대도시 대중교통의 중추적 역할을 수행하고 있는 도시철도에서는 정시보다 늦어서 운행되는 열차는 상당수에 이르고 있으며 정시운행 율이 중요하다고 인식은 하고 있지만 실제 열차운행 결과에 대한 관리체계가 미흡하고 명확하지 않다. 또한 정시운행 율을 관리하고 개선하기 위해서는 현재의 상태를 살펴볼 수 있어야 하는데 현재로서는 그에 관한 자료도 미비한 실정이다. 이는 국가적 정시운행 관리체계에 그 원인이 있다고 여겨지며, 이에 본 연구에서는 도시철도 정시운행 관리체계의 현황을 살펴보고 분석함으로써 향후 도시철도 운행구간에서 열차정시운행과 관련된 정책수립과 운영기관에 대한 평가방법 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In urban railways, which play a pivotal role in public transportation in the metropolitan area, there are a considerable number of trains running later than the scheduled time, and although it is recognized that the regular operation rate is important, the management system of actual train operation results is insufficient and unclear. Also, in order to manage and improve the on-time rate, it is necessary to be able to look at the present condition. In this study, the present situation of the operation management system of the city railway is examined and analyzed, so that it is possible to establish the policy related to the regular operation rate and the evaluation method It can be used for improvement.

최근 지속가능한 교통수단인 도시철도의 중요성 및 이용자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 승강편의시설의 용량과 관련된 구체적인 기준이 제시되지 못하여, 일부 용량부족의 승강편의시설로 인해 이용자들이 불편을 겪고 있으며, 신설과정에서도 이해관계자간 협의에 어려움이 발생하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 현재 도시철도 승강편의시설 설치기준 검토를 통해 문제점을 살펴보고, 실제 대기행렬이 크게 발생하고 있는 역사의 승강편의시설의 적정규모 설치를 위한 용량 기준을 제시하였다. Recently, the importance of the urban railways and the passengers are constantly increasing. However, due to the lack of specific criteria on capacity of the lifting facilities, passengers are having inconvenience in using lifting facilities, and also stakeholders have difficulties in discussion to make new lifting facilities. Therefore, this study examines the issues through reviewing the criteria of the lifting facilities, and then suggests the standards of capacity of the lifting facility in a station where occurs significant waiting lines.
