        맨발 걷기운동이 비만 여중학생의 신체구성과 혈중 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of bare feet exercise on body composition and blood lipid profiles of obese female-students in the middle school. the subjects were obese students of J girl's middle school in kyungnam whose body fat was over 30 percent. The subjects were divided into three groups ; an bare feet walking group(n-8), a shoes-walking group(n-8), and a control group(n-8), Both experimental groups were trained for 8 weeks. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The body weight of the bare feet walking group and shoes-walking group in post test was significantly decreased than that of pre-test. 2. The body fat of the bare feet walking group and shoes-walking group in post test was significantly decreased than that of pre-test. 3. The lean body weight was not significantly different between group and treatment. 4. The concentration of total cholesterol was mt significantly different between group and treatment. 5. The concentration of triglyceride was not significantly different between group and treatment. 6. The concentration of HDL-C was not significantly different between group and treatment. 7. The concentration of LDL-C was not significantly different between group and treatment. 8. There were no interaction in lean body weight, the concentration of total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-C, LDL-C between group and treatment. The conclusion is that bare feet walk and a walk have an partially positive effect on the body composition and blood lipid profiles of obese female-students in middle school.

        알칼리 이온수 섭취가 급성 탈진 운동으로 인한 산화성 스트레스 및 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 및 대학교 전문 육상선수를 대상으로 단일 집단 교차 설계를 이용하여 알칼리 이온수 섭취가 급성 탈진 트레드밀 운동으로 인한 산화성 스트레스 및 부종 싸이토카인 발현에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이었다. 모든 피검자는 각각 2주 동안 매일 섭취하는 총 수분섭취를 정류수 혹은 알칼리 이온수로 대신하여 섭취한 다음 사전 운동 부하 검사에서 결정된 최대산소섭취량의 80%에서 급성 탈진 운동을 실시하였다. 급성 탈진 운동 사전, 직후, 회복기 2시간 및 24시간 경파 시점에서 채혈한 말초혈액을 이용하여 혈중 산화성 스트레스 및 부종 싸이토카인 수준과 말초 혈액 단핵 세포의 iNOS mRNA, COX2 mRNA, IL-6 mRNA 발현을 측정하여 비교·분석하였다. 실험 처치(쟁류수 및 알칼리 이온수)와 종속변인의 측정시기 간 상호작용효과는 이원혼합변량분석(two-way mixed ANOVA과 사후검정이 필요한 경우 independent t-test를 이용하여 통계적 유의수준을 검정하였다. 연구결과, 2주간 알칼리 이온수 섭취 후 급성 탈진 운동 직후에 측정한 혈중 MDA 수준(회복기 2시간 및 24시간 경과 시점, p=.002 & p=.016)과 말초 혈액 단해 세포의 NF-kB p65 단백질 수준(운동 직후. p=.046) 그리고 COX2 mRNA 발현량(운동 직후 및 회복기 2시간 경과 시점, p=.050 & p=.0l5)이 정류수 섭취 후에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 강한 알칼리 이온수를 규칙적으로 섭취하는 것은 고강도의 탈진 운동으로 인한 산화성 스트레스를 효과적으로 억제시킬 수 있는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ionized alkali water supplement on oxidative stress and proinflammatory cytokines in highly trained high school and college track athletes (n=18). In an single group and croos-over design, all subjects consumed tap water and ionized alkali water for 2 weeks in a random order, and they underwent an acute and exhaustive treadmill running at an intensity of 80% VO2max. Venous blood samples were collected prior to, immediately after, and 2 hr and 24 hr of post-exercise period for the assessment of serum MDA, 1NF a, and 11-6. In addition, relA (p65) protein, iNOS mRNA, COX2 mRNA, and IL-6 mRNA were measured in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Two-way mixed ANOVA was applied to determine any significant treatment by time interaction in the measured variables, which was followed by independent t-test for post-hoc analyses if necessary. From the current study, we found that 2 weeks of ionized alkali water supplement suppressed increases in serum MDA, PBMC relA (p65) protein, and PBMC COX2 mRNA expression induced by the acute and exhaustive treadmill exercise in this study population. The findings of the study suggest that ionized alkali water supplement can result in somewhat anti-oxidant effects against free radical and reactive oxygen species occurring during a high intensity and exhaustive exercise.

      • 유산소 운동과 근력 저항운동이 비만 중년여성의 신체구성 및 혈중 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of aerobic exercise and weight training on the body composition and blood lipid profiles of the obese midle-aged women. The subjects were composed of 28 obese middle-aged women. Each group was divided into 3 groups ; aerobic exercise group(N=9), weight training and aerobic group(N=11), control group(N=8) respectively. The programs of exercise groups were aerobic exercise (HRmax 45-60%) and weight training(1RM: 50-60%) for 8 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. In case of mixed exercise group and aerobic exercise group. The weight, body fat, trigliceride in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. But the control group was not significant different between pre and after test. 2. In case of mixed exercise group, The HDL-C, WHR in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. But the control group and aerobic exercise group was not significant different between pre and after test. 3. Total cholesterol and the LDL-C in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. 4. There were interaction in the weight, body fat, WHR, TG, HDL-C between group and treatment, but there were no interaction in the total cholesterol, LDL-C between group and treatment.

        무용유형별 기본동작 수행 중 호흡순환계의 반응 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the respiratory-cardiovascular response among dance styles during the basic posture dance. The subjects of this study was 7 female students in C University, and each student executed the basic posture of each styles of dances three times with the interval of one week. The results of this study were as follows. 1. During the execution of basic posture for each styles of dances, there were significant differences in HR according to dance time, but did not showed significant difference according to dance styles. 2. During the execution of basic posture for each styles of dances, the VO₂ was showed significant difference according to dance time and dance style. The VO₂ in the Korean dance was lower than that of the ballet and modem dance. 3. During the execution of basic posture for each styles of dances, the VO₂/㎏ was showed significant difference according to dance time and dance style. The VO₂/㎏ in the modem dance was showed greater than that of the Korean dance and the ballet. 4. During the execution of basic posture for each styles of dances, the VCO₂ was showed significant difference according to dance time and dance style. The VCO₂ in the modem dance was showed greater than that of the Korean dance and the ballet. 5. During the execution of basic posture for each styles of dances, the VE was showed significant difference according to dance time and dance style. The VE in the modem dance was showed greater than that of the Korean dance and the ballet. 6. The total energy expenditure in the modem dance was showed higher than that of the Korean dance and the ballet. 7. The VO₂max in the modem dance was showed higher than that of the Korean dance and the ballet. 8. There was no effect of interaction in HR according to the dance time and dance styles, but it was showed that there were effect of interaction in VO₂, VO₂/㎏, VCO₂, and VE respectively.

      • 규칙적인 운동이 성인 여성의 심혈관 질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect regular exercise on cardiovascular disease factors in adults women. The subjects of this study was 514 adults women, around 30-59 years old, who had participated in health counseling held by C Public Health Promotion Center. We divided them into two groups; Exercise group(n=237) was regularly exercised 30minutes, 3-5 times per week over three months. Control group(n=277) was did not exercise at all. We measured out body max index(BMI), total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, figure of stress and prevalence of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes between groups. The results were as follows: First, BMI, total cholesterol, blood glucose were significantly lower for exercise group. But the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and figures of stress were lower for exercise group, but no significant differences. Second, the prevalence of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes were significantly lower for exercise group. In conclusions regularly exercising peoples were significantly lowered in cardiovascular disease risk factors and prevalence of related with cardiovascular disease than non-exercising peoples.

        규칙적인 걷기운동이 하지정맥류 환자의 혈류 역학 요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was analysed the effect of walking exercise on the hematocele dynamic factors in patients with venous disease. The subjects of this study were composed of 7 adult patients with venous disease. Exercise intensity was 40-70% of HRmax. Measurement variables were the velocity for back flow in veins, the diameter of veins, the time for recharge in the veins etc. The results were as follows: First, there were significant difference between pre and post walking exercise in the velocity for back flow in veins. Second, there were no significant difference between pre and post walking exercise in the diameter of veins. Third, there were no significant difference between pre and post walking exercise in the time for recharge in the veins.

        현장사례연구 : 카누 선수의 카약 에르고미터 운동시 상체근육의 체표면 온도 변화

        본 연구는 적외선 체열 영상 진단법을 이용하여 카누 선수의 카약 에르고미터 운동시 운동종목별 근육의 활동 정도와 차이를 규명하는 것이다. 남자 고등부 카누 상비군 선수 10명을 대상으로 카누선수훈련용 에르고미터를 이용하여 5명은 500M 카약 운동, 5명은 1,000M 카약 운동을 각각 2분과 4분간 실시하였다. 운동시점과 집단별 상체 전면과 후면 그리고 상완의 체표면 온도를 각각 측정하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 반복측정에 의한 이원변량분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 상체 전면 체표면의 온도 변화는 운동종목별로는 모든 근육 부위가 차이가 없었지만, 시점별로는 좌·우측 삼각근, 좌·우측 대흉근, 좌·우측 복직근이 모두 카약운동을 실시하고 난 후 체표면 온도가 감소했다. 둘째, 상체 후면 체표면의 온도 변화는 500M 카약 운동시가 1,000M 카약 운동시에 비해 우측 대원근이 더 감소하였다. 그러나 시점별로는 상체 후면의 모든 근육부위가 카약운동을 실시하고 난 후가 운동전에 비해 체표면 온도가 감소하였다. 셋째, 상완 체표면의 온도 변화는 집단별로는 모든 근육부위가 차이가 없었으나 시점별로는 카약운동을 실시하고 난 후 상완의 모든 근육 부위의 체표면 온도가 감소하였다. 결론적으로, 카누선수들이 운동전에 비해 카약 에르고미터 운동시 상체전면에서는 대흉근과 복직근, 상체후면에서는 500M 카약 운동시엔 삼각근, 승모근, 광배근, 1,000M 카약 운동시엔 삼각근, 대원근, 상완에서는 상완 이두근의 체표면 온도가 각각 많이 감소하였다. 따라서 이러한 근육군들이 카약 운동시 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 추정되는 것으로 판단되나 본 연구에서 의도한 카약 500M 와 1000M 운동종목간의 유의한 차이는 발견할 수 없었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of skin temperature in muscles of upper body in high school canoe athletes during kayak exercise. The subjects participated for this study were 10 canoe athletes in high school. They divided into 500M kayak erogometer exercise group(5 canoe athletes) and 1000M kayak erogometer exercise group(5 canoe athletes). They had exercised kayak ergometer exercise during 2 min. or 4 min. respectively. Kayak exercise was composed of canoe ergometer exercise with 110-130 stroke per minute at maximal speed. The body skin temperature of all muscles in the upper body were analyzed with Advance InfraRed Imaging System(URI2000). All data were analyzed by repeated 2-way analysis of variance. The results were as follows; 1. The skin temperatures of right and left deltoid muscle, right and left pectoralis major muscle, right and left rectus abdominis muscle in anterior upper body at rest was more decreased than those of right and left deltoid muscle, right and left pectoralis major muscle, right and left rectus abdominis muscle in anterior upper body after kayak exercise. 2. The skin temperature of teres major muscle in upper body after 2 min.- kayak ergometer exercise was lower than that of teres major muscle in upper body after 4 min-kayak ergometer exercise. But, The skin temperature of all muscles in posterior upper body at rest was more decrease than that of all muscles in posterior upper body after kayak exercise. 3. The skin temperature of all muscles in upper limb at rest was more decrease than that of all muscles in upper limb after kayak exercise.
