        병원의 브랜드 이미지가 고객의 이용의사에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 최근 다양해지고 있는 의료시장과 병원들 간의 차별화 전략이 요구되어지고 있는 상황에 의료 소비자인 고객들이 병원 브랜드 이미지에 따라 고객의 이용의사에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보았다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 광역시에 소재한 3개의 병원 주변 아파트 주민을 대상으로 인구학적 특성과 대상자의 건강수준 및 의료이용의 특성, 각 병원에 따른 브랜드 이미지 등의 차이를 알아보았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 고객 이용의사와 관련하여 M병원의 경우 검사 시 병원의 호감도, 기억, 기호도에 유의한 차이를 보였고, 입원 시 에는 호감도, 기억, 진료도, 기호도 모두 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 수술시 에는 기억, 진료도가 이용의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. K병원의 경우에는 입원치료 시에만 호감도, 기억, 진료도, 기호도 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났고, D병원의 경우에는 입원 시에는 호감도와 기억, 수술 시에는 진료도에 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 브랜드이미지가 병원 이용의사에 미치는 부분은 입원을 하였을 때 가장 유의한 차이를 보였다. 병원에 입원하여 장기적인 치료를 받아야할 경우 브랜드 이미지가 병원 이용의사에 더욱더 중요한 수단으로 작용 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 브랜드는 기업뿐만 아니라 병원도 브랜드에 대한 인식이 높아져야 할 것이라고 생각한다. With the medical markets recently diversifying and hospitals needing differentiating strategies, this study analyzed the effect of hospital brand image on the choice of doctors by medical consumers. Targeting the residents near three hospitals in a metropolitan city, a survey was conducted on hospital brand image, etc. according to the demographic characteristics, health levels, and characteristics of medical-service use. The findings of this study are as follows. Regarding the choice of doctors by the medical consumers, in the case of hospital M, there was a significant difference in good feeling about the hospital, memory, and preference, and in relation to hospitalization, there was a significant difference in good feeling about the hospital, memory, diagnosis and treatment, and preference. In relation to surgery, memory and diagnosis and treatment had a significant effect on the choice of doctors by the medical consumers. In the case of hospital K, only in relation to hospitalization, there was a significant difference in good feeling about the hospital, memory, diagnosis and treatment, and preference. In the case of hospital D, in relation to hospitalization, there was a significant difference in good feeling about the hospital and memory, and in relation to surgery, there was a significant difference in diagnosis and treatment. The findings of this study revealed that the effect of brand image on doctors was greatest in relation to hospitalization. This suggests that in relation to long-time treatment under hospitalization, hospital brand image is an important factor influencing the choice of doctors by medical consumers. As such, hospitals need measures to boost their brand awareness.

      • 입환기관차의 노후도 평가 : 차체 및 대차

        Deterioration analysis was performed on carbody and bogies of a shunting locomotive, which has been used for shunting works in steel making processes. In this investigation, various types of technical evaluation methods for the locomotive were employed to assess the current deterioration status. Corrosion test and nondestructive evaluation (NDE) techniques were employed to demonstrate the wear status of the carbody and bogie parts in the locomotive. Since the locomotive has been working under corrosive environment, the corrosion tests with x-ray analysis for exterior part of the locomotive were conducted to examine the evolution of corrosion reaction, and NDE techniques such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and x-ray radiography, were conducted on the carbody and bogies to inspect any possible inherent and/or in-service flaws. In this paper, the degree of deterioration in a shunting locomotive has been presented based on the analysis results.

        In order to improve the speed of conventional Korean lines, the amendment of speed related regulations is required as the introduction of Korean tilting train. Therefore, an extensive review of UIC leaflets on speed was performed in the areas of tilting train, rolling stocks, operation, civil infrastructures, etc. The review was mainly achieved through the overview of parameters directly related with speed of railway. Moreover, a summary of UIC leaflets on speed and tilting train was provided for a better understanding of speed related UIC CODE. Through the technical overview of UIC CODE, necessary information on the amendment of current Korean speed regulations could be provided.

        This article describes an axle temperature measurement of rolling stock. The characteristics of axle temperature were investigated while the rolling stock was operating. The highest temperature was found at the upper area of the axle and the temperature of end cap was lower than that of other parts. The temperature rises with the velocity and operating time of rolling stock and gradually saturates. The axle temperature changes with atmospheric temperature. It changes at the rate of 4℃ while the atmospheric temperature changes at the rate of 10 . ℃ The axle temperature of various newly made rolling stocks has been measured. The temperature of motor car is higher than that of control car and auxiliary car.

        간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 학습 관련 자기주도성 및 간호업무수행능력에 관한 연구

        Purpose: A descriptive survey was used in this study to identify the relationship between nurses" critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning readiness and professional nursing competency and to examine factors that influence professional nursing competency. Methods: The data were collected from 188 nurses and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé" test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 PC program. Results: Professional nursing competency was found to have significant pure correlations with critical thinking disposition (r=.59, p<.001), and self-directed learning readiness (r=.54, p<.001). The most influential factor influencing nurses" professional nursing competency was critical thinking disposition, followed by self-directed learning readiness (β=.25, p=.003), work department (β=.19, p=.001), total clinical career (β=.19, p=.003), and position (β=.12, p=.040), and these factors explained 43.8% of the variance in professional nursing competency. Conclusion: The findings indicate the necessity of developing and applying strategies and educational programs to enhance individual nurse"s critical thinking disposition and self-directed learning readiness. Furthermore, exploration is needed on ways to enhance professional nursing competency.

        In order to improve the speed of railway, several parameters and/or technical issues, which are affecting speed improvement negatively, need to be considered in addition to the enhancement of physical performance of the railway system such as maximum speed, speed at curve, and speed at turnout track. The parameters under complicated situation of railway system are from the areas of rolling stocks, track, power system, signalling, etc. In general, two different aspects of technical issues can be evaluated; Technical issues in the hardware aspect and technical issues in the software aspect. The hardware parameters include running performance, braking performance, and power performance, while the software factors are rules, regulations, and riding quality. In this investigation, a comparison study between hardware and software aspects in technical issues was conducted to provide technical information on the amendment of railway speed-up regulations.

        CWR technology is generally believed to contribute to the increase of train speed and bring a variety of significant advantages, such as the decrease in track works, noise and vibration as well as the improvement of passenger comfort. In CWR technology, welding is considered to be one of the most important element technologies. Among the various welding methods, gas pressure welding is the most frequently used in vicinity of train line station since the operation is simple and the instruments are not heavy. The gas pressure welding is constructed exactly by good manual book on which simple and excellent welding methods is written and has the same performance as raw material. But this can be poor in the variety of the processing of rail end surface to be welded, the control of oxyacetylene flame and axil compressive force. This study tries to describe the characteristics of gas pressure welding, defect-causing factors and preventive counterplan of defects.

        In order to manufacture high quality goods, the engineers who will design them has to have board technical experience as well as profound engineering knowledge. The engineers also be able to design and manufacture well development goods base on new advanced technology. Design process can be defined as transforming activity raw material into finished producted for human needs. The wealth of nation depend on its ability to retrieve natural resources and manufacture goods. Its ability, creation of goods, is most fundamental component of economic wealth of rich country. The rich countries have combine their own design knowledge with computer technology and create new effective design process. In this paper, one of the useful and practice design process created for railway industry is introduced. Base on the concept of this design process, the automatic wheelchair lifter design for railway vehicle is performed.

        A ride quality measurement was carried out for commuter and express train used in airport railway. Lateral and vertical directional average ride quality level is higher than that of longitudinal direction. Because express train is faster than commuter train, the average ride quality level of express train is higher compared to that of commuter train. The average ride quality level of commuter train is between "good comfortable(100~105㏈)" and "very good comfortable(below 100dB)". The average ride quality level of express train is between "not comfortable(105~110㏈)" and "good comfortable(100~105㏈)". In spite of the scheduled speed is higher(more than 70㎞/h for commuter train, more than 80㎞/h for express train) than other lines, the ride quality of airport railway train is good. The reason is that there is little gradient in rail and the radius of curvature is larger compared to that of other lines.
