가스터빈 엔진 블레이드의 신뢰성을 해석하였다. 항복강도, 탄성계수, 엔진속도 및 기체온도를 서로 독립적인 확률변수로 가정하였다. 파손확률을 구하기 위하여 사용한 방법들 중에서 Advanced Mean Value Method가 가장 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. 동일한 평균과 표준편차를 갖는 정규, 대수정규 및 Weibull 분포로 확률변수 형상을 가정하였을 경우, 극한상태방정식의 누적분포함수는 확률변수 분포형상에 의하여 큰 영향을 받지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 확률변수의 표준편차에 대한 파손확률의 민감도는 기체온도의 경우에 가장 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 확률변수의 평균과 표준편차의 효과를 검토하였다. 기체온도의 평균과 엔진속도의 표준편차의 증가가 파손확률을 가장 크게 증가시킴을 알 수 있었다. The reliability of gas turbine engine blades was studied. Yield strength, Young’s modulus, engine speed and gas temperature were considered as statistically independent random variables. The failure probability was calculated using five different methods. Advanced Mean Value Method was. the most efficient without significant loss in accuracy. When random variables were assumed to have normal, lognormal and Weibull distributions with the same means and standard deviations, the CDF of limit state equation did not change significantly with the distribution functions of random variables. The normalized sensitivity of failure probability with respect to standard deviations of random variables was the largest with gas temperature. The effect of means and standard deviations of random variables was studied. The increase in the mean of gas temperature and the standard deviation of engine speed increased the failure probability the most significantly.

Molecular dynamics simulations of nano indentation on single crystal silicon (100) surface were performed on parallel computer. Silicon substrate and diamond indenter tool tip were modeled by Tersoff potential model. Phase transformation, incipient plastic deformation and the change of incident temperature distribution of silicon substrate were investigated through the change of potential energy, load-displacement curve, the change of kinetic energy distribution and displacement of silicon atoms. Phase transformation and distribution of atoms which have high kinetic energy are highly localized near tool tip. Incipient plastic deformation was found at indentation depth between 7 and 8 Angstrom from the data of load-displacement curve, displacement of silicon atoms and unloading simulation.

In the present investigation, a high precision thermal pressing system for micro ceramic products was developed and the net-shape manufacturing of multi-layer ceramic reflector for LED (Light Emitting Diode) was conducted with a precision metal die. Workpiece used in the present investigation were the multi-layer laminated ceramic sheets with pre-punched holes. The cavity with arbitrary angle was formed on the circular and rectangular holes of the ceramic sheets. During the imprinting process, the ambient temperature of the imprint system was kept over the transition temperature of the ceramic sheet and then rapidly cooled. The results in this paper show that the present method can be successfully applied to the fabrication of very small size hole array for ceramic reflector in a one step operation.

In this study, we have designed and developed proto type machine that is able to form a pattern forming using isostatic pressing and have progressed a pattern forming on the plates and curved plates In this study to research a pattern forming of a newly proposed process, we determined a decision creteria by filling ratio. PMMA material progressed plate forming using polymer die. we research for bending, torsion, and forming quality of materials that while it is plate forming, and suggest to prevent bending, and torsion, and changing geometry of material aspects.
태양전지 모듈 제작을 위한 라미네이터 제작 및 공정 최적화

The modularity of crystalline silicon solar cells on the type typically BIPV Solar Cell Module has come into the spotlight. However, BIPV Solar Cell Module type form of the Glass to Glass curtain wall solar cells module manufacturing process is difficult and low productivity are more difficult to manufacture. In this study, laminator for the optimization of solar cells module manufacturing processes were designed and fabricated. And Low Iron Tempered glass with thickness of 3.2mm, EVA film was applied to the lamination process. Together in the lamination process, with the possible causes of the bubbles phenomenon analyzed.
