        보문 : 영주댐 예정지를 중심으로 한 내성천의 어류상과 군집구조의 변화

        Ichthyological fauna and community structure were surveyed in the Naeseong Stream around the planed Yeongju Dam, Yeongju City, Gyeongsangbuk-do from April 2007 to October 2009. During the survey period, 27 species (25 genera, 10 families) were collected. Cyprinid fish comprised 63.0% (17 species) and cobitid fish comprised 7.4% (2 species). Ten of the 27 species (37.0%) were endemic species. The dominant and subdominant species based on the number of individuals was Zacco platypus (43.2%) and Zacco koreanus (15.8%), respectively. Introduced from the other native rivers and exotic fish were Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Leiocassis ussuriensis, and Micropterus salmoides (11.1%). The declining population density of Zacco koreanus and its subdominant status represents a change, since, up until the mid 1990`s, it was widely distributed throughout the area and was the dominant species. The distribution area of Zacco koreanus decreased in size; by 2009, it no longer inhabited the lower reaches of the Naeseong Stream. On the other hand, Zacco platypus remained the dominant species throughout the area, except for the upper-reaches of the watercourse. Gobiobotia naktongensis inhabited all areas of Naeseong Stream, which mainly has a sandy bottom. Analyses of the fish community revealed species diversity, evenness and dominant indices were 0.881, 0.615, and 0.230 respectively. These results showed that the main river, in which the water width and flow are abundant and which has various habitats, has a higher species diversity (0.829) than the tributary (0.735).

        영강의 어류상과 군집구조

        2013년 3월부터 10월까지 낙동강수계의 1차 지류인 영강의 37개 조사지점에 대하여 어류상을 조사한 결과 총 13과 31속 39종 2형의 어류가 확인되었다. 채집된 어류 중 잉어과 어류가 23종 2형(61.0%)으로 가장 많았으며 다음은 미꾸리과 어류가 4종(9.87%)이었다. 한반도 고유종은 17종으로 채집어종수의 41.5%를 차지하였다. 멸종위기종은 얼룩 새코미꾸리 (Koreocobitis naktongensis)와 모래주사 (Microphysogobio koreensis)의 두 종이었으며, 외래종은 무지개송어(Oncorhynchus mykiss)와 배스(Micropterus salmoides)의 두 종이었다. 국내의 다른 하천에서 옮겨진 이입종은 끄리(Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis), 눈동자개 (Pseudobagrus koreanus), 빙어 (Hypomesus nipponensis)의 3종이었다. 개체수를 기준으로 한 우점종은 참갈겨니 NS형(Z. koreanus NS, 23.24%), 아우점종은 참갈겨니 NE형 (Z. koreanus NE, 12.72%)와 피라미 R형(Z. platypus R, 12.35%)이었다. 어류 군집분석을 실시한 결과 영강 전체는 다양도 1.134, 균등도 0.703, 우점도 0.110, 종풍부도 4.348로 나타나 다양하고 안정된 어류군집을 이루고 있었다. 조사지점 사이의 유사도지수를 이용하여 수지도를 작성한 결과 상류집단, 중상류집단, 중류집단, 하류집단의 4집단으로 구분할 수 있었다. Freshwater fish fauna and community structure were investigated at thirty seven stations in the Yeong river, Nakdong river system, Korea from March to October 2013. During the surveyed period thirty nine species and two types belonging to thirteen families were collected. In this collection fishes of Cyprinidae were most numerous possessing 61.0% of all. There were seventeen Korean endemic species including Acheilognathus koreensis, two endangered species such as Koreocobitis naktongensis and Microphysogobio koreensis and two exotic species such as Oncorhynchus mykiss and Micropterus salmoides. Fish species transferred from other native rivers were three species such as Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Pseudobagrus koreanus and Hypomesus nipponensis. Dominant species based on the number of individuals was Zacco koreanus NS (23.24%) and sub-dominant species were Z. koreanus NE (12.72%) and Z. platypus R (12.35%). The community analysis revealed that the structure of fish community in the Yeong river was very stable and diverse in having diversity 1.134, evenness 0.703, dominance 0.110 and species richness 4.348. Fish community was divided into four groups based on similarity indices among surveyed stations such as upper reach, mid-upper reach, middle reach and lower reach group.

        회천 및 인접 소하천들의 어류상과 군집 구조

        2016년 7월부터 2017년 8월까지 낙동강수계의 1차 지류인 회천과 인접한 소하천들에서 24개 지점의 어류상을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 모두 11과 32속 42종 4형의 어류가 확인되었다. 그중 잉어과 어류가 24종 4형(59.1%)으로 가장 많았다. 한반도 고유종은 A. yamatsutae와 Odontobutis platycephala 등의 16종이었다. 멸종위기야생생물에 해당하는 종은 I급에 Pseudobagrus brevicorpus와 Koreocobitis naktongensis, II급에 Culter brevicauda로 3종이 출현하였다. 외래종은 Lepomis macrochirus와 Micropterus salmoides의 두 종이 있었으며, 국내이입종은 Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Hemiculter eigenmanni, O. interrupta, Tridentiger brevispinis의 4종이 확인되었다. 우점종은 Zacco koreanus NS (19.16%), 아우점종은 Zacco platypus R(17.17%)이었다. 회천과 인접 하천 수계 전체에서는 다양도 2.894, 균등도 0.765, 우점도 0.353, 종풍부도 4.668로 나타나 다양하고 안정된 어류군집을 이루고 있었다. 어류군집 간의 유사도를 바탕으로 작성한 수지도에서는 상류집단, 중류집단, 중하류집단, 하류집단의 4집단으로 구분되었다. Fauna of freshwater fish and community structure were investigated at 24 stations in the Hoecheon Stream and some adjacent tributaries of the Nakdonggang River, Korea from July 2016 to August 2017. During the period 42 species and 4 types belonging to 32 genera and 11 families were collected. In this collection fishes of Cyprinidae were 24 species and 4 types, most numerous possessing 59.1% of all. There were 16 Korean endemic species including Acheilognathus yamatsutae and Odontobutis platycephala, 3 endangered species such as Pseudobagrus brevicorpus and Koreocobitis naktongensis (rank I) and Culter brevicauda (rank II) and 2 exotic species such as Micropterus salmoides and Lepomis macrochirus. Fish species transferred from other native rivers were 4 species including Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Odontobutis interrupta and Tridentiger brevispinis. Dominant species was Zacco koreanus NS type (19.2%) and sub-dominant species was Z. platypus R type (16.1%). The structure of fish community in the Hoecheon Stream was very stable and diverse in having diversity 2.91, evenness 0.77, dominance 0.35 and species richness 4.67. Fish community was divided into 4 groups such as upper, middle, midlower and lower reach group based on similarity among surveyed stations.

        낙동강 상류의 어류상과 군집 구조

        2014년 3월부터 10월까지 낙동강 상류에서 44개 조사 지점에 대하여 어류상을 조사한 결과, 총 14과 34속 42종 4형의 어류가 확인되었다. 채집된 어류 중 잉어과 어류가 17종 4 형 (43.2%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다음은 미꾸리과 어류가 6종(13.6%)이었다. 한반도 고유종은 Kichulchoia multifasciata 등의 17종이었다. 멸종위기종은 Koreocobitis naktongensis, Lethenteron reissneri 및 Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis의 3 종이었으며, 외래종은 Lepomis macrochirus와 Micropterus salmoides의 2종이었다. 국내의 다른 하천에서 옮겨진 이입종은 Hemibarbus mylodon, Coreoleuciscus slpendidus Han river type, Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Iksookimia koreensis, Liobagrus andersoni 등의 9종이었다. 개체수를 기준으로 한 우점종은 Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (21.44%), 아우점종은 Z. koreanus NE형 (18.55%)이었다. 어류 군집 분석을실시한 결과 영강 전체는 다양도 1.101, 균등도 0.670, 우점도0.400, 종풍부도 4.454로 나타나 다양하고 안정된 어류 군집을이루고 있었다. 조사 지점 사이의 유사도지수를 이용하여 수지도를 작성한 결과 최상류, 상류1, 상류2, 중상류 및 중류 집단의 5집단으로 구분할 수 있었다. Freshwater fish fauna and community structure were investigated at 44 stations in upper reach of the Nakdong river, Korea from March to October 2014. During the surveyed period 42 species and 4 types belonging to 34 genera and 14 families were collected. In this collection fishes of Cyprinidae were 17 species and 4 types, most numerous possessing 43.2% of all. There were 17 Korean endemic species including Kichulchoia multifasciata, 3 endangered species such as Koreocobitis naktongensis, Lethenteron reissneri and Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis and 2 exotic species such as Lepomis macrochirus and Micropterus salmoides. Fish species transferred from other native rivers were 9 species including Hemibarbus mylodon, Coreoleuciscus slpendidus Han river type, Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis, Iksookimia koreensis and Liobagrus andersoni. Dominant species based on the number of individuals was Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (21.44%) and sub-dominant species were Zacco koreanus NE type (18.55%). The community analysis revealed that the structure of fish community in upper reach of the Nakdong river was very stable and diverse in having diversity 1.101, evenness 0.670, dominance 0.400 and species richness 4.454. Fish community was divided into 5 groups based on similarity indices among surveyed stations such as uppermost, upper 1, upper 2, mid-upper, middle reach group.

        담수어를 이용한 금호강수계의 수질판정

        The fish species collected in the Keumho River basin are 42 species 31 genera elonging to 15 Families. This report was investigated for the evaluation of water quality in the Keumho River system which is a tributary of Nakdong River in Korea on september in 1999. The fishes collected were 42 species, 31 genera belonging to 15 Families. The dominant species were 5 species; Zacco platypus, Zacco temmincki, Squalidus chankaensis tsuchigae, Moroco oxycephalus, Squalidus gracilis majimae, and 8 species; Hemibarbus longirostris, Pseudogobio esocinus, Culter brevicauda, Cobitis rotundicaudata, Pseudobagrus fulvidraco, Pungitius sinensis kaibarae, Monopterus albus, Clanna argus were rare species. The relationship among the GPI, EC and BOD by the organic pollutants were over 0.9. The group pollution index(GPI) was lowest at St. 1(0.85) and highest at St. 5(2.33). The water quality of the Keumho river divided into 3 parts; the water of upper reaches in river(St. 1) was 1st class(oligotrophic condition), middle parts(St. 2, 3, 4) were 3rd class( a -mesosaprobic condition) and lower part(St. 5) was 4th class(Polysaprobic condition) as the source of tap water, respectively. And the tributary which are the Sinryeong Stream(St. 6), the Sincheon Stream(St. 7) and the Donghwa Stream(St. 9) in Keumho river were 2nd class as the source of tap water. The results in this study was represented same patterns as the result by the use of indicator species like as algae and invertebrates for the discrimination of water quality. So, some freshwater fish species can be use applicant for the discrimination of water quality.

      • 五十川(慶北·盈德)의 魚類相과 주요 魚種의 生態에 관하여

        The micro-distribution, community structure and feeding habits of freshwater fishes in the Oshib River, Yoˇngdoˇk, Kyoˇngpuk, were surveyed from August 1986 to July 1987. The fishes collected from the Oshib River were 25 species, 24 genera belong to 15 families and 4 species; squalidus multimaculalus, Cobitis longicorpus, Liobagrus mediadiposalis and Odontobutis platycephala were endemic species to Korea and 2 species, Macropodus chinensis and Misgurnus mizolepis, were unrecorded species of this river. In this river, the dominant species were Zacco temminckii, Moroco oxycephalus and Liobagrus mediadiposalis. The species diversity of fishes was the lowest in the Taesoˇ stream and the highest in brackish area of the downstream. The community similarity of fishes between Taesoˇ stream and Sinan stream was the highest and that between Sinan stream and brackish area was the lowest. By a comparison of the distribution patterns of body length between two habitats, rapids and pool, it was revealed that juveniles of Squalidus multimaculatus lived mainly at pool but adults in both habitats; it seemed that Odontobutis platycephala migrated from rapids to pool, according to the growth; other species lived in both habitats. In the examination of feeding habits, it was found that Odontobutis platycephala and Liobagrus mediadiposalis were carnivorous, while Zacco temminckii. Moroco oxycephalus, Squalidus multimaculatus and Cobitis longicorpus were omnivorus.

      • 동해로 유입되는 가곡천과 마읍천에 서식하는 담수어의 지리적 분포

        1999년 4월부터 2000년 10월까지 강원도 삼척시에 위치한 가곡천과 마읍천에서 어류의 지리적분포와 군집구조를 조사하였다. 가곡천에서는 10과 20종, 마읍천에서는 10과 25종의 어류가 확인되었으며, 이 가운데 한국 고유종은 Squalidus multimaculatus, Iksookimia koreensis 그리고 Liobagrus mediadiposalis의 3종이었다. 가곡천의 미기록종은 S. multimaculatus, I. koreensis, Pungitius sinensis sinensis 그리고 Oncorhynchus masou masou이었으며, Zacco platypus와 Z. temmincki가 우점종이었다. 가곡천 상류역에서는 Z. temmincki와 Moroco oxycephalus가 우점종이었으며, 중류역에서는 Z. platypus, 하류역에서는 Cottus Hngiongensis, Chaenogobius urotaenia 그리고 Rhinogobius brunneus가 우점종이었다. 마읍천의 미기록종은 Cyprinus carpio, Pseudorasbora parva, Silurus asotus, O. m. masou, M. oxycephalus, Gasterosteus aculeatus, P. s. sinensis, C. castaneus, Acanthogobius lactipes, Tridentiger brevispines이었으며, Z. platypus가 우점종이었다. 마읍천 상류역에서는 Z. platypus가 우점종이었으며, 중류역에서는 Ladislavia taczanowskii, 하류역에서는 P. s. sinensis가 우점종이었다. 본 조사에서 확인된 어류 가운데, 특히 가곡천에 서식하는 S. multimaculatus와 마곡천에 서식하는 L. taczanowskii와 Nemacheilus toni는 지리분포상 보호되어야하겠다. 가곡천의 종다양성지수는 1.109, 마읍천의 종다양성지수는 1.109로서 종다양성이 높고 군집이 안정되어 있었다. The geographical distribution and community structure of freshwater fishes in the Gagog and Maeup Streams, which flow into the East Sea, were surveyed from April 1999 to October 2000. Twenty species belonging to 10 families were collected in Gagog Stream. Twenty-five species belonging to 10 families were collected in Maeup Stream, including the Korean endemic species Squalidus multimaculatus, Iksookimia koreensis and Liobagrus mediadiposalis. In the Gagog Stream, S. multimaculatus, I. koreensis, Pungitius sinensis sinensis and Oncorhynchus masou masou were newly recorded. The dominant species were Zacco platypus and Z. temmincki. A tendency was seen in regional distribution such that Z. temmincki and Moroco oxycephalus dominated in the upper stream, Z. platypus in the middle stream, and Cottus hangiongensis, Chaenogobius urotaenia and Rhinogobius brunneus in the lower stream. Newly recorded from the Maeup Stream are Cyprinus carpio, Pseudorasbora parva, Silurus asotus, O.m.masou, M. oxycephalus, Gasterosteus aculeatus, P. s. sinensis, C. castaneus, Acanthogobius lactipes and Tridentiger brevispinis. The dominant species was Z. platypus. A tendency was seen in regional distribution such that Z. platypus dominated in the upper stream, Ladislavia taczanowskii in the midddle stream, and P. s. sinensis in the lower stream. Among the noteworthy fishes found in the present study were S. multimaculatus in the Gagog Stream and L. taczanowskii and Nemacheilus toni in the Maeup Stream, These species are considered as species of conservation concern. The species diversity index of the communities were 1.109 in the Gagog Stream and 1.166 in the Maeup Stream. The results indicate that the community structure in each stream is very diverse but stable in its species composition.

        내린천의 어류상과 군집구조

        1996년 6월부터 1997년 9월까지 북한강의 상류인 내린천의 어류상을 조사한 결과 10과 28속 36종 또는 아종이 확인되었다. 확인된 어류 중에서 한반도 고유종은 7과 15속 16종으로 전체 출현종의 44.4%를 차지하였다. 외래어종으로 Oncorhynchus mykiss가 출현하였다. 우점종은 Zacco temmincki(상대풍부도 42.94%, 아우점종은 Moroco kumgangensis(12.91%) 였으며, Opsariichthys bidens, Squalidus japonicus coreanus, Misgurnus mizolepis, Leiocassis ussuriensis 그리고 Siniperca scherzeri는 1∼2 개체만 채집되어 상대풍부도가 0.03% 이하로서 희소종이었다. 조사지역의 종다양성을 분석한 결과 종다양도 0.947, 균등도 0.609, 그리고 우점도 0.218로서 생태적으로 안정된 군집을 이루고 있다고 판단되었다. The fish fauna and community structure were surveyed at the Naerin Stream of Puk' an River from June 1996 to September 1997. The fishes collected were 36 species, 28 genera belonging to 10 families, in which 16 species were endemic species of Korea. Oncorhynchus mykiss was an exotic fish. The dominant species was Zacco temmincki(relative abundance 42.94%), and subdominant species was Moroco kumgangensis(12.91%). The rare species less than 0.03% of all were Opsariichthys bidens, Squalidus japonicus coreanus, Misgurnus mizolepis, Leiocassis ussuriensis and Siniperca scherzeri. The species diversity, evenness, and dominance index on the fish community were 0.947, 0.609, and 0.218.
