대학생의 성인애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향: 정서인식 명확성과 정서표현억제의 매개효과

본 연구는 발달 단계상 초기 성인기에 해당하는 대학생의 성인 애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식 명확성과 정서표현억제의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써, 불안정 애착이 형성된 대학생의 이성 관계 어려움에 대한 이해를 높이는데 그 목적이 있다. 부산 지역 대학의 338명의 대학생들로부터 자료가 수집되었고, 측정을 위하여 친밀관계경험검사, TMMS, 정서표현태도, 이성관계만족도 척도로 구성된 자기 보고식 설문지를 실시하였다. 성인애착, 정서인식 명확성, 정서표현억제 및 이성관계만족도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 정서인식 명확성과 정서표현억제가 대학생의 성인애착과 이성관계만족도의 관계를 매개하는지 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회기분석을 실시하였다. 대학생들의 성인 애착, 정서인식 명확성, 정서표현억제와 이성관계만족도 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 애착 불안, 애착 회피가 높을수록 정서인식 명확성과 이성관계만족도는 낮게 나타났고, 정서표현억제는 높게 나타났다. 정서인식명확성이 높을 수록 이성관계만족도는 높게 나타났고, 정서표현억제가 높을수록 이성관계만족도는 낮게 나타났다. 정서인식 명확성은 애착 회피와 애착 불안이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 매개하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정서표현억제는 애착 불안이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 매개하는 변인으로 검증되었다. 정서표현억제는 애착 회피가 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향을 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 논의 및 함의가 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of emotional clarity and suppression of emotional expression in adult attachment and satisfaction of romantic relationship among university students. The survey data were collected from 338 undergraduate students in Busan: Experiences in Close Relationships Revised (ECRR), Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS), Attitudes Towards Emotional Expression (ATEE), and Romantic Relationship Satisfaction Inventory were tested. To investigate the correlations between adult attachment, emotional clarity, suppression of emotional expression and satisfaction of romantic relationship, correlational analyses were carried out. A series of hierarchical multiple regressions were conducted to examine whether emotional clarity and suppression of emotional expression acted as a mediator between adult attachment and satisfaction of romantic relationship. First, Correlational analyses revealed that attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were significantly associated with emotional clarity, suppression of emotional expression and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Emotional clarity and suppression of emotional expression also had a significant relationship to satisfaction of romantic relationship. Second, emotional clarity partly mediated the association between attachment and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Third, suppression of emotional expression played a role as a full mediator between attachment avoidance and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Attachment anxiety influenced not only satisfaction of romantic relationship directly, but also influenced satisfaction of romantic relationship through suppression of emotional expression. Based on the results, future research directions and implications of the findings are discussed.

Facial balance is the primary detevminant of good facial esthetics and is expressed externally by the shape of facial soft tissues. Balance of the facial skeleton is most important in prediction of orthognathic surgery, however, it is not alwags coincided to soft tissue balance because the soft tissue drapes overlying hard tissue varies in thickness and tones from case to case. So, soft tissue facial balance and esthetics also should always be considered in prediction of hard tissue changes preoperatively. The chin has a paramount importance in the overall appearance of the face and facial profile because it may express individual charactor or image. Therefore positional change of the chin must be considered in any cases as the last and important option to give an overall soft tissue balance. Two cases were referred from orthodontists only for anterior segmental of teortomuy of the chin. Pre - operative evaluation showed poor soft tissue chin profiles which were not coincided to hard tissue chin balance. We altered surgical plans to fulfill balancing soft tissue profile and then could improve overall esthetics after surgery.

NBCCS is a hereditary disorder characterized by multiple defects of ectodermal and mesodermal structure, which is chiefly affected on skin, jaws & skeleton, CNS, eye and sexual organ. It is well associated with multiple odontogenic keratocyst on the jaws. Thus, we intended to investigate other anomalies presenting on NBCCS in cases of multiple odontogenic keratocyst which were treated in our hospital from 1980 to 1989. Here we reported 6 cases of NBCCS.
