        This paper arranged the theory of active marketing technology to introduce continued convention by activating hotel convention center, pursuing the rationalization of hotel management, and offering the convenience of convention participants. First, the role of hotel convention marketers is to do the marketing activities through the analysis of the elements effecting on buying behaviors. It is very effective to analyze the element effecting on buying behaviors such as personnel characteristics, cultural features, social levels and way of life and to apply it to the marketing. Second, it is very effective for the hotel convention marketers to have partnership to increase marketing activities of the convention centers. The partnership is to associate, share and participate together. To increase the satisfaction level of utilize various programs to introduce conventions. They need to offer participants the convenience before and after the convention by concluding the partnership with travel agency, shopping center, transportation companies, recreation facilities, tourist restaurant, and so on.

        The hotel business has become a part of the third industry influencing the development of the tourism industry. As the toursim growing as one of the important industries, the employees of tourism generally being given service education, but it is generally pointed out that such education is still far from adequate. The goal of this treatise is to provide materials for the devices on the development of our national toursim hotel and The researcher some suggestions to improve the guality of employees in the future. The suggestions are as follows : 1) on the educational system : it is urgent to establish the national professional school of tourism hotel and to cultivate professors and specialists. 2) We should try harder to operate the educational-industrial complex more effectively. 3) A more effective enlightment is needed to improve the nation-wide recognition for the field of the tourism hotel.

      • 人間의 c-Ha-ras 發癌性 蛋白質에 結合되어 있는 GDP의 形態

        ¹H-NMR spectra were analyzed of a GDP/GTP-binding domain of human c-Ha-ras gene product(residues 1-171) in which glutarmine-61 was replaced by leucine [ras(L61/1-171) protein]. By one-dimensional and two-dimensional homonuclear Hartmann-Hah spectroscopy and nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) spectroscopy of the complex of the ras(L61/1-171) protein and GDP, the ribose H1', H2', H3' and H4' proton resonances of the bound GDP were identified. The guanine H8 proton resonance of the bound GDP was identified by substitution [8-²H]GDP for GDP. The dependences of the H1' and H8 proton resonance intensities in the duration of irradiation of the H1', H2', H3' and H8 protons were measured. By numerical simulation of these time-dependent NOE profiles, the conformation of the protein-bound GDP was elucidated ; the guanosine moiety takes the anti form about the N-glycosidic bond with the dihedral angle of χ=-124±2。 and the ribes ring takes the C2'-endo form. Such an analysis of the conformation of a guanine nucleotide as bound to a GTP-binding protein will be useful for further studies on the molecular mechanism of the conformational activation of ras proteins on ligand substitution of GDP with GTP.

      • 커미트먼트의 유형이 조직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        It appears that low levels of commitment are largely dysfunctional for both the individual and the organization : individual career advancement may be severely hampered, while the organization may suffer from an unstable, disloyal work force. The advantages of moderate levels of commitment generally outweigh the disadvantages. The work force is more stable and satisfied without being consumed by the organization. Individuals are able to adjust to behavioral settings by varying their degrees of commitment according to the perceived attractiveness and the requirements of the settings. At high levels of commitment, it appears that the costs of commitment outweigh the advantages. Individuals may advance more rapildly in their careers, and the organization's production demands may be met with greater ease. In brief, the commonly assumed linear relationship between commitment and desirable consequences should be questioned. An inverted U-shaped curve between thse variables with an apes at a moderate level of commitment may be a more accurate description of the relationship. Individual and organizational needs appear to be in balance with moderate levels of commitment.

      • 관광호텔 勞使關係의 安定化 방안에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study are to find out various significant factors impinging on the stability of labor-relations and their potential effects, and to propose effective approaches for enhancing the stability of labor-relations in tourist hotels. Specifically, the management system of tourist hotels and the empliyees' characteristics were selected as independent variables, and the stability of labor-relations was employed as subordinate variables. For these purposes, hypothesis was established as follows: Relation between independent variables(employees' characteristics) and the subor-dinate variable of the stability of labor-relations(labor harmony) should show significant difference. The samples of this study were 57 hotels in Seoul, Pusan, Taigu, TaiJun, Kyeongju, and Kyeongnam province. Enhancement of employees' Job attitude: the higher efficacy and pride the employees have toward their hotels, the higher degree of committment they may show to their Jobs, thus leading to lower rate of turnover and higher level of Job satisfaction among employees. Optimal labor-harmony may be secured when the employees are willing to sacrifice for the growth of their hotels. As a prerequisite for this harmony, new knowledge, skill, information which are required for employees' job performances must be provided to guarantee efficient communication.

      • NK-2의 Antagonist인 고리상 펩티드 cyclo-(Gln-Trp-Phe-Leu-Met)의 형태 연구

        강력한 NK-2 antagonist이며 고리상 펩티드인 cyclo-??의 dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)용액중에서의 형태를 2차원 핵자기 공명과 분자동력학적인 계산에 의하여 결정하였다. 61개의 NOE와 그 외의 핵자기 공명의 각 파라메타를 만족시키는 25개의 구조를 얻었다. 분자내의 한 개의 약한 수소결합이 있었고 특징적인 구조는 갖고 있지 않았다. 본 연구에 앞서 보고한 바와 같이, 펩티드인 cyclo-??의 Gly이 βAla으로 치환된 펩티드는 βAla의 여분의 메틸렌이 cyclic peptide의 고리골격의 반발력을 완화시키고 수소결합들이 형태의 안정에 기여하고 있었다. 본 연구에서의 cyclo-??의 형태는 ring의 크기가 줄어든 strain에 의하여 βAla으로 치환된 펩티드에 비하여 전형적인 구조를 갖고 있지 않았다. Solution conformation of cyclo-??, potent NK-2 antagonist in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) solution, has been determined by the use of two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(2D-NMR) in the temperature 313K combined with simulated annealing calculations. An exhaustive search yield a description of the 25 annealed structures that can explain all NMR parameters including 61 clearly observed nuclear Overhauser effects(NOEs). Temperature coefficients of NH proton resonance chemical shifts suggest that it has one weak intramolecular hydrogen bond in this cyclic peptide. We found previous study, the conformation of cyclo-?? is well-defined stabilized conformation. The addition of an extra methylene group to Gly, may relax some unfavorable restraints in the cyclic backbone structure, which results in stabilizing single conformation. In contrast, the structure of cyclo-?? is less ordered conformation than the cyclo-??.

      • 인간의 c-Ha-ras 발암성 단백질에 결합되어 있는 GDP와 $GTP{\gamma}S$의 형태 비교

        ras발암유전자의 산물인 ras단백질에 결함한 구아닌 누콜레오티드의 형태를 규명하고자, 1종의 정상 ras단백젤과 2종의 변이 ras단백질을 조제하였다. 즉, 1) 정상세포의 ras단백질의 카르복시 말단의 18아미노산 잔기를 잘라낸 c-Ha-ras단백질 [ras(G12/1-171)단백질], 2) 아미노 말단에서 12번째의 글라선을 발린으로 바꾸어 발암활성형의 ras단백질로 만들고 동시에 카르복시 말단의 18아미노산 잔기를 잘라낸 c-Ha-ras변이단백질 [ras(V12/1-171)단백질], 3) 아미노 말단에서 61번째의 글루타민을 로이신으로 바꾸어 발암활성형의 ras단백질로 만들고 동시에 카르복시 말단의 18아미노산 잔기를 잘라낸 c-Ha-ras변이단백질 [ras(L61/1-171)만백질] 등이다. 각각의 ras(1-171)단백질에 결합하고 있는 GDP와 $GTP{\gamma}S$의 형태를 결정하기 위하여, 핵자기공명 스펙트럼으로부터 결합된 GDP와 $GTP{\gamma}S$의 프로톤 피크들을 귀속하고, 핵자기공명의 측정방법 중의 하나인 조사시간에 의존하는 NOE의 결과를 시뮬레이션하였다. 세 종류의 ras(1-171)만 백질에 결합하고 있는 GDP의 구아노선 부분은ras(1-171)단백질의 점 돌연변이와 무관하게 anti-C2'-endo 형태를 취하고, 글리코실결합의 2면각 X(O4'-C1'-N9-C4)는 $-120^{\circ}$이였다. ras(1-171) 단백질에 결합하고 있는 $GTP{\gamma}S$는 GDP의 경우와는 달리 anti-C3'-endo 형태를 취하고, X는 $-80^{\circ}$이였으며 ras(1-171)단백질의 점 돌연변이에 의한 영향을 받지 않았다. 이 결과로부터 ras(1-171)단백질에 결합하고 있는 구아닌 누클레오티드의 교환에 의한 형태 변화가 ras(1-171)단백질의 효과인자 부위에 미치는 상호작용에 대하여 논하였다. A normal ras protein and two of the mutant proteins were prepared to investigate the biochemical properties of ras proteins produced by ras genes. The methods for the preparation of ras proteins include 1) the truncation of c-Ha-ras protein at the position 18 from carboxy-terminal producing [ras(G12/1-171) protein], 2) the replacement of glycine by valine at position 12 of the ras protein from amino-terminal followed by the truncation of c-Ha-ras protein at the position 18 from carboxy-terminal [ras(V12/1-171) protein], 3) the replacement of glutamine by leucine at the position 61 followed by the truncation of c-Ha-ras protein at the position 18 from carboxy-terminal [ras(L61/1-171) protein]. The proton resonances of H8(guanine) and H1', H2', H3', H4', H5' (ribose) of the GDP and the $GTP{\gamma}S$ [Guanosine 5'-O-(3-thiotriphosphate)] bound to ras(1-171) proteins were identified. By numerical simulation of these irradiated time-dependent NOE profiles, the conformations of the protein-bound GDP and $GTP{\gamma}S$ were elucidated. The guanosine moieties of GDPs bound to three ras(1-171) proteins take the anti form about the N-glycosidic bond with a dihedral angle of X=$-120^{\circ}$ and the ribose ring take the C2'-endo forms that were independent with point mutation. In contrast to the conformation of the bound GDP, the guanosine moieties of $GTP{\gamma}Ss$ bound to ras(1-171) proteins had anti-C3'-endo form and a dihedral angle of X=$-80^{\circ}$, and were not affected by the point mutation of ras(1-171) protein. The role of the interaction between the bound guanine nucleotide and effector region is discussed with regard to the mechanism of the ras proteins.

      • 호텔 廚房의 施設管理에 관한 硏究

        Most hotel managers focus on food and beverage management avoiding centralizang on the room department. Since the food and beverage sales of hotel as well as food service industry grow in the meaning market volumn,research of sales promotion is processing. In the management of food and beverage management, kitchen facility is main part of cause to the costs,accordingly, cutting off costs in the Kitchen must precede kitchen planning. This study shows the necessity of kitchen planning by analysis of kitchen area and equipment's layout. So the result of study are as follow. 1. In the planning hotel, the specitified kitchen planning should be established. kitchen planning needs stecitification and balance with whole building in the hotel. Especially, it is desirable to be perform after the sufficient communication among the hotel manager,architector,and employees in the kitchen. 2. Both the planning of chooing the kitchen equipments and equipment's layout should be effectively established. Because the kitchen has many dangerous factors such a broilers, ovens and facility. Consequently, through the improvement of work productively and save of costs, effective kitchen planning should result in the promotion of profits in the hotel food and beverage management.
