        제7차 초등학교 교육과정의 보건교육 내용과 시간 분석

        Purpose: This study is to analyze the contents and time of health education centered on the textbooks in the 7th curriculum at the elementary school. Method: This study investigated it as an object of 129 state books for the children in 1~6 grade and 76 guide books for the teachers used in the present curriculum from Mar. 1, 2002 to Feb. 28, 2003. The collected data were analyzed through the frequenGy, percentage, and the list of contents system. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. Result: 1) The contents of health education in the 7th curriculum at the elementary schools were inserted and dispersed in 9 subject matters among 13 subject matters. The units related to the health education were total 107 units. The physical subject matter took most by the subject matter. 2) As for the contents of health education by the grade, it educated 'Safety and first-aid' in the first grade, 'Physical structure· function' growth' in the second and sixth grade, 'Daily healthy life', 'Family life and Social health' in the fourth grade, and 'Nutrition' in the fifth grade as main contents. But, it was lack of continuity and hierarchy of curriculum among each grade, and it was considered as it was short of integrity. 3) The contents of health education by the field were composed of the fields of 'Community and environmental health', 'Safety and First-aid' from the first grade to the sixth grade most centrally. But, it was not composed of the fields of 'Health concept' and 'Mental health' a little. But, it presented the disparity and the shortage phenomenon in the contents of health education. 4) The hours of educational education in the 7th curriculum at the elementary schools were total 248 hours, average 41.3 hours by the grade, 1.2 hours per a week. The hours of health education by the subject matter took the physical subject matter most. Conclusion: It presented the disparity and the shortage phenomenon in the contents of health education and it considered that it was lack of integrity.

      • VDT 작업자의 작업환경과 작업조건이 근골격계 자각증상에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -사무직 근로자를 대상으로-

        Objectives: In order to investigate symptoms prevalence related to visual display terminal(VDT) syndrome, and to evaluate the variables affecting the development of the musculoskeletal syndrome. Methods: The subjects of this study were 302 officers in Daegu, the data were collected by self-administered questionnaire between May 27 and May 30, 2011. and they agreed to participate in the study. Data analysis by using SPSS/PC Version 12.0 was performed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. results:1. The most highest point of the area from the questionnaire of the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome was neck pain, and it was 3.43. 2. The subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome followed by the character of the occupation got higher when employees work more hours without break for their work 3. The subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome followed by the posture of work had the highest result when they do computer work with improper height between the desk and chair, improper space under the desk, or improper posture like spastic shoulder or stoop back. 5. The result of the regression analysis by setting up the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome as a dependent variable beside of setting up the other factors that can affect to the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome as an independent variable had a significant difference(F=4.670), and the independent variable could explain 22.9% of the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrom. Conclusions: The variable factors, which can affect to the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome, were the hours of computer work, the break time during their job, proper posture of shoulder and back, and proper space under the desk. The most standardized regression coefficient of factor was that employees had the break time during their daily work, and it might be the most reasonable factor to the subjective symptoms of musculoskeletal syndrome

      • 대퇴사두근 저항성 등척성 운동이 퇴행성 슬 관절염에 미치는 효과

        This study is aimed to describe improvement of low extremity alignment; a difference of a distance of both knees, a variation of a tibiofemoral angle, and an alteration of an angle change of RCSP(Resting Calcaneal Stance Position) in the participants who have degenerative knee arthritis after a 8-week-``resistant isometric quadriceps femoris muscle strengthening exercise``. Subjects who have degenerative knee arthritis were instructed the ``resistant isometric quadriceps muscle strengthening exercise`` for 50 minutes 3 times a week during 8 weeks. They performed 3 sets right and left 10 times, with 5 seconds rest for each time and 1 minute break for a set. 1) Participants of ``resistant isometric quadriceps muscle strengthening exercise`` showed statistically significant difference of a distance of both knees; 1.27cm between 3.81cm before the exercise and 2.54cm after the exercise. (p<O.01) 2) Subjects displayed statistically significant variation of a left tibiofemoral angle ; 3.90° between 183.90° before the exercise and 180.00° after the exercise. 3) Patients suggested statistically significant alteration of an angle change of left RCSP(Resting Calcaneal Stance Position) ; 7.70° between 17.87° before the exercise and 10.17° after the exercise.

        This study was to examine effects of the capability of geriatric hospitals on job satisfaction and customer orientation. The survey was conducted from July 1 to August 30, 2014 and the collected 275 questionnaires from employees working in 10 geriatric hospitals located in Daegu. were used as the final analysis data. The results are as follows. The higher age, number of sickbeds, and job position were, the higher the score of job satisfaction was. Age and job satisfaction of workers and marketing capability of geriatric hospital capability have significant effects on customer orientation.

      • 노인의 은퇴 후 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인

        To determine factors affecting psychological well-being of the elderly after their retirement this study conducted a survey using a questionnaire with the elderly aged 60 years or older living in Daegu Metropolitan City and analyzed 350 copies among the returned questionnaires. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, general characteristics showing a statistically significant difference in psychological well-being were existence of a spouse, religion, methods to earn money for living and economic difficulty. When subjects had spouses and religion, earned money for living independently and had no economic difficulty, their well-being was better. Second, in correlation between psychological well-being and related factors, stress(r=-0.291), family life(r=0.229) and health condition(r=0.274) were significantly associated with well-being of the elderly. When subjects experienced less stress, satisfied with family life more and maintained better health condition, their well-being was higher. Among the factors stress was observed to have the closest correlation with well-being. Third, factors affecting significantly psychological well-being were found to be existence of a spouse(b=0.355), economic difficulty(b=0.107), stress(b=-0.138) and health condition(b=0.097). In other words, when subjects had spouses, less economic difficulties, less stress and better health condition, they felt well-being. The existence of a spouse among them showed the largest effect on well-being.

        초·중·고등학교 학생·학부모·일반교사의 보건교육 영역별 요구도와 보건교육

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of health education in students, their parents and teachers in the elementary, middle and high schools and the current situation of health education class. Method: The subjects of this study were a total of 9450 persons including students, their parents and teachers from 279 schools throughout the country. They were selected through convenient sampling. Data were analyzed through x^(2)­test and ANOVA. Result: Students, their parents and teachers replied that 18 dimensions of health education class (DHEC) are necessary. The four DHEC - healthier life style, sex education, mental health and safety education - showed high educational needs in students, their parents, and teacher. High school students had higher educational need of 'symptom management for daily living' than elementary and middle school students. Students, their parents and teachers in elementary school had higher educational needs of 17 DHEC that those in middle and high school. The percentages of schools with health education class taught by health teachers were 99.2%, 75.5% and 66.0% respectively in elementary, middle and high schools. Health education was given mainly using physical education classes at elementary schools, and creative class hours at middle and high schools. In general, health education took 1-3 hours per week at elementary schools, and less than an hour at middle and high schools. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results, systematic health education class should begin from elementary school to meet the need of health education in students, their parents and teachers, and further study should be made on the number of hours required and the amount of contents of 18 DHEC.

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify needs of health education of the students, parents, general teachers, and health teacher of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Method : 279 schools of elementary, middle, and high school were sampled nonproportionally during the period from June 28 to July 26, 2004 . The data were collected by the questionnaire from 1,888 students, 1,876 parents, 1,695 general teachers, 279 health teachers. A frequency, % and χ2-test were used to analysis by SAS program. Result : 1. It showed that 98.1% of elementary school students, 92.3% of middle school students, 89.6% of high school students answered that they need health education. The most of students, parents, and general teachers had high interests in health education. 2. In the case of students, main causes of needs of health education was 'to prevent diseases or accidents''. But parents answered that it was 'to build up a healthier behavior'. General teachers answered that it was 'more effective systematic and continuous health education'. 3. Over 80% of students, parents, and general teachers about the question of who qualified person is to teach health education as a regular class responded that health teacher is available. Especially 93% of elementary school students answered like that. 4. The most of students, parents, and general teachers answered that health education in the classroom is favorable 1 to 2 hours per week. Conclusion : As results of the study , the majority of students, parents, general teachers agreed needs of health education. Therefore, on the basis of this study, systematic and continuous health education is necessary. Additionally the establishment of independent health subject is required certainly.
