연료 전지를 구성하는 세라믹의 결합제로 쓰이는 PVB(polyvinyl butyral)의 열에 의한 분해와 제거과정을 알아보기 위하여 TG분석과 열분해 후 발생되는 기체를 GC/MS로 분석하여 그 분해산물을 살펴보았다. PVB자체의 열분해와 니켈 그린 시트상의 열분해에서 주로 나오는 기체의 종류는 비슷하나 온도에 따라 생성되는 상대적인 양에는 차이가 있었다. 또한 공기 분위기에서보다 수증기가 어느 정도 있고 니켈 등 금속이 있는 상태에서 카르복실산의 양이 많아지고 난분해성 화합물이 많이 배출되었다. 그리고, 니켈은 PVB 분해에 있어서 촉매로서 작용하였다. To determine burn-out condition of polyvinyl butyral as binder, TGA and GC/MS were used to analyze decomposed products of PVB and Ni green sheet during binder pyrolysis. The produced gases are similar in kind each other but the relative amount of produced gases was different. When the atmosphere air contains water, relatively larger amount of carboxylic acids and aromatic compounds were detected, and the amount of the decomposed products were larger in Ni green sheet than PVB alone. And Ni acted as a catalyst in the thermal decomposition of PVB.
기체크로마토그래피/질량분석법을 이용한 생체시료 중 프탈산 에스텔류의 분석법

본 연구는 프탈산 에스텔류에 대하여 생물시료 중에 존재하는 가장 일반적인 9종의 분석을 기체크로마토그래피-질량분석기-선택이온검색법에 의해 수행하였다. 생물시료는 유기용매로 추출하고 Florisil 컬럼을 사용하여 정제하였다. 프탈산 에스텔류는 전처리 과정 중 가장 쉽게 오염되는 물질로 생물시료의 경우 전처리 단계가 수질이나 저질시료보다 복잡해지므로 각 전처리 단계의 오염정도를 비교 분석하였다. 표준물질이 첨가된 생물시료에 본 연구에서 개발된 분석법을 적용하여 구한 회수율은 79 - 117%정도로 나타났다. 또한 프탈산 에스텔류의 정량의 정확도, Florisil 컬럼 용리패턴, 검출한계 등을 조사하였다. A method for the analysis of most common phthalate acid esters (9 secies) in biota samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring mode is described. Phthalates in biota samples are extracted by organic solvent and purified by Florisil column. Phthalates are easily contaminated during extraction prodedure. Since the extraction and cleanup steps for biota samples generally are more complicate than those for water or sediment samples, we compared with contamination state of each sample work-up step. By applying this developed method, the overall recoveries ranged between 79 - 117% in biota sample which was spiked with standards. For phthalates used in this study, the quantitaive accuracy, elution pattern on Florisil column, and detection limits were also investigated.

ESD protection circuits generally use a device using a snapback phenomenon. Snapback phenomenon is caused by negative resistance using avalanche breakdown, and refers to a phenomenon in which the voltage level drops to the holding voltage while being rapidly discharged from the trigger voltage. Typical devices using this are GGNMOS and SCR. Among them, SCR is a device in which the parasitic NPN BJT and PNP BJT, that is, two BJTs are interlocked, and discharge the ESD current rapidly. However, the holding voltage is about 1.5V, which can cause unwanted latch operation problems due to overshoot voltage or noise. In order to prevent this, research for structural improvement to increase the holding voltage is ongoing. In this paper, we propose a stack structure of two different structures with a floating area to increase the holding voltage and compare them with LVTSCR using stack technology.

저자들은 특이 기저 질환 없는 환자에서 반복된 실신으로 비소세포 폐암이 현하였고 항암 치료 및 방사선 치료 후 실신이 호전 되었던 예를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Although syncope is a common problem, lung cancer rarely presents with episodic syncope. We herein report a case of syncope as the initial presentation of the mediastinal lung cancer. A 54-year-old man presented to the emergency department after episode of syncope. On arrival, His blood pressure was 60/39mmHg and pulse rate was 35 beats per minute. The 12 leads electrocardiogram showed marked sinus bradycardia with 2:1 degree AV block. After treatment with intravenous administration of atropine and isoproterenol infusion, he recovered. The image studies revealed mediastinal tumor with lympadenopathy which was pathologically confirmed as the adenocarcinoma of lung cancer. He was treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy and no further syncopal attacks were observed. This case emphasizes the importance of an appropriate evaluation and broad differential diagnosis for patients with episode of syncope.
저농도 Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) 함유 변압기의 고상폐기물 PCBs 함량 분석

The major emission source of PCBs in environment is PCBs transformer. To fine out residual PCBs concentration of reusable solid wastes on 2~50 ppm low contaminated PCBs pole mounted transformer after dismantling, the correlation of PCBs concentration between transformer oil and solid wastes after one day natural drop was investigated. As a one of flat solid waste, silicon steel sheet, except for the samples of insulating oil lower than 16 ppm, all silicon steel sheet samples were found to be exceeding the standard in comparison to the current regulatory standard of PCBs-containing solid wastes 0.04 μg/100cm² by wipe test. The PCBs concentration range of tank case was 0.0156~5.8262 μg/100cm², and more than 8.5 ppm PCBs transformer were showed higher residual concentration compared to regulatory standard of PCBs-containing solid wastes 0.04 μg/100cm². Except for varnished wire, most of amorphous solid wastes such as copper wire, bushing and iron core/bolt in transformer were detected below 0.4 μg/g. The PCBs concentration range of varnished wire was 0.005~0.2120 μg/g, and more than 8 ppm PCBs transformer were showed higher residual concentration compared to regulatory standard of PCBs-containing solid wastes 0.4 μg/g.
