Manufacturing industries are endeavoring to gain production competitiveness by developing various production strategies or by applying production forms based on advanced technologies. Among them, the assessment of optimized production logistics planning and application of it to reduce the cost incurred during flow of materials is significantly considered by industries. Based on importance of these assessments, this research proposes a framework and a model for assessment of production logistics by drawing quantitative results to classify by important elements of production logistics into ‘Flow’, ‘Area’ and ‘Material Handling Equipment’ from 4 different points of view to assess each of elements objectively and by bringing quantitative way of assessing after defining assessment index system for each element to derive assessment element of production logistics. . This research ultimately aims at supporting industries to make reasonable decisions by presenting objective framework and model for assessment of production logistics for planning and optimization of it to enable understanding and comparison of current level of production logistics and foundation of strategic approach to the point of improvement or future planning of production logistics.
노인 일자리사업 직무환경이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향-자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 노인 일자리사업 참여노인의 직무환경 인식 정도를 파악하여 참여 노인이 직면하는 급여 관련 직무환경, 직무내용 직무환경, 근무여건관련 직무환경, 서비스 환경관련 직무환경이 성공적 노화에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 직무환경의 성공적 노화에 대한 영향에서 자아존중감이 매개효과를 갖는가를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 충남 아산시, 예산군, 당진시에 위치한 노인 일자리사업 시행기관을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 실시하여 최종 305부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 그 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 일자리사업 참여노인들이 인식하는 성공적 노화는 사업장에서의 투입노동 대비 급여의 적절성, 일의 난이도 적절성, 동료나 수요처와의 긍정적인 관계성, 요구사항들에 대한 적극 반영 등의 요인으로 인하여 발생된다. 이러한 성공적 노화를 강화하기 위해서는 참여노인들의 적절한 급여 관련, 직무관련, 근로여건관련, 접근성 관련, 서비스환경 관련 요인들에 대한 개선을 통하여 참여노인들이 스트레스가 발생하지 않고 성공적 노화를 달성할 수 있도록 정부가 현실적으로 직무환경을 개선하는데 주도적으로 해야 할 것이다. 또한, 직무내용관련 및 근로여건관련 요인도 노인 일자리사업 기관에서 참여노인에 대한 교육 및 복리후생이 제대로 안되므로, 정부가 참여노인들에 대한 교육의 확대, 사업장 방문지도를 통한 애로점 청취와 해결, 전문기술력 교육 등을 확대하여 전문성을 키우고, 근무년수와 장기근무자에 따른 장려금을 실시하여 참여노인의 자긍심을 키워야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of elderly participants in the job placement program for the elderly about job environments, how pay-related job environments, job environments related to job content, job environments related to working conditions and job environments related to service environments affected successful aging and whether self-esteem would produce any mediating effects in case that job environments would impact on successful aging. The subjects in this study were the senior citizens who were users of the institution that provided the job placement program for the elderly in the chungceongnam-do Asan and Yesan and Dangjin city. After a survey was conducted, the data from 305 respondents were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: when it comes to successful aging perceived by the elderly participants in the job placement program for the elderly, it can take place when there are pay appropriate for the amount of labor, work with a proper degree of difficulty, positive relationships with colleagues and clients, and a full reflection of their needs. In order to facilitate successful aging, the government should take the initiative in improving their job environments related to pay, work, working conditions, accessibility and service environments to help senior citizens to grow older well without being stressed out In terms of the factors related to job content and working conditions, neither education nor welfare benefits are properly offered by the institution that conducted the job placement program. So the government should provide more education for elderly participants and offer guidance in their workplaces to find out their difficulties and resolve them. Also the government should conduct more professional education to improve their professionalism, and should provide incentives for long-serving senior citizens according to their years of service so that they could take pride in themselves.

본 연구는 재난피해 노인의 삶의 질 수준이 주요 변인에 따라 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 재난피해 노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 국립재난안전연구원에서 구축한 2017년 재난피해자 패널조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 재난피해 노인 666명을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 자료의 분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS 22.0을 활용하였다. 구체적인 자료분석방법으로는 주요 변수에 대한 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재난피해 경험이 있는 노인들의 삶의 질은 성별, 연령, 학력, 월평균 가구소득, 전반적 건강상태, 우울, PTSD, 회복탄력성, 구호서비스 유용성, 사회적지지 수준에 따라 유의미한 차이가 났다. 둘째, 재난피해 노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 월평균 가구소득, 건강, 우울, 회복탄력성, 구호서비스의 유용성, 사회적지지로 나타났으며 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 재난 취약계층인 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 함의를 모색하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of life of the elderly who have experienced disaster damage and to identify the factors that influence it. We used the 2017 disaster victim panel survey data, which was constructed by the National Disaster Management Research Institute(NDMI) in the Republic of Korea and 666 disaster victim elderly were included in the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical package. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the quality of life of the elderly with disaster damage according to gender, age, educational background, monthly average household income, general health status, depression, PTSD, resilience, usefulness of relief service, and social support. Second, the factors influencing the quality of life of disaster-affected elderly were monthly average household income, general health status, depression, resilience, usefulness of relief service, and social support. Based on these findings, the practical implications for the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly victims of disaster were suggested.
