Distribtion and re-examination of Betulaceae species were reported as a part of systematic study on Korean-Betulaceae. The previous study on the composition of Betulaceae in 1981 was revised to be 5 genera, 23 species, 13 varietie and 9 formae. The identification key was also re-constructed.

Injection moulding is a widely used industrial process, which manufactures plastic products by pressing the molten resin into a cavity of mould followed by solidification. Flow occurs when polymer molecules has the sliding motion each other. The factors affecting viscous flow is depend on the forces holding the molecules together. For viscous fluids(molten polymer), shear viscosity is not only rate-dependent but highly sensitive to small changes of temperature. The flow resistance of injected resin in the cavity and solidification is important factors for product quality. Therefore, it was studied some of the temperature influence and cooling effect of the mould for injection mould.

To investigate medical instrument on the 500 beds of general hospital, medical equipment presented appropriate level. We investigate quality and item of medical equipment with subject on the twenty-four of medical office. So, medical equipment appear difference of possession present condition on each hospital. We will be estimate proper medical equipment with quality if mean value than the common medical equipment on consisting of basic item. This hospital purchase administration have advantage by the medical market. The result has valuable and helpful of 500 beds of general hospital for hospital administration operation, hospital policy and planning.

We have development and designed portable radiation dosimetry system. Fluorescence fundamental of fluoescence material with radiation exposure detect electrical signal by using light diode element and we discribed it compare to the radiation dose for testing device. We have displayed photodiode output value on the LCD after processing those in the 8051 microcomputer. We considered that this system is very useful for radiation dose measurement, measrement of radiation dose distribution and calibration of the X-ray system. As radiation measured data have exellent characteristic result and compare to the other individual expose dosimeter. We designed electric-individual expose-dosimeter such as simplicity, accuration, efficient. In this study, we will be avaiable to use radiation expose measuring system and defence alarm system for safety.

Plastic gear has many advantages such as self lubrication, silent running with impact proof ability and corrosion free operation. However, the life of plastic gear is shortened with increased running temperature, because of tooth surface friction, deformation of tooth and lack of dimensional accuracy. Gear form accuracy of plastic gear is depended on the injection mould design and manufacturing. It is important that correct estimate the shrinkage rate of plastic gear mouldings for mould design. As a result of this study, the shrinkage model for plastic gear is developed and examed the method of earlier stage compensation for the shrinkage and deformation on the design of injection mould.

A 14-year-old male pomeranian was present with swollen left ear. The swelling occurred from base to apex of pinna. Otitis externa persisted for two years. Hematological and serum biochemistry values were not remarkable. The surgery treatment was the most appropriate method among indwelling drain, surgical, and steroid treatment in the aural hematoma because the dog was very sensitive to touching pinna and the size of aural hematoma. Longitudinal incision was applied after general anesthesia. Cefovecin was injected to prevent secondary infection. The outcome of surgery was good. There was no evidence of recurrence for one year.

This paper presents the compensation algorithm which is detecting the positive and negative sequence by the using symmetrical component method under the imbalance of the input voltage and harmonic problems. This compensation algorithm is performed in the synchronous reference frame, so it can be easily applied to the UPQC and Active Power Filer. The dynamic performance is analysed and verified through the simulation results.

When a photovoltaic array is partially shadowed, a plurality of maximum points appears at the output of the photovoltaic array. If a plurality of maximum points appears, the conventional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method cannot follow the maximum power point reliably. Therefore, a new method is required to follow the maximum power point under partial shadowing conditions. The SSJ-MPPT method can follow the maximum power point under partial shadowing. Although this method can quickly follow the maximum power point, the search time becomes longer if the voltage at the maximum power point is large. Therefore, we herein propose the ESSJ-MPPT method to address the disadvantage of the SSJ-MPPT method, and verify it via simulation and experiment.
