        고도비만여성의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 건강관련체력과 대사증후군 위험요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of combined exercise program on health related fitness and risk factors related to metabolic syndrome in severly obese women. 32 severely obese women (body mass index=30kg/m2) participated in this study and divided into control group (n=16) and exercise group (n=16) in the training program of aerobic (intensity at 40~70% HRR) and resistance (intensity at 50~70% RM) for 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The results analyzed by two-way ANOVA with repeated measures were as follows. As for the changes in body composition, there was significant difference were shown in exercise group in weight, %body fat, BMI and waist-hip ratio after combined exercise program was done for 12 weeks. As for health related fitness factors, there was significant difference were shown in exercise group in muscle endurance and flexibility. As for metabolic syndrome risk factors, there was significant difference were shown in systolic blood pressure, TG, HDL-C and waist circumference in exercise group. These results indicate that combined exercise program have beneficial effect that positive change of the weight, %body fat, BMI, WHR, muscle endurance, flexibility and metabolic syndrome risk factors such as systolic blood pressure, TG, HDL-C, and waist circumference.

        남자 대학생의 최대하운동 후 스포츠마사지가 혈중 피로물질과 대사물질에 미치는 영향

        The research which it sees in order to examine Effect of Recovery Sports Massage Treatment on Blood Fatigue Relevance Factors and Blood Metabolic Relevance Factors after Submaximal Exercise was in the process of attending in the university. The subjects of this research are nine university without any metabolic diseases and haven't had regular and vigorous physical activities for the last six months. In order to determine the effects of Sports Massage Treatment on blood Fatigue Relevance Factors and Blood Metabolic Relevance Factors, subjects were randomly divided into three groups; rest recovery group(n=9) and exercise recovery group(n=9), and sports massage recovery group(n=9). subjects will discontinue a motion from the place which it talks and the blood group star (RR, ER and MR) stable hour, after exercising, 10 minutes, at recovery flags it picked total 4 times and recovery flag 20 minutes. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in ammonia, Phosphorous, Cortisol, Glucose, Free Fatty Acids. Through this research, result that get is as following. The changes of ammonia in the rest recovery group was decreased post exercise(p<.05), Phosphorous in the all group was increased post exercise(p<.05), Cortisol in the rest recovery group was increased recovery 10 min, recovery 20 min and there was a significant difference in the Cortisol(p<.05). Glucose and Free Fatty Acids was no significant difference in all groups. When synthesize these truth, sports massage can influence to fatigue smaterial and metabolic material, and is thought that is effective to fatigue recovery of ordinary people and athletes after exercise.

        유산소 운동과 필라테스를 병행한 복합운동이 폐경기 비만 여성의 신체조성과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was study the effects of aerobic exercise and pilates exercise program on Body Composition and Blood Variables in Postmenopausal Obese Women. The subjects of this research were 20 post-menopausal obese women(% body fat is more than 30%) without any metabolic diseases and haven't had regular and vigorous physical activities for the last six months. In order to determine the effects of body composition and Hematological Parameters, the subjects of required to performed aerobic exercise 3times and pilates exercise program 2 times a week for 70 minutes for 10 weeks. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in body composition(body weight, % body fat, BMI), Blood Variables(RBC, WBC, Hb, Hct). The results of the study were as follows; The result body fat mass, % body fat, BMI were significantly decreased but RBC, Hb, Hct significantly increased. As a conclusion, Aerobic Exercise and pilates exercise program would be a positive role for body composition and Blood Variables by post-menopausal obese women.

        보건소 건강운동교실프로그램이 여성 고령자의 신체구성, 기초체력 및 혈중지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for guiding and managing the exercise promotion projects being conducted by public health centers as well as developing an elderly exercise program out of the national health promotion projects being implemented at national level. This study selected 40 elderly women aged 65 or older and divided them into two groups of a control group and a test group each with 20 people. The test group was taken into a 12-week exercise program combining aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Then the effects of exercise on body composition, fitness, and hematological change were compared and analyzed. The exercise group showed positive effects of somewhat decreasing weight, %body fat and body mass index. There found positive changes of improvement in muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance in the exercise group. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were improved after the 12-week combined exercise program, which was a positive change. In conclusion, the exercise that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises positive effects on body composition and enhancing fitness necessary to display overall athletic ability. In addition, the 12-week combined exercise program caused a positive influence on the decrease of blood lipid. These results will help encourage elderly women to exercise, contributing to improving the ability to do daily activities, promoting health, preventing the occurrence of chronic degenerative disease, and enhancing the quality of life. Furthermore, it is required to do more research on the exercise programs in which physical ability and physiological characteristics of the aged are reflected.

        초등학생의 비만정도에 따른 바만요인과 체력의 관계 연구

        본 연구는 초등학생 5-6학년 251명의 남학생을 대상으로 비만정도에 따른 비만요인과 체력과의 관계 연구를 비교·분석하는 것이다. 이러한 분석은 학교현장에서 심각하게 대두되고 있는 비만 학생들의 비만지도와 관리 및 운동프로그램에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 비만 정도에 따라 표준(n=116), 경도(n=57), 중등도(n=78)로 나누어 인구통계학적 특성요인, 식생활습관요인, 운동습관요인, 일상생활습관요인에 관한 설문지와 체력요인을 측정하였다. 그 결과 인구통계학적 특성요인에서는 부모의 직업 중 모의 직업이 주부일 때와 아버지가 비만일 경우 그리고 부모의 학력이 낮을수록 비만이었다. 식생활 습관요인에서는 음식섭취속도, 저녁식사 후 간식섭취 등이 비만의 원인이었다. 운동습관요인에서는 주당횟수, 자신의 신체적 활동정도 등이 비만에 영향을 미쳤다. 일상생활습관요인에서는 주당 음식 배달횟수정도가 많을수록 비만이었다. 50m 달리기, 윗몸일으키기, 제자리멀리뛰기, 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기, 1000m 달리기 등이 포함되는 체력특성 중 비만인 경우 체력이 약하였다. 결론적으로 비만 초등학생의 비만지수에 영향력이 있는 식사 행동지도, 규칙적이고 균형있는 식품섭취의 중요성 인지교육, 올바른 영양 지식의 전달 및 실천을 위한 체계적인 교육이 필요하며 비만 예방을 위한 운동프로그램 개발이 요구된다. The purpose of this is to compare and analyze the characteristic of physical fitness as well as body type-based on obesity level, thin, normal, and obese groups. The subjects also are based on 251 man, who come of aged 12-13 of elementary student. As for analysis methods, this study performed frequency analysis based on collected questionnaires, and interpreted the result of some questions through Chi-square Test using SPSS/PC(Ver.12). The results of this study are as follows; As for general characteristics related to mothers` job, the largest part of children in normal groups has housekeeping mothers. In comparison of genetic factors, the incidence rate of obesity was high in children with fat mother, and a statistically significant difference was found between the two groups. As for dietary factors, obese group appeared to be more a significant high than thin group to have meals in a more irregular manner, take a snack after dinner and instant food. As a thin, obese groups speed of eating was faster. As for physical exercise factors, the number of children playing sports was larger in the normal group, the length and number of times of playing sports were more in the children in the normal group than those in the obese group. As for exercise habitual factors, the number of students walking to school was larger in the normal group than the obese group, and statistically significant difference was found between the two groups. As for obesity factors, significant difference was found in the self-awareness of fatness, number of food delivery, self-diagnosis of activities. Normal group was found to be more a significant higher than obese group in sit up, 50m run, standing broad jump, 1000m run or walking.

        필라테스 운동이 뇌졸중 편마비 여성 환자의 대사호르몬과 동맥경화지수 및 관상동맥질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Pilates exercise on blood metabolic hormone, atherosclerosis indices and coronary artery disease risk factors in women hemiplegia stroke patients. Thirty women stroke patients (exercise group, n=15; control group, n=15) volunteered for this study. The subjects of exercise group were required to performed Pilates exercise for 12 weeks (3 days a week, warm-up 15 minutes, exercise 40 minutes, and cool-down 15 minutes). After exercise training, percent of body fat (p<.05), insulin (p<.01), total cholesterol (p<.05), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (p<.05) levels, TC/HDL-C (p<.01), LDL-C/HDL-C (p<.05) were significantly decreased in exercise group. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (p<.05) level was significantly increased after exercise training. Also, blood leptin concentration was a significant negative correlation with body mass index (r=-.767, p<.01) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(r=-.712, p<.01). Taken together, the Pilates exercise program was effect on the reduction of coronary artery disease risk factors and the prevent of recurrent stroke.

        최대운동 후 회복 시 발마사지 처치가 근 손상 및 염증지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of study was to investigate the effect of foot massage on muscle damage and inflammation markers during recovery after maximal exercise. Participants were 10 university students participated at a week interval in the study. The exercise test carried out the maximum exercise on the bicycle ergometer. From end of maximal exercise to 30 minute, they performed each period of food massage treatment, static recovery. The one way analysis of variance was used to evaluate the difference between recovery treatment during period of recovery. The results were as follows: 1. After exercise, there, were not much difference about the change of CPK(creatine phosphokinase) and LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) according to a static recovery and foot massage treatment between before doing and exercise and after the exercise. However, after the recovery, there were a significant difference statistically (p<.01). 2. The change in CRP (C-reactive protein) and WBC (white blood cell) after maximal exercise showed significant difference between recovery, the recovery rate of it showed more fast recovery in foot massage treatment than in static recovery (p<.05). In conclusion, this study can be suggested that foot massage treatment can promote to muscle damage recovery induced high intensity exercise.

        군집 무인기 활용을 위한 합의 기반 자율 탐색 알고리즘

        무인기를 이용한 조난자 수색 등의 임무에서 고가의 단일 무인기를 활용하는 것보다 저가의 군집 무인기 운용을 통한 탐색이 효율적이다. 운용하는 무인기의 수가 증가할수록 임무계획에 소요되는 시간이 증가하며 무인기 운용 시스템의 부담이 커진다. 본 논문에서는 확장성, 강건성 및 단순성 측면에서 복수 무인기 운용에 적합한 분산형 지역 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 비용 절감을 위해 각각의 무인기는 근거리 통신, 기본 연산, 그리고 제한된 메모리 능력을 가진다고 가정한다. 근거리 통신에서는 비행 상태 및 기탐색 정보가 공유되며, 이를 바탕으로 상호간 충돌 회피와 다음 탐색 지역을 결정한다. 미탐색 지역으로의 이동에 대한 가중치를 높이고 중복 탐색 기능을 제공하기 위해 score function을 도입하였다. 제안한 알고리즘 및 임무 수행절차의 성능과 특징을 수치시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다. Swarm of low-cost UAVs for search mission has benefit in the sense of rapid search compared to use of single high-end UAV. As the number of UAVs forming swarm increases, not only the time for the mission planning increases, but also the system to operate UAVs has excessive burden. This paper addresses a decentralized area search algorithm adequate for multiple UAVs which takes advantages of flexibility, robustness, and simplicity. To down the cost, it is assumed that each UAV has limited ability: close-communication, basic calculation, and limited memory. In close-communication, heath conditions and search information are shared. And collision avoidance and consensus of next search direction are then done. To increase weight on un-searched area and to provide overlapped search, the score function is introduced. Performance and operational characteristics of the proposed search algorithm and mission planning logic are verified via numerical simulations.
