서 동료지지와 심리적 안녕감을 추가한 결과, 유의한 영향요인은 직업 만족도(t=3.65, p<.001)와 심리적 안녕감(t=4.71, p<.001)이었으며 설명력은 39.8%로 증가하였다 (F=10.56, p<.001). 본 연구결과 간호사의 회복탄력성은 동료지지와 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 높게 나타났으며, 직업 만족도와 심리적 안녕감은 간호사의 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 간호사의 회복탄력성을 향상시키기 위해 직업만족도와 심리적 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재연구 를 실시할 것을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to explore the association among the degree of coworker support, psychological well-being and resilience, and to identify the factors that associated with resilience of nurses. The major statistical analysis results of 160 nurse were as follows. (1) resilience had a positive correlation with coworker support (r=.32, p<.001) and psychological well-being (r=.56, p<.001) and coworker support had a positive correlation with psychological well-being (r=.58, p<.001). (2) In hierarchical regression step 1 factors that had significant impact on resilience of nurse were job satisfaction (t=5.75, p<.001) with an explanatory power of 28.2% (F=7.94, p<.001). In hierarchical regression step 2 factors that had significant impact on interpersonal communication competence of nursing students were job satisfaction (t=3.65, p<.001) and psychological well-being (t=4.71, p<.001) and explanatory power was increased to 39.8% (F=10.56, p<.001). Through this study, job satisfaction and psychological well-being were identified as having the significant effect on resilience of nurse. As a follow-up, in order to improve resilience, a study to develop programs that would promote job satisfaction and psychological well-being are suggested.

        심리적 인슐린저항성 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: This study was done to develop and validate a measure to evaluate the Korean version of psychological insulin resistance (K-PIR) in patients with diabetes in Korea. Methods: Items were initially generated from literature reviews and interviews with 19 patients with diabetes. The content validity of the items was evaluated by experts. Participants were 424 patients with diabetes recruited through convenience sampling. A cross-sectional survey was designed for item-analysis, exploratory factor analysis with principal axis factoring, and confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to measure the internal consistency. Results: For the 24 items of the Korean version of psychological insulin resistance, six items were eliminated because of low correlation with the other items. Exploratory factor analysis with 18-item showed that two factors (psycho-cognitive factor and supportive factor) explained 41.8% of the variance, and the factor structure of K-PIR model had a good fit. Internal consistency of K-PIR with 18 items revealed good reliability. Conclusion: The findings show that the K-PIR is reliable for measuring the psychological resistance to insulin therapy for Korean patients with diabetes. However, further study is needed to evaluate the validation because the proportion of variation of K-PIR was low in this study.

        단축형 당뇨병 임파워먼트 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Diabetes Empowerment Measurement Scale Short Form (DES-SF) for use with diabetic patients in Korea. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was used with 107 participants. Bilingual nursing professionals performed translation and reverse translation. Reliability and validity such as face validity, construct validity, and concurrent validity were conducted. To assess the concurrent validity, the correlation coefficients between the Korean version of the DES-SF and a concurrent scale (Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale, DSES) were calculated. Results: In the explanatory factor analysis, a uni-dimension was proposed, the one factor accounted for 49.4% of total variances. The Korean version of the DES-SF correlated with a concurrent variable such DSES for reliability of the Korean version of the DES-SF, Cronbach"s ⍺=.85. Conclusion: The findings show that the Korean version of the DES-SF is reliable and valid for evaluating empowerment in patients with diabetes in Korea.
