여성노인의 운동습관유무가 건강관련 삶의 질, 일상생활동작에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of exercise habits of elderly women on health-related quality of life (HRQoL), activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). The subjects of this study were 75 elderly women aged 65 to 80 residing in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul, and classified them into an exercise habit group (n=39) and a non-exercise habit group (n=36). The presence or absence of exercise habits was confirmed through a health history questionnaire (HHQ), and questionnaires through prior studies were conducted for HRQoL, ADL and IADL. Statistical analysis was SPSS 23.0, and an independent t-test was performed to analyze the difference between the two groups.As a result, in IADL, SF-36 and functional performance (excluding dynamic balance), the elderly group with exercise habits was significantly higher than that of the elderly group with non-exercise habits (p<.05). From the above results, it was considered that the daily life movements of the elderly women and HRQoL were highly related to the presence or absence of exercise habits, and the necessity of exercise habits was suggested.
슬개골 통증 증후군 여자축구선수의 무릎 보호대와 테이핑 처치가 무릎 안정성, 통증 척도 및 체력요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze knee kinesiology taping (KT) and knee sleeve on the effects of knee stability, pain scale, and physical fitness factors in female soccer players with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS). Subjects were 5 female soccer players from University D who had been diagnosed with PFPS, and those who experienced two or more knee pains from long sitting, climbing stairs, squatting, running, kneeling, and deep kneeling were selected. For the knee sleeve, Fortium (Co., Ltd.)s elastic knee sleeve with a patella hole was used. Knee KT was performed by a professional physical athlete trainer using Kinesiotape® as described by Chang et al.(2015) was treated. This study was a cross-over design and was divided into three groups: a knee protector, a knee KT, and a control group, followed by a 7-day washout period. Knee stability was evaluated by computerized dynamic posturography, pain scale by visual analogue scale (VAS), and physical fitness test by general methods. For statistical processing, non-parametric statistical Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test were performed. As a result, the knee sleeve group and the taping group showed significantly lower pain scales than the control group, but there was no difference in knee stability and physical fitness factors. In conclusion, as much as the effect of knee KT, the knee sleeve has a positive effect on knee stability, pain scale, and physical fitness factors of PFPS female soccer players and can be applied as an auxiliary method to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
프로축구 선수들의 2011년-2019년까지 부상현황 분석

This study collected all data from 2011 to 2019 in professional soccer team A to analyze yearly and monthly status and injuries and injury‐related factors by position, focusing on the diagnosis results of partner hospitals and medical teams. For data processing, frequency analysis and chi‐square (x²) were performed using the SPSS 25.0 program, and the significance level of statistics was verified at the level of p<.05. First, the average number of injuries per year for 9 years from 2011 to 2019 was about 389 cases, monthly injuries were the most in January and February, and the non‐contact injury rate was higher than that of contact. Second, in the analysis results of position and injury site, FW, MF, and DF had high knee injuries, GK had high ankle injuries, and showed a difference at the level of p<.001. In addition, in the analysis results of position and injury name, all of FW, MF, DF, and GK had a lot of fractural injury (muscle injury), and there were differences at the level of p<.01. In addition, fractures, bruises, tendon injuries and sprains (ligament injuries) at the injury name and the injury site are in the ankle joint, dislocation in the shoulder joint, cartilage injury and fractural injury (muscle injury) in the knee joint, others were diseases other than injury, and there was a difference in p<.001. Therefore, in the case of performing light whole body exercises such as stretching for about 10‐20 minutes to prevent and relieve injury and prevent muscle and ligament damage of the knee and ankle joints, by increasing the blood flow to the muscles, the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the joints may be stretched, thereby improving flexibility and significantly reducing muscle damage. Therefore, to prevent damage and injury due to accumulated fatigue of the muscles, it is possible to minimize injuries by providing sufficient rest, relaxing tense muscles and joints with baths or hot springs, and removing swelling and muscle wastes through muscle massage.
심부체온 상승이 폐경 비만 여성의 림프구감소증 억제에 미치는 효과

This study explored whether thermotherapy affect to core temperature, T cell, B cell and NK cell impacting human immunity. Fifteen menopausal obese women (age; 53.62 ± 4.21 years, height; 160.83 ± 5.16cm, weight; 64.37 ± 5.80kg, %body fat; 31.85 ± 4.22) underwent thermotherapy (half-body immersion, 40±0.5°C, 30 min). Before and After thermotherapy, the levels of tympanic temperature (Tty), T cell, B cell and NK cell were compared. The results of the study are as follows, Tty was significantly increased (<SUP>###</SUP>p<.001). T cell (<SUP>##</SUP>p<.01), B cell (<SUP>###</SUP>p<.001) and NK cell (<SUP>##</SUP>p<.01) level were significantly increased after thermotherapy. In conclusion, thermotherapy is effective in inhibit lymphopenia via raising core temperature. Furthermore, it is believed that resistance to infectious diseases can be increased.
코로나바이러스감염증-19 사회적 거리두기 중 온열처치가 면역노화 억제에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 온열처치(반신침수, 42±0.5℃, 60분, 5분 간격)가 중년 폐경기 비만 여성(연령; 52.24±3.92세, 신장; 160.2±3.67cm, 체중; 62.34±5.13kg, 체지방율; 33.54±4.12%)의 면역노화 억제에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 온열처치 전 후 심부체온, 림프구와 호중구의 수준을 비교하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 온열처치를 적용한 결과 심부체온은 유의하게 증가하였다(***p<0.001). 운동면역학 측면에서 중요한 림프구 수준도 온열처치 이후 유의하게 증가하였다(**p<0.01). 또한 면역노화와 관련성이 높은 호중구 역시 유의하게 증가하였다(**p<0.01). 결론적으로 온열처치는 심부체온을 상승시킴으로써 면역노화를 억제시키는데 효과가 나타난다는 사실을 확인하였다. 나아가 감염성 질환에 대한 저항력도 증가할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 차후 면역노화에 대한 억제력을 유발시키는 최적의 심부체온 범위와 자극에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to undergo thermotherapy (half-body immersion, 42±0.5℃, 60 minutes, 5 minutes intervals) in middle-aged menopausal obese women (age; 52.24±3.92 years, height; 160.2±3.67cm, weight; 62.34±5.13kg, %body fat; 33.54±4.12%) on the suppression of immunosenescence. Pre and Post thermotherapy, the levels of tympanic temperature (Tty), lymphocytes, and neutrophil were compared. The results of the study are as follows, Tty was significantly increased (***p<0.001). Lymphocytes and neutrophils levels were significantly increased after thermotherapy (**p<0.01). In conclusion, thermotherapy is effective in suppressing immunosenescence by raising core temperature. Furthermore, it is believed that resistance to infectious diseases can be increased. Therefore, we propose the necessity of research on the optimal range of core temperature to immunosenescence.
단열재에서의 실험체 추출 위치와 추출 개수에 따른 난연성능에 대한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to measure the total heat release rate through the cone calorimeter test for commercially available insulation materials using ISO 5660-1 & 2, and to analyze the measured data as the flame retardancy standards for interior and exterior materials and insulation. Recently a total of 7 insulation materials were supplied and tested, and the data were analyzed by dividing them into single material and heterogeneous material.
