        설계단계별 BIM기반 구조설계 프로세스 및 모델 작성기준에 관한 연구

        As the core technology of IT convergence with construction industry, Building Information Model(hereinafter BIM) is simulated based on accurate and consistent building information. By reviewing the work and checking the failure in predictable construction process so that reducing errors and increasing the efficiency in construction work. In domestic, some trial pilot project is ordered and done in BIM design, but BIM is focus on just external data and informations management is not sufficient about BIM applications and necessary informations. It makes a digression from the purpose of BIM. Most BIM project is performed without any application of building information, it brings the increasing of work burden and design cost. In this study, BIM-based structural design process and required data modeling guidelines for design phase is proposed for the application of structural BIM. We expected these suggestions would increase practicality of structural BIM and efficiency of structural works and then the introduction of BIM would be activated in the field of building structure.

        50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 예방행위 관련변인들 간의 구조분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 예방행위 관련 변인들을 분석하고자 시도된 구조분석 연구이다 연구방법: 본 연구의 표적 모집단은 B시의 노인 건강대학 프로그램 참가자, C시의 종합복지관의 취미교실 프로그램 참가자. C시의 지역사회 거주자 중 50세 이상 성인을 대상으로 하여 응답자의 연령이 50세 이하인 7명과 불성실한 응답내용 8부를 제외한 225부를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집 기간은 2016년 6월 15일부터 동년 7월 15일까지 이었으며, 수집된 자료는 IBM사의 SPSS statistics 18.0과 AMOS version 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 처리하였다. 연구결과: 모형검증 결과, χ<sup>2</sup>=365.785(df=193, p<.001), CMIN/DF(χ<sup>2</sup>/df)=1.90, GFI=0.88, AGFI=0.84, NFI=0.88, TLI=0.93, CFI=0.94, RMR=0.07, RMSEA=0.06 이었으며, 50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 예방행위에 대한 태도와 지각된 행위 통제는 대상포진 예방행위에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 이 중 가장 큰 총효과를 나타낸 것은 대상포진 예방행위에 대한 태도이었다. 결론: 50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 예방행위 수행을 높이기 위해서는 태도의 변화를 유도하고, 지각된 행위통제를 강화하여 예방행위 수행을 높이는 교육프로그램의 개발과 전략이 필요하다. Objective : This study is purposed to suggest basic data of developing program preventing Herpes zoster by analysis of related variables for adults over 50 years old. Methods :Data had been collected by 225 adults over 50 years old who participated in health program in B city, interested program of welfare service center in C city and community residence through self-administered questionnaire from 15<sup>th</sup> June to 15<sup>th</sup> July 2016. The collected data was analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics v.18 and AMOS v.18. Results : Based on the verification of model by the results of the study, χ2=365.785(df=193, p<.001), CMIN/DF(χ2/df)=1.90, GFI=0.88, AGFI=0.84, NFI=0.88, TLI=0.93, CFI=0.94, RMR=0.07, RMSEA=0.06, The action of Herpes zoster preventive behavior and perceived behavior control for adults over 50 years old made direct influence to the Herpes zoster preventive behavior and the attitude of preventive behavior showed the largest total effect. Conclusions : In conclusion, for improving action of Herpes zoster preventive behavior for adults over 50 years old, it is important to induce change of attitude about Herpes zoster preventive behavior. Also, the development and strategy of education program, which can improve action of Herpes zoster preventive behavior, are necessary through emphasizing perceived behavior control about Herpes zoster preventive behavior.

      • 시공 단계를 고려한 초고층 구조물 모의해석

        On the generalized analysis method of the high-rise structure, loads are assumed simultaneous working independent of the construction process and time. On this account, the actual behaviors of the structure is different from the calculation results. A considerable calculation errors result from the unconsidered load condition caused by the construction sequence and the stiffness change by concrete's strength variation during curing. If the buildings go to the high-rising, the column shortening amount gradually accumulated by means of the effect of construction sequence. On the other hand, a large deformation of the structure is essential on the high-rised building, that requires a geometrical non-linear analysis, but ordinary analysis abbreviate. This paper focus on these points we analyze 40 stories multi-story model building considering an staged construction sequence. The results showed that ordinary analysis unconsidered the effect of shear deformation is over-estimated in exterior column and is under-estimated in interior column compared with staged construction analysis. It means that ordinary analysis is not devisable to select the elements for design at a practical condition. We confirm the importance of staged construction analysis. We confirmed that it is essential subject to consider a staged construction similarly with actual construction behavior for reducing the analysis error.

        50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 지식, 건강신념이 대상포진 예방행동에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 50세 이상 지역사회 성인의 대상포진 지식과 건강신념이 대상포진 예방행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 본연구를 시도하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 50세 이상 성인의 대상포진 지식, 건강신념 및 대상포진 예방행동의 정도를 파악하고, 대상포진 예방행동에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도된 설명적 관계연구이다. 대상자는 B광역시의 건강대학과 보건센터와 C시의 종합복지관의 프로그램에 참여하는 자로 50세 이상의 성인으로 총 126명이었다. 자료 수집은 2016년 1월 28일부터 동년2월 1일까지이었고, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 대상포진 예방행동은 성별, 연령, 월 가구소득, 대상포진 예방접종의 유무, 환자를 본 경험의 유무에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 예방행동과 건강신념 하위영역의 행동계기(r=.539),지각된 유익성(r=.516), 지각된 민감성(r=.363)이 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 대상포진 예방행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 건강신념의 행동계기(β=.38)가 설명력 28.5%로 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 지각된 유익성(β=.34)이었고, 행동계기와 지각된 유익성의 2개 요인이 포함되어 전체 설명력 37.4%로 대상자의 대상포진 예방행동을 설명하였다. 결론: 대상자의 대상포진 예방행동과 건강신념과의 관계에서 행동계기와 지각된 유익성이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 대상자의 대상포진 예방행동 실천을 높이기 위해서는 TV나 언론매체를 통한 내, 외적인 행동계기의 요소를 강화하고, 개인의 행동변화를 유도하는 지각된 유익성을 강조한 교육과 홍보 전략이 요구된다. 이에 지역사회 보건기관이나 국가의 주도로 대상포진 예방교육 프로그램의 개발과 수행이 이루어져야 하며, 수행을 통하여 대상포진 이환율 감소에 기여한 효과를 살펴보는 후속 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting preventive behavior of herpes zoster(HZ) infection in adults over 50 years old. Methods: Participants were 126 of senior health university of Busan. Data were collected from Jan. 28th to Feb. 1st, 2016 using the scales of measurements of Knowledge, Health Belief and preventive behavior for HZ infection. Results: Average age of subjects was 61.66±11.12. Vaccination rate of HZ was 11.1% of subjects. There was positive correlation between behavior cues(r=.539, p<.001), perceived benefits(r=.516, p<.001), perceived susceptibility(r=.363, p<.001) on preventive behavior for HZ. Of factors affecting on preventive behavior for HZ, behavior cues for HZ was the best explanation power(β=.38) and perceived benefits for HZ was the explanation power(β=.34) which was the most and it combined with behavior cues and perceived benefits for HZ has 37.4% of explanation power. Conclusion: Health belief related variables for HZ was the most affecting actor to preventive behavior for HZ. It is assumed that intervention program to improve behavior cues and perceived benefits and to increase preventive behavior for HZ infection of adults over 50 years old.

        시공단계와 기하 비선형성을 고려한 초고층 구조물 해석

        On the normal structural analysis method of a high-rise building, loads are assumed simultaneous working independent of the construction process and time. On this account, the actual structural behaviors is different from the calculation results. A considerable calculation errors result from the unconsidered load condition caused by the construction sequence and the stiffness change by concrete's strength variation during curing. If the buildings go to high-rising, the column shortening amount gradually accumulated by means of the effect of construction sequence, and then, a large lateral deformation is induced on the high-rise building, that requires a geometrical non-linear analysis, but normal structural analysis abbreviate it. This paper focus on these points. We analyze 40 multi-story model building considering the geometrical non-linear effect. The results showed that normal analysis unconsidered the effect of shear deformation is over-estimated in exterior column and is under-estimated in interior column compared with staged construction analysis. It means that normal analysis is not devisable to select the elements for design at a practical condition. A softening of tall building structure caused the building to displace horizontally larger than horizontal forces as like wind load. We confirmed that it is essential subject to consider a staged construction and geometry non-linear similarly with actual construction behavior for reducing the analysis error.

        BIM 기반 구조도면 작성기준

        As BIM is introduced in structural design, the environment of structural design is changing. This is because the reasonable guideline for the purpose, scope, and output of BIM based structural design are still not established. Also, there is much confusion in creation of structural drawings because of the same reason. In this study, therefore, we proposed the guideline for the creation of structural drawing considering the changes in environment of structural design caused by the introduction of BIM. For this, we performed the close investigations about the BIM guidelines and case studies for BIM application and derived the problems about structural drawings. Then we divided the structural design into four design stages and presented the guideline for the creation of structural drawings for each structural design stage such as drawing list, scope of contents in drawing, and presentation style. And we carried out a pilot project in which structural drawings are created based on the presented guideline for structural drawings. After the pilot project is complete, we concluded that the proposed guideline will reduce the confusion in creation of structural drawings.

        BIM 기반 구조설계도서 작성의 업무효율성 분석

        BIM supports the many useful functions to develop the AEC industries, such as quantity takeoff and cost estimating, clash detection, schedule simulation, etc. However, the most important factor to determine the practical usefulness is the connectivity for traditional way. In this paper, we analyzed the work efficiency of BIM based structural drawing in terms of drawing workability, graphic expressivity, clash detection and working hours in comparison with those of 2D based structural drawing. And we proposed the division of works between BIM based and 2D based structural drawing for efficient work in field. For this, we investigated the real project as a test bed, that is, 20-floor ground and 1-floor underground scale wall-type apartment comprised of 4-plan type, 5-household. As a results, we found out the difference of expression in case of centerline and wall, and BIM based work requires more working time than 2D based work because it spends time to retouch BIM generated drawing into traditional form and generate initial BIM model itself. To activate BIM in field, it is needed to improve the traditional working environment of structural drawing forms and establish a BIM based drawing standard soon.

        ISO 10211 전열해석을 통한 경량목구조의 주요 구조부 단열성능 데이터베이스 구축

        This study aimed to establish a thermal performance database for various lightweight wood-frame house envelopes in order to increase the accuracy of insulation assessment and energy performance analysis for lightweight wood-frame buildings. The differences in energy and insulation performances were analyzed based on the thermal transmittance calculation method for composite walls. The linear thermal transmittance (Ψ), equivalent thermal transmittance (Ueq), and thermal conductivity of various composite walls for lightweight wood-frame houses were calculated. PHYSIBEL Trisco V.12 was used for the heat transfer analysis, and DesignBuilder V.3.4 was used for the energy performance analysis. The thermal transmittance in the case studies was compared with the heat transfer analysis, and the results confirmed a difference of 3.8%?22.7% for the thermal transmittance and a difference of 3.2%?12.1% for the heating energy. When heat transfer analysis was conducted for various configurations of the lightweight wood-frame house such as the stud spacing, stud thickness, stud placement, and presence of an airtight layer, the results showed a linear thermal transmittance (ψ) difference that was approximately 4.8 times depending on the wall configuration. The thermal conductivity (λ) of the inversion stud and insulation layer was 0.0433?0.0492 W/m·K, indicating a maximum of 11.9% on the stud interval of 406 mm (16 in) and 0.0404?0.0452 W/m·K indicating a maximum of 10.6% on the interval of 610 mm(24 in). With the database established in this study, the thermal performance of the composite walls in lightweight wood-frame houses can be calculated without a complex heat transfer analysis and can be used as basic data for the construction of eco-friendly low-energy wooden structures.
