        항공정비 분야의 안전증진을 위한 학습문화 연구

        The organization's safety culture is strongly tied to the success of its safety learning programme. All personnel must understand the concept and necessity of Safety Management System. In order to settle the culture which they are willing to share the responsibility of safety, it is essential for service provider as the airline company to develop the technique and knowledge which intenses the organization's safety and to perform safety learning programme to be applied. This study has looked into the preceding studies about the learning culture and surveyed how the airmen have acquired the safety lessons learned thru their safety promotion within aviation maintenance organization. Accordingly, it intends to contribute safety promotion by suggestion of the effective and positive learning culture thru the establishment of strategy and the safety learning programme suitable to the organization.

        항공정비결함에 기여하는 인적요인에 관한 연구

        Aircraft maintenance failure doesn't only threaten flight safety but also causes significant economic losses such as flight delays, flight cancellations, air turn backs and diversion and so on. Therefore, the efforts should be made to detect the contributing factors that cause such maintenance failure and eliminate them. In this study, by analyzing factors contributing to system failure using the Maintenance Error Decision Aid (MEDA) model based on stochastic relations between the contribution factors, system failure and events, we will draw a improvement plan to aircraft maintenance defects.

        항공정비조직의 유연성문화 연구

        The aircraft maintenance demands a lot of aviation mechanics in urgent according to the high season and low season in seasonal demand adjusted, unplanned maintenance work such as AD (airworthiness directives) and troubleshooting of aircraft system fault. The advent of Super-Large Aircraft such as A380 with aircraft materials, power plant and avionics systems which were not in previous models must be expected to increase the complexity of the aircraft maintenance system. This study is intended to propose the development plan for formation of positive flexibility culture in aircraft maintenance organization through the review of previous research on flexibility culture of organization and through empirical research for bureaucratic and poor factors by the evaluation of flexibility culture level of domestic aircraft maintenance organization.

        항공정비 분야의 공정한 안전문화 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Aviation Maintenance Technician(AMT)`s error is not directly link to deficiency which is differ to flight crew`s error and it potentially maintains. Due to it usually occur as undesired aircraft state, hazards, like unreported maintenance error or near miss fortunately undetected and are not develop to accident. This could be a crucial influence of an accident occurrence. To remove these hazards, just safety culture should be support that anyone can report about safety problems and person who reported safety problems and hazards like near miss, should not get disadvantages. Also if it is satisfied, they must exempt for punishment and guaranteed for security. Hence, on this study, aviation maintenance site`s just culture need to be researched and analysed about improvement for aviation maintenance field`s positive just culture.

        In this study, it is to contribute to Korean aviation safe system as well as the improvement of the domestic(Korean) aviation mechanic qualification examination system by comparing and contrasting with the advanced aviation mechanic qualification examination system of ICAO, FAA and EASA. In addition, by reforming and improving Korean aviation mechanic qualification examination system, it can be achieved to keep the international competitiveness and can be authenticated even in international standardized countries in aviation mechanic qualification examination system.

        항공안전증진을 위한 항공정비인적요인 교육훈련 개선방안 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 항공 정비사의 업무수행능력이 항공운항의 안전 및 효율에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 추세를 반영하여 항공정비인적요인 교육훈련기준을 수립하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인적요인의 개념에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하였으며, 국제민간항공기구(ICAO), 미연방항공청(FAA) 및 유럽항공안전청(EASA) 등의 선진해외항공국의 인적요인 교육훈련기준과 우리나라 항공안전법의 운항기술기준과 비교분석하였다. 또한 2곳의 대형항공사(FSC)와 4곳의 저비용항공사(LCC)의 인적요인 교육훈련실태를 조사하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라의 인적요인 교육훈련기준이 국제기준에 비해 미약한 것으로 나타났으며, 대부분의 항공사 또한 인적요인 교육훈련을 체계적으로 실시하지 못하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 성과를 통해 현행 우리나라 항공정비인적요인 교육훈련기준의 문제점을 보완하고, 국제기준에 적합한 항공정비인적요인 교육과정의 표준모델을 제시할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to establish the training standards for HF of aviation maintenance reflecting the growing relevance of aviation maintenance technicians" ability to perform their work for the safety and efficiency of airline operation. For this purpose, previous studies on the concept of human factors were examined, and the HF training standards of the advanced international aviation bureaus such as the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency(EASA) were compared with the operational technical standards of Korea Aviation Safety Law. In addition, the actual status of human factors education and training were examined for Korea"s two full service carriers (FSC) and four of the low cost carriers (LCC). The study results revealed that Korea"s human factors education and training standards were weak compared with international standards, and that most airlines were not able to systematically implement human factors education and training. These results complement the existing problem of training standards for aviation maintenance human factors in Korea and support the development of a standard model of the training course for aviation maintenance human factors which meets international standards.

        As the importance of ventilation increases, interest in related standards is also increasing. However, the current design standards for ventilation system are mixed with design standards for each purpose of the building, and problems such as establishing terms need to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to revise the existing design standard for ventilation facilities by reflecting related domestic and overseas standards. The design standards were revised by combining domestic facility manuals and information such as the American society of heating, refrigerating and air conditioning engineers(ASHRAE). The revised design criteria proposes the minimum requirements directly related to ventilation for kitchens and toilets. The amendments to each standard were described with appropriate examples. The design standards revised in this paper are expected to help standardize ventilation facilities and design engineers in the future
