AGV 시스템의 장애물 검출을 위한 고속 스테레오 영상처리 기법

AGV for FMS must be detected an obstacle. Therefore, many studies have been advanced, and recently, the ultra sonic sensor is used for this. However, the new method has to be developed because the ultra-sonic-sensor has many problems as a noise in factory, an directional error and detection of the obstacle size. So, we study the fast stereo vision system that can give more information to obstacles for intelligent AGV system. For this, the simulated AGV system was made with two CCD cameras in front to get the stereo images, and the threshold process by color information (intensity and chromaticity) and structure stereo matching method were constructed.

Recently, the AGV system has been studied actively according to the progress of FMS in the industry, and it is a unit with the self-power to transport the materials between stations without the particular control by an operator. It is widely known that the AGV system is effective to increase the utility of manufacturing line and cut down personnel expenses. The general methods of obstacle detection for an AGV are to use kinds of sensors like an ultra-sonic and electromagnetic wave sensor. But, these sensors have simple information of obstacle. Therefore, it is needed to construct distributed control system with a based on PC and fast stereo vision system by two CCD cameras for various information of obstacle, and to test there performance. In this study, the intelligent AGV system was made by using distributed control system and fast stereo vision system, and was tested on driving performance, when an obstacle existed in front.

Generally, Oxidized film are generated by friction and wear in lubricant oil. It is effect that the heat and pressure act on contact area. Because the electrons movement progress the oxidization, if the electrons movement be regulated, the thickness of oxidized film can be regulated and wear characteristics can improve. But, electronic current can deteriorate the friction characteristic, so various characteristics must be investigated on transforming of electronic current. Therefor, using the Norton equation, short current were transformed between ball and disk. Also, an experiment was carried out on friction and wear with ball on disk type tester. So, we studied up on effect of current for friction characteristics.

The average frictional coefficient was used generally to analyze the failure condition of lubricated machine. But It is difficult of getting the correct friction coefficient because the average frictional coefficient of it is progressed always unstably with a large amplitude on driving condition. If correct analysis of frictional coefficient on working condition for lubricated automobile transmission gear can be possible, it can be effect on diagnosis of failure condition. The purpose of this study is carried out to analyze friction factors affecting on friction coefficient of SCM420 and NT100 for prediction of failure condition of transmission gear materials by statistical techniques. The results show that the most important friction factors affecting on friction coefficient was applied load, next was sliding speed and materials.
