60대와 20대 여성의 의자높이에 따른 Sit-to-Stand의 운동역학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the burden on the lower limbs, and the dynamic balance control for preventing falls, is affected by changes in chair height. We also identified the motor strategies adopted for the execution of a sit-to-stand(STS) movement, at self-selected speed, in a sample of 10 healthy elderly women(68.78±3.29 years) and 10 young women(20.90±0.74 years). The STS movements of the twenty healthy subjects were analyzed using three-dimensional video and a ground reaction force system. The findings were as follows: The 60s women took longer to stand from the chair than the 20s women. although lift-off from the chair occurred at 31% of the STS movement. regardless of chair height. in both age groups. The rate of rise in force in 60s women was smaller than that in 20s women. The center of pressure in mediolateral and anteroposterior displacement in 60s women were large than that in 20s women.

The findings were as follows: The maximum horizontal velocity of the center of mass(COM) was nearly the same for 60s women and 20s women, but the maximum vertical velocity of the COM in 60s women was lower than in 20s women. The contribution of each joint to the COM velocity was, in order, hip, knee and ankle in 60s women and knee, hip and ankle in 20s women. The maximum moment occurred after lift-off, and was larger in 60s women than in the 20s women.

The purpose of this study was to investigate comparative analysis of the static balance ability in skilled and unskilled yoga group on the center of gravity and center of pressure variables while executing it in single-leg stance with eyes open and closed through 3D video analysis and GRF system. The subjects participated in this study were 7 female yoga group and 7 female control group. The results are as follows: 1. The skilled group was lower than unskilled group in anteroposterior and mediolateral of the range and distance of COG during single-leg stance with eyes open and closed. 2. The single-leg stance with eyes open was lower than eyes closed in mediolateral of the range and distance of COG in both groups. 3. The skilled group was lower than unskilled group in the range and distance of COP during single-leg stance with eyes closed. In conclusion, the effect of yoga training affected the range and distance of COG during single-leg stance with eyes open and closed. However, the range and distance of COP was confined within single-leg stance with eyes closed.
남자 볼링 선수들의 5스텝 & 훅 볼(Hook ball) 투구동작 시 운동학적 분석

본 연구는 5스텝의 훅 볼을 구사하는 엘리트 남자 선수들을 대상으로 어프로치 투구동작을 운동학적으로 분석하여 선수들에게 정확한 외재적 피드백 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 거리요인에서 보폭은 E3에서 평균66.86+-6.03 cm이고 E4에서는 평균61.58+-7.59 cm이며, E5에서는 평균150.53+-2.62 cm로 나타났다. 구간별 신체중심의 이동거리는 P2에서 평균 86+_6.03 cm이고 P3에서는 평균136.29+-10.83 cm이며, P4에서는 평균 24.44+_3.341 cm로 나타났다. .......

본 연구는 초보자와 지도자들에게 남자선수들의 어프로치투구동작에 관한 3차원적 각 분석에 따른 연속 투구동작의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P광역시 소속 전국체전 메달리스트로써 남자선수 2명을 대상으로 하였다. 각 이벤트별 몸통 기울임과 상지관절(오른 어깨, 왼 어깨, 어깨 회전, 어깨 상하 경사, 오른 팔꿈치, 왼 팔꿈치, 오른 손목 및 왼 손목)각도를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 선행연구와 비교하여 볼 때 E1에서 E5로 진행됨에 따라 몸통기울임 각도는 E3, E4, E5로 갈수록 점점 각도가 낮아지고, 오른 어깨 각도는 E1에서 E4로 천천히 낮아졌으며, 어깨 회전 각도와 어깨 상하 경사 각도는 E2 E3 E4로 진행 할수록 특히 E3에서 낮은 각도의 급격한 변화를 보였다. S1과 S2의 왼 어깨 각도와 왼 손목 각도가 E3과 E4, 그리고 E5에서 각각 다른 현저한 각도의 차이를 나타내는 것은 각 피험자 개인의 투구 폼에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 사려 된다.
