        재조합 인간 상피세포성장인자(DWP401)의 흰쥐에서의 약물동태

        Pharmacokinetics of DWP401, a recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF), was studied using radioimmunoassay (RIA) and 125I-DWP401 in rats. When DWP401 was administered i.v. at doses of 50 and 500 mcg/kg, the plasma DWP401 disappeared biiexponentially with terminal half life of 4.7 and 92.8 min. The Cmax and Tmax after s.c. administration of ti at doses of 50 and 500 mcg/kg were determined to be 23.6 and 17.5 ng/ml at 50 mcg/kg, and 261.4 ng/ml and 36.8 min, respectively. Both the total urinary and biliary recoveries of intact DWP401 2343 very low (<0.4%), probably due to its extensive degradation in the body. the concentration ratio of DWP401 between the organ and plasma decreased especially in the liver and kidney as the dose and time after the dose increased. For example, the liver/plasma and kidney/plasma concentration ratio of DWP401 at 2.5 min after i.v. doses of 50 mcg/kg were comparable and much larger than unity. But, the ratio at 2.5 min after i.v. doses of 500mcg/kg was much larger in the kidney that in than in the liver. These results suggest that the systemic administration of DWP401 might be subject to rapid and extensive clearance from circulation within several hour after main distrbution to liver and kidney.

        Infective endocarditis in right-sided heart has rare incidence of 5~12%. And right ventricle is less common site of right-sided heart infective endocarditis. Risk factors for infective endocarditis are drug abuse, previous operation history, any invasive procedures such as sampling, scaling, needling, hemodialysis, and previous infectious history. It rarely happens in a patient without any predisposing factor. Herein we report a case of infective endocarditis in right ventricle without any predisposing factor.

        바이오 교육훈련을 위한 Rituximab 발현 재조합 CHO 세포주의 특성 분석

        In this study, we investigated the growth and production characteristics of a Recombinant rituximab-producing CHO cell line in an economic, serum-free medium. The cell line showed a typical cell growth curve with high viability in a 25 mL Erlenmeyer flask suspension culture. The maximum expression level of Rituximab was 224.3 mg/L, which increased in proportional to the number of viable cells over the culture time. SDS-PAGE analysis under non-reducing and reducing conditions showed that the recombinant cell line secreted Rituximab with a predicted molecular weight, having the proper heavy and light chains. In addition, the production level was high enough to be detected on the SDS-PAGE by Coomassie staining. To investigate the feasibility of the cell culture supernatant as a component of biocosmetic products, both a cream formulation containing the cell culture supernatant and a serum-free control medium were prepared. without any visible disturbance, so that this recipe could be utilized for biocosmetic experiment education. Taken together, this study suggests that the presented recombinant CHO cell line could be a useful experimental tool in bioprocess and biocosmetic technology education and training.

        중국의 새로운 국가-사회 관계: 민간영역의 거버넌스

        본 연구는 중국의 새로운 국가-사회 관계로 정부와 민간영역의 거버넌스 파트너 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 지난 20년간 중국의 정치개혁은 국가 전능주의를 이완시키고 정치권력을 하방, 분산시킴으로써 이전의 국가 단독 책임 형태에서 국가-사회가 공동으로 책임지는 형태로 전환시키는 일련의 과정이었다. 이러한 정부 정책과 경제개혁으로 확보한 경제적 기반을 토대로 중국 비정부단체는 두 가지 측면의 발전을 이루었다. 즉, 조직의 자치성이 향상되었고, 사회적 영향력이 강해졌다. 이를 통해 현재는 정부의 거버넌스 파트너로서 민간영역의 역할이 강조되어 민간영역의 빠르게 발전해가고 있다. 아직 제도 내에서의 비정부단체의 활동만이 용인되고, 그 외의 정치적 활동은 통제, 억압된다는 한계는 변함이 없다. 그러나 국가와 사회가 일체화되어 그 경계조차 없었고, 비정부 단체의 설립이 통제 억압되던 중국의 국가-사회의 배타적 관계에서 파트너 관계로의 변화는 또 다른 새로운 변화를 이끌어 올 수 있는 견인차 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. This paper analyses Chinese new change of relation between the state and society. In a political sense, we can say that the process of reform and opening up for 20 years is a process of shift from high integration of the state and society to gradual disintegration. In this process, the government mainly delegates powers to society. now, the chinese government employ the policy that the state and society answer jointly for the social problem. standing on the basis of this policy and accumulation of capital, the chinese civil sector achieved success in two aspects. On the one hand, the autonomy of Chinese civil sector is improving. on the other hand, the social impact of Chinese civil sector is strengthened. Follow this process, at now, the government lay stress on the function of the Chinese civil sector as the government`s partner and the Chinese civil sector is improving quickly. But it is not change that the Chinese civil sector can work only in a institutional legitimate area. They can`t work in political sector. Nevertheless, the change from the exclusive relation to the partner relation will arouse another new change.

        센서용 세라믹 소체의 전기적 수명지수 산출

        A partial discharge(PD) measurement is a very effective method to assess the insulation condition of high-voltage machines. It is necessary that the life time of the on-line PD measurement sensor is assessed. Therefore, the electrical life time assessment method of ceramic element was reviewed in order to estimate the life time of the on-line PD measurement sensor. The samples were prepared according to the reviewed method and were tested at 8㎸, 9㎸ and 10㎸. Based on the obtained results, the life time constant is shown above 59. Also, it is assumed that the estimated life time constant can be used to anticipate the life time and to assess the conformity of the on-line PD measurement sensor.

      • 중국산 햄스터 난소세포로부터 활성형 Angiopoietin-1 생산에 관한 배양액 pH의 효과

        The effect of culture pH on cell growth and active Angiopoietin-1 production from the recombinant Chinese hamster ovary(CHO) cells was investigated. The cells in the bioreactor were incubated at different pH conditions(6.8, 7.0, 7.2 and 7.4). Specific growth rate decreased at lower culture pH while cell viability remained constant for a longer culture time. Consistently, glucose consumption and lactate production were also reduced at lower culture pH. In contrast to cell growth, expression level of active Angiopoietin-1 dramatically increased by lowering pH. In addition, Western blotting experiment at non-reduced and reduced condition showed that production of active Angiopoietin-1 forms significantly increased at lower pH. These results suggest that lowering culture pH may significantly improve production of biologically active Angiopoietin-1 from CHO cells.

        노동교양제도의 폐지와 중국 공민권의 발전

        중국의 대표적 인권침해 제도인 노동교양제도가 중국 법학계와 시민사회의 지속적인 비판에도 60여년동안 존속되어오다 2013년 극적으로 폐지되었다. 본 연구는 노동교양제도에 대한 기존의 인권적 법적 접근의 한계를 지적하고 중국 공민권으로 분석함으로써 노동교양제도 폐지의 정치적함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 공민권은 신축적인 경계를 가지는 개념으로 그 경계의 확장을 둘러싸고 권력과 담론의 경쟁과 갈등이 이루어지는 역동적인 개념이다. 따라서 중국과 같이 강한 권위주의 국가에서 공민권은 국가와의 대립성을 최소화하면서 공민의 실질적 권리를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략적 의미를 갖는다. 중국의 공민권이 서구적 시민권과 완전히 등치될수는 없으나 시민권이 가지는 변혁성을 내포하고 있으며 이는 노동교양제도의 폐지 과정에서 공공지식인을 비롯한 인터넷 네티즌과 언론의 활동으로 나타나고 있다. 노동교양제도의 폐지과정에서 보여지는 변화는 향후중국 정치발전에 중요한 정치적 함의를 제시해주고 있다. “Re-education Through Labor System” was a kind of administrative punishment, the target is the misdemeanant. The problem was that Administrative authorities are determined up to 4-1 years without a formal trial and put person in labor camps and forced labor and ideological education. “Re-education Through Labor System” was created as a tool of political struggle in the course of the 1950s, anti right-wing struggles. Since then, “Re-education Through Labor System” infringe the fundamental freedoms of the people and citizens of the press, assembly, has been used as a mechanism to suppress the freedom of association. Even ongoing criticism of and jurists and civil society, that system are retained during the past 60 years was abolished in 2013 it come dramatically. The important factors of Abolition were the emergence of citizens in China, and the transition of identity from “renmin” to “gongmin”. And it was criticism and the abolition movement of public intellectuals based on a new identity. This can give great significance to the political development of China.

        AC-PDP에서 MgO 증착조건에 따른 패널특성 연구

        The discharge electrodes in ac PDP are coated with dielectric layer, and transparent MgO thin films are deposited on the dielectric layer. The main role of the MgO thin films in ac PDP is to protect the dielectric layer from sputtering by ion bombardment in the glow-discharge plasma. An additional important role of the MgO thin film is the high secondary electron emission coefficient which leads the low firing voltage and low cost of the PDP. In this paper, we investigated the relations of the crystal orientation about deposition thickness, deposition rate, temperature of substrate, and distance between the MgO tablet and the substrate. Additionally, we investigated the discharge characteristics of the AC PDP using nano-powder MgO tablet.

        나문재속 한반도 미기록식물 1종

        한반도 서남해안에서 나문재속에 속하는 한반도 미기록식물 1종을 발견하여 보고한다. 이 종의 형태적 특징과 서식지 등에 대해 기술하였다. 이 종은 국내에 분포하는 나문재속의 다른 종과는 얇고 넓은 잎과 별 모양의 열매 형태에서 뚜렷이 구별된다. One unrecorded species of Suaeda is found from the western and southern coast of Korea. The morphological characteristics and habitat of the plant are described. The species is distinguished from the other Korean species in the genus by its thin and broad leaves and the stellate shape of fruits.
