한국인의 가족가치관과 혈통적 국민정체성이 다문화 배제태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 주요목적은 한국인의 가족가치관과 혈통적 국민정체성이 다문화 배제태도에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 문화 간 감수성의 매개역할을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 전국의 만 20세 이상의 성인 1,332 명을 AMOS 18.0 Version 프로그램을 사용하여 측정모형분석를 실시하였으며, 경로관계에 대한 검증은 직접효과와 간접효과에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 그리고 본 연구의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의한지를 확인하기 위해 부트스트랩 절차(Bootstrapping)를 적용해서 연구모형의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 가족가치관 및 혈통적 국민정체성이 다문화 배제태도에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 검증해 본 결과, 가족가치관이 전통적일수록, 혈통적 국민정체성이 놓을수록 다문화 배제태도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족가치관 및 혈통적 국민정체성과 다문화 배제태도의 사이에서의 문화 간 감수성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족가치관과 다문화 배제태도의 관계에서 문화 간 감수성은 부분매개효과를 보였으나 혈통적 국민정체성과 다문화 배제태도와의 관계에서는 매개효과를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직접효과 및 매개효과에 대한 성별, 학력집단별 차이를 다중집단분석을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 한국인들이 다문화사회에서의 수용적인 가치관을 가지기 위한 체계적인 연구와 실천적인 지원의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of family values and ethnic national identity of Korean on multicultural exclusive attitude, and the mediator role of sensitivity between cultures between these. This study has researched the valid 1,332 questionnaires from 1,425 by adults over age 20 residing in the entire country. The major findings were as follows: First, the direct effect of family values, ethnic national identity, and sensitivity between cultures to multicultural exclusive attitude showed that the more traditional family values is and ethnic national identity is, the higher multicultural exclusive attitude is. Second, the sensitivity between cultures only showed partial mediator effect between family values and multicultural exclusive attitude. third, the direct effect and mediator effect of family values, ethnic national identity, sensitivity between cultures to multicultural exclusive attitude were different in the sex and education group by multiple group analysis. These findings supported the importance of the necessity for extending program for improving multicultural education, sensitivity between cultures. And This result means that it is required to consider various accessing method depending on each sex and education group for decreasing multicultural exclusive attitude.

아동·청소년의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구: 양부모가정과 한부모가정의 비교

본 연구는 아동·청소년의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들이 양부모가정과 한부모가정의 아동·청소년에 따라 다르게 나타나는지를 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국청소년정책연구원에서 제공하는 2012년 아동·청소년 정신건강 증진 지원방안 연구Ⅱ를 위하여 수집된 자료를 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과로 양부모가정의 아동·청소년의 경우에는 우울, 불안, 스트레스, 자아존중감, 정서조절, 낙관주의, 경제수준, 부모의 지원, 가족관계의 질, 교사관계, 친구관계, 학교생활이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변인으로 나타났으나, 한부모가정의 경우에는 우울, 스트레스, 정서조절, 경제수준, 부모의 지원, 교사관계, 친구관계만이 유의한 것으로 나타나 양부모가정의 아동·청소년과 일부 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 양부모가정 및 한부모가정의 아동·청소년의 생활만족도를 향상하기 위한 사회복지 실천방안에 대한 함의를 제시하였다. This study divided the main factors that affected children/youths` life satisfaction level into personal factors, family factors, school factors and local community factors based on the perspective of ecological system and looked into their effect. Besides, it reviewed the major factors affecting their life satisfaction to see if they appear differently according to the children/youths of single families and intact families. For this study, it used data collected for the 2012 children/youths` mental health improvement researchⅡ by National Youth Policy Institute. Results of analyzing children/youths of intact families showed that depression, insecurity, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, optimism, economic level, parental support, quality of family relationship, teacher relationship and friend relationship are the main factors affecting their life satisfaction level while results of analyzing those of single families showed significance only in depression, stress, emotional regulation, economic level, parental support, teacher relationship and friend relationship, showing some difference from those of intact families. Based upon these results, it made implications considerations for the better social welfare services to improve the life satisfaction of children/youths in intact/single families.

다문화가족 한국인남편의 성격특성과 결혼만족도의 관계에서 부부갈등의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of their personality on marital satisfaction and to investigate the mediating effect of marital conflict on personality and marital satisfaction of the korean husband from multicultural families. Subjects were 245 korean husbands from multicultural families in Seoul·Gyeonggi area, Daegu·Gyeongbuk area, and Ulsan city To investigate the mediating the effect, multiple linar regression (MLR) model was used. Results of the study are as follows. First, the level of marital satisfaction of the korean husbands was mostly high(3.11 out of 4.0). Second, the conscientiousness and agreeableness of the personality affected positively their marital satisfaction. Third, a most important variable that influenced husbands` marital satisfaction was couple area of conflicts. Fourth, the results showed that marital conflict fully mediated link among openness, extroversion, and partially mediated link among conscientiousness, extroversion and marital satisfaction. But marital conflict not mediated the link between neuroticism of personality and marital satisfaction. These results gave social work implication to improve quality of marital lives of the korean husband from multicultural families.
