In the industrial sheet metal forming, the numerical forming analysis to predict forming failure is commonly utilized to optimize the forming process. In particular, for rather thin cold-rolled automotive sheets which more often than not fail with strain localization, the analysis is conducted using shell elements under the plane stress condition. As for the failure criterion, the strain-based forming limit diagram (FLD) is measured and the measured data is converted into various formulae for numerical applications, which might be insensitive to deformation path history such as the criteria based on failure stress of effective failure strain. In this work, a numerical analysis procedure was newly developed for rather thick hot-rolled advanced high strength sheets in automotive applications, utilizing continuum elements. The procedure involves the numerical inverse method to characterize hardening behavior with its ultimate deterioration before failure as well as to evaluate failure behavior, based on simple tension and hemispherical dome stretch tests. To predict failure, the new method directly evaluated strain localization for (critical) material elements without referring to the forming limit diagram. The new procedure was applied for hot-rolled HB780 sheet and analysis results were experimentally validated.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Achievement goal and Perfectionism on Sport burnout of Youth wrestler athletes. To achieve these, data has been collected from 320 middle and high school elite wrestler athletes in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. From the collected data, 27 people who responded insincerely for the study objectives have been excluded and then the data of 293 people have been used to generate a conclusion. Based on the collected data, SPSS 22.0 program was used to frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, this study has drawn the following conclusions. First, it was found that the performance goal orientation of the wrestlers have a partially significant effect on athlete burnout. Specifically, task goals, which was the sub-factor of performance goal orientation, was found to have a negative(-)effect on devaluation and a positive(+) effect on personal goals. Second, the perfectionism tendency of the wrestlers is found to have a partially significant effect on athlete burnout. Specifically, it was found that perfectionism efforts, the sub-factor of perfectionism orientation, has a negative(-) effect on physical exhaustion and devaluation, while perfectionism-related concerns have a positive(+)effect on physical exhaustion and devaluation. The results of this study can serve as the basic data for the wrestlers to prevent and manage not only deterioration in performance but burnout that can lead to the end of exercise activities. In particular, the perfectionism tendency has an ambivalent effect on burnout. As the athletes’ pursuit of perfectionism is the pursuit of excellent performance, the leaders need to reduce burnout and improve performance through efforts rather than perfectionism-related concerns.
