This paper is described the analysis of time-varying low-frequency electric magnetic field emitted from electric rolling stocks fed by VVVF inverter, in reference to allowable magnitude for exposures to time-varying electromagnetic field issued by International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection(ICNIRP). The level of the magnetic field strength was measured, in reference to the standard for occupational environments, which takes into account the public person's protection against the excessive emission of the low-frequency magnetic field, 5 ㎐ ~ 2 ㎑.

Increasing needs for rapid driving vehicles during rush hour, there are various researches how to operate or allocate rapid driving vehicles with the existing normal driving vehicles. In the aspect of power system, it should be preceded by an analysis for power equipment capacity. Also, it should be studied whether the added rapid driving vehicles gives a bad effects for stable operation of railway systems or not. In order to derive the results for these analysis processes, this paper suggest a novel analysis algorithm which can implement integrated analysis including rapid and normal driving railway vehicles simultaneously. This algorithm has been verified using Seoul Metro 7 Line data.

In AC railway feeding system, three phase received from the network is changed to two phase power sources with different phases. The main circuit breaker installed train is automatically open by track signal when the train passes the neutral section. In order to continuously supply power source to train, the changeover system was used in Japan. Therefore, the train is able to operate under powering condition when it was passing through the neutral section. We investigated the control method to reduce the inrush current flowing main transformer in train. To examine the inrush current and operate the static semiconductor switch such as thyristor, we manufactured the small scale the changeover system and carried out performance tests.

Contactless systems use electromagnetic fields to transport power from railway substation to the traction system. In Korea Railroad Research Institute KRRI the RIPS (Railway Inductive Power Supply) has been developed. The RIPS is based on a contactless transformer with a fixed coreless primary and a moving core compared with E shape and U shape in the secondary. The primary coil is supply with 20 kHz current which produces a magnetic flux in the secondary core. Further this flux induces a current in the secondary coil.

도시철도의 혼잡도 완화를 위한 방안으로 급행 열차만 정차하는 급행 정차역을 선정하고 급행 노선에는 기존 전동차를 운행하는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 가감속 속도와 최고 속도가 향상된 고성능 전동차를 완행 노선에 투입하여 완행 열차가 급행 열차를 추종하도록 함으로써 대피선 건설을 최소화 하는 방안을 검토해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 고성능 전동차는 가속력의 증가에 따라서 차량부하가 증가되기 때문에 기존 전력시스템의 용량 검토는 반드시 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 용량 검토를 위해서 서울 1기 및 2기 지하철을 대상으로 수계산에 의해서 정류기 용량을 검토하였다. 그리고 급완행차량의 투입에 전력분야에서 고려되어야 하는 사항들을 검토하였다. Now we can be considered operation of express and local runs in order to minimize degree of congestion and commuting hours, local train followed the express train. In order to increase the load of the vehicle in response to the increase in acceleration, performance of these trains consideration of the capacity of an existing power system can be performed without fail. In this paper, we examined the capacity of the rectifier by calculation to target Seoul’s subway. I examined the matters to be taken into account in the power system according to application of express and local train operations.
에폭시 박막 절연형 버스웨이 시스템의 장기 수명 및 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구

전력수요와 부하용량이 증가 되어감에 따라 부하에 전력공급을 위한 간선으로서의 케이블은 설치 시간의 과다와 공간의 제약으로 사용이 제한적이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위한 간선 시스템으로 대전류를 효율적으로 공급해 줄 수 있는 버스웨이 시스템의 사용이 증가되고 있으나, 신뢰성의 검증을 위한 시험평가 방법과 그에 대한 결과 제시가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 에폭시를 주절연으로 하는 버스웨이 시스템의 신뢰성 검증을 위해서 IEC 61439-6에서 제시된 시험항목이외에 장기 사용성과 신뢰성을 평가할 수 있는 시험항목을 선정하였다. 열 및 전기적 스트레스를 동시에 인가하여 최대한 실사용 상태를 반영한 복합가속열화시험을 실시하였으며, 50년 수명 조건을 충족하도록 열화 조건을 선정하여 버스웨이 시스템의 절연성능 확인시험을 통해 수명을 만족함을 확인하였다. 또한, 버스웨이가 설치되는 온도, 습도 및 부하전류 사용 환경에 대한 적합성 확인에 대한 신뢰성 평가 시험항목으로서 열적 과전류 시험, 침수시험, 냉충격시험, 온도 사이클 시험을 선정하여 실시하였으며, 확인 시험을 통해 시험 전후의 특성 변화와 이상 유무를 검토하였다. 이 결과들로부터 에폭시 절연형 버스웨이 시스템의 평가항목으로서 본 논문에서 제시한 시험항목이 적절하고, 그에 대한 제품의 성능도 우수함을 확인하였다. The use of electric cable was limited due to the installation time and large space as the increase of power demand and load quantity in side line. In order to solve these problems, the application of busway system which can supply the large current was increasing. But it was lack of methods of performance tests to evaluate the reliability and results of test for busway system. In this paper, we presented items to evaluate the reliability test for epoxy coated busway system with reference to IEC 61349-6. In addition, we proposed items to evaluate the reliability and long term life cycle test for the epoxy coated busway system. The combined acceleration deterioration test that reflects actual conditions of the survey as much as possible was conducted considering both thermal and electrical stresses. The deterioration condition was selected to satisfy fifty years life expectation and the insulation performance verification test of the busway system confirmed the long term life prediction. Furthermore, as test items for reliability assessment of compliance with the environment for the use of temperature, humidity and load current where busway system was installed, thermal overload test, water immersion test, cold shock temperature test and thermal cycle test were performed. And we examined changes in characteristics and abnormality after tests. From results, the test items presented to evaluate performance and reliability of the epoxy insulated busway system were confirmed to be appropriate in this paper, and the performance of the product was also confirmed to be excellent for reliability tests.
혼합필터와 주파수분석기법을 이용한 교류 아크 검출 기법

In this paper, we propose a technique to determine the normal and arc of an alternating current using a mixed filter composed of an average filter and a band-pass filter and a frequency analysis. The proposed method uses the moving average filter of the FIR filter structure for noise removal and the band-pass filter of the IIR filter structure for detecting only specific frequency components after normalizing the measured current signal based on the maximum value. After performing Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) using the band-pass filtered signal, the total energy is calculated using the magnitude component of the frequency, and the arc is detected using the magnitude of the calculated energy. In order to show the validity of the proposed method, we experimented with various data and found that arc and steady state can be easily discriminated by calculating spectral energy. Therefore, it is considered that the proposed method can be applied to arc diagnosis of low voltage electric wire.
