In this study, the numerical study has been carried out to analyze the leakage in a steam turbine labyrinth seal. We modified tooth shape of the labyrinth seal and find out the difference of leakage in this study. Original model is straight labyrinth seal and its modified model is slanted labyrinth seal. The numerical analyses are implemented on two models. The numerical results show that each leakage of tooth shape are found to be 0.4781 kg/s and 0.4485 kg/s, respectively. The slanted labyrinth seal confines in a steam better than straight labyrinth seal. Since actual clearance of the stream function in the slant model is smaller than that of the straight model.

정보화, 민주화 등 정책환경의 변화에 따라 기존의 정부주도의 정책패러다임이 민간부문의 참여를 중시하는 거버넌스적 패러다임으로 변화하는 추세이다. 이러한 시대적, 정책환경의 변화에 부응하여 보훈선양정책과정상 민간단체의 참여 실태를 정책거버넌스와 민관협력 모형이론을 바탕으로 연구자의 실무경험을 토대로 실증적 경험적으로 분석한 결과, 국가보훈처의 보훈선양정책과정에 민간단체의 참여와 협력기반이 만족할 만한 수준은 아니지만 어느 정도 조성되어 보훈선양정책의 거버넌스 모델구축이 가능한 것으로 판단되었다. 민간참여를 확대하고 정책의 효율성을 높이기 위해 국가보훈처 처본부의 정책결정에 참여하는 민간단체간의 네트워크가 구축되는 중앙차원의 보훈선양정책 거버넌스 모델 인 정책공동체와 지방보훈행정기관과 지역보훈단체를 포함한 해당 민간단체 및 지방자치단체가 협력적 네트워크 구축으로 파트너쉽을 형성하는 지방차원의 정책거버넌스 모델인 지방보훈선양위원회를 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of study on this thesis lies in establishing a governance model to facilitate the expansion of civic participation and enhancement of policy efficiency in the process of national merit rewards enhancement in Korea. For this research, mainly analyzed about government commemorative events, merit reward enhancement programs(merit reward camps, cultural class, visit and tour of domestic and overseas historic relics, cultural retracing events), feats enhance projects(deliberation and examination of independence movement activities, collection and compiling of domestic and overseas historical documents, repatriation of overseas patriotic forefathers' remains, management and use of memorial facilities) has implemented by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, and this study mainly analyzed the participation and cooperative relations between civic organizations and patriots and veterans affairs agencies in current promotion status and policy process. As civic groups, this included four entities of patriots and veterans, commemorative project associations, research groups, and civilian organizations which are taking part in merit reward policy making. This study, presented a governance model dividing central and local level based on the empirical analysis of patriots and veterans affairs enhancement policy. The policy governance model on a central level is a scheme forming a policy community with the delegations of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs headquarters and civic groups. It is a scheme to build a network of three merit reward enhancement services as middle-level units and related civic groups staff. Also it builds a network with existing related groups and general civic groups by project. And the policy governance construction model on a local level is a scheme to organize a local merit reward enhancement committee with the delegates of local governments, and civic groups. Also to support the operation of the local merit reward enhancement committee, a network will be able to be built with working level. So by project, it is necessary to build a network with related groups focusing on local patriots and veterans affairs administrative agencies, and maintain a cooperative relation between civic groups with a network built.

In this study, the numerical study carried out to analyze the leakage in a steam turbine labyrinth seal. Low pressure side and high pressure side angles of teeth were modified to verify the influence on the leakage. It was found that the angle of low pressure side does not affect on the leakage but the variation of high pressure side angle have significant effect on the leakage. The leakage through the labyrinth seal with -5° high pressure side angle were decreased by 5.4% compared to that of original labyrinth seal.

Predicting performance of air conditioning in thermal environment is very important to improve energy efficiency. Even the energy may include the effort, process, cost and much more time. In this simulation, the boundary condition equivalent to the actual housing environment with latent heat needs to be set accurately to solve the real heat transfer problem using 3D CFD transient analysis coupled with 1D cycle. As the result, air conditioning performance predicted by co-simulation is ±5% accuracy level comparing with the actual test value. It will effect on the development process and project planing.

Present study shows the numerical method to predict dew condensation on the outer panel of floor standing air conditioner by humidity analysis based on non-reacting multi-component gas model. It was also verified that the FAC outlet geometry can be optimized to minimize the dew condensation by designing backward step configuration.

The purpose of the present study is to improve the accuracy of the dew condensation analysis in a simplified duct through a quantitative comparison of the experimental results and the numerical results and to study the quantification schemes. Heat transfer calculation has been conducted for the heat sink attached to two crossing thermal ducts with different flow temperature respectively. For the parametric study on the orientation of the heat sink location, the numerical results could have similar match with experimental results only for the heat sink facing up(bottom location). The amount of dew condensation was calculated by numerical simulation using relative humidity in the air.
