        색채선호의 계량적 분석에 관한 기초적 연구 -20대 연령층을 대상으로-

        20대 남녀 50명씩 100명의 집단에 대해 투명의 아크릴 보드에 제작된 환상 및 격자상의 배열로 16을 배치하고 백색을 배경으로 평소에 가장 선호하는 색을 환상배열에서 선택하도록 하고 grey, blue, pink, yellow 및 yellow green을 배경으로 환상 및 격자상배열에서 가장 좋아보이는 색을 고르도록하였다. 또 16색상 각각을 white 및 black의 혼합배율에 배치하고 가장 좋아보이는 수준을 선택하도록 하였다. 20대 남녀 50명씩 두 집단의 색선호에는 큰 유이성이 없었으며 전체 집단의 경향은 다음과 같았다. 1) 색의 파장 증가에 대해서는 500nm 부근의 bluish green에 대해 가장 높은 선호를 보였고 그 보다 짧거나 긴 파장에 대해서는 선호정도는 감소되었다. (그림2). 자주순도의 증가와는 일차적인 비례관계을 보여 자극순도가 높은 색일수록 선호정도도 높았다. (그림3). 명도와의 관계는 파장과는 반대의 경향으로서 중간 명도에서 최저 선호를 보였으나 유의성이 낮아 색상간의 명도차이에 대해서는 반응이 미약한 것으로 보여졌다. (그림4). 2) 동일 색상내에서 색의 명도수준을 7단계로 하였을EO 16색상의 평균치에서 명도수준이 증가함에 따라 선호도 증가하여 중간정도의 명도에서 최고 반응을 보이고 그 이상의 명도 증가에서 선호는 감소하였다(그림 5). 3) 16색의 배치방법을 환상과 격자상으로 하고 배경색의 변화를 동일하게 하였을 때 선호색의 경향은 두 배치방법간에 차이가 없었으며, 배경색의 관계는 백색배경에서의 경우와 유사하게 파장은 부정적으로, 작그순도와 명도는 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 배경색의 파장, 자극순도, 명도의 변화와 선호되는 색과의 관계는 각 자극이 낮거나 높을 때는 그와 큰 차이가 나는 높은 자극 및 낮은 자극의 색이, 중간정도의 자극인 배경에서는 그와 유사한 자극의 색이 선호되는 것으로 나타났다(그림 6, 7, 8). In order to analyse the color preference quantitatively, specially with reference to the subjects in the age of twenties, 100 subjects(M=50, F=50) that unconsidered other factors were adopted and responded to 4 items of the questionaire. The item no. 1 was to investigate the most prefered color on the white background, no. 2 was to most preferred stimulation -level of lightness in the same hues, no. 3 was to most prefered color on 5 different backgrounds -grey, blue, pink, yellow, and yellow green-, and no. 4 was same as no. 3 but with different color-arrangement Materials for item 1 and 3 were made with transparent acryl-boards(30cm$\times$30cm), on which 16 color chips arranged on circle, for item 4 on lattice, and for item 2 with 16 white boards(8cm$\times$21cm), on which 7 color chips of different lightness-level arranged. Reflectance(Y) and color coordinate(x, y) of all color chips measured with color difference meter were transfered into wavelength(nm), exitation purity(%), and Munsell's value. The results may be summarized as follows: 1) Most prefered color was bluish green with wave1ength about 500nm. As increasing of exitation purity of color, more prefered. 2) When there were 7 different levels of lightness in the same hues, the relationship between the number of preference and the stimulation was inverted U-shaped. 3) With changing the background -color, the prefered colors were contrasting when backgrounds were low or high intensity-stimulation and familiar colors when backgrounds were medium intensity.

        도시 배후 산 지형 스카이라인 경관의 조망 특성과 경관 대표성 평가 - 시점 위치에 따른 무등산 조망경관 분석을 중심으로 -

        This research investigated the landscape characteristics of the skyline and the cognitive characteristics of Mt. Mudeung (1,186m) from various viewpoints. Mt. Mudeung, the representative landscape of Gwangju City, has been recognized as a natural landmark and theme of paintings. By analyzing the perspective from 32 points with a digital terrain model, some landscape indices of the skyline were derived and the relationships are discussed. Assessment of the semantic differential scale with 21 adjective variables and representativeness to 15 landscape photographs of the mountain were accomplished. 1. Through regression analysis of the skyline indices, significant relationships were found between them the angle from the visual axis and number of skyline jumps, the vertical angle fluctuation and number of jumps per degree, the visual depth fluctuation and vertical angle fluctuation of skyline, and between the vertical angle mean and number of jumps per degree. Meaningful relations were found between the number of jumps of skyline to number of jumps per degree and the angle from visual axis to visual distance. However, in the representative assessment no difference was found on the angle from visual axis of viewpoints. On the other hand, it seemed to relate representativeness with visual clarity based on visual distance. 2. We found 4 factors "familiarity", "fluctuation of skylines", "openness", and "feeling of texture" in the results of factor analysis of semantic differential assessment. When considering the results of assessment for representativeness, adjective words for familiarity and openness seemed to have a close assessment. Specifically, the research showed that the landscape representation was highly assessed in a view which could be seen from the higher parts to the lower part of hills. This result indicates that the management of viewpoints which could get a scene from intermediate to distant, and locating a high elevation is important. 3. In the picturesque expression of Mt. Mudeung, various impressions from the different points, a skyline based on the top of Mt. Mudeung and a mono structure by overlapping hills were common characteristics. These common characteristics were also partially found through the analysis of topographical landscape indices and landscape images. Therefore, the viewpoints for the representative landscape management should be selected in natural or open spaces.

        CAD 수단을 이용한 벡터형 공간자료의 위상 검출과 격자도면화를 위한 유틸리티 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develope a CAD-based tool for rasterization of polygonal vector map in AutoCAD. To identity the layer property of polygonal entity with user-defined coordinates as topology, algorithm in processing entity data of selection set that intersected with scan line was used, and the layers were extracted sequentially by sorted intersecting points in data-list. In addition to the functions for querying and modifying topology, two options for mapping were set up to construct plan projection type and to change meshes' properties in existing DTM data. In case of plan projection type, user-defined cell size of 3DFACE mesh is available for more detailed edge, and topological draping on landform can be executed in case of referring DTM data as an AutoCAD's drawing. The concept of algorithm was simple and clear, but some unexpectable errors were found in detecting intersected coordinates that were AutoCAD's error, not the utility's. Also, the routines to check these errors were included in algorithmic processing. Developed utility named MESHMAP was written in entity data control functions of AutoLISP language and dialog control language(DCL) for the purpose of user-oriented interactive usage. MESHMAP was proved to be more effective in data handling and time comparing with GRIDMAP module in LANDCADD which has similar function.

        도시 단독주택 정원의 공간적 특징과 유지.관리에서 보이는 거주자의 정원 인식에 관한 연구

        There is little research on the exterior spaces or gardens of single detached urban dwellings in Korea because apartments are the general housing type of most inhabitants. However there is an increasing demand for idyllic houses in the urban fringe and for environmentally friendly dwellings or healthy houses that is represented in urban residents gardening activities. The purpose of this research is to analyze residents' preferences and problems in gardening and management of single detached urban dwellings, and to evaluate the possibility of gardens as biotopes. It also addresses the issue of providing public amenities in the urban landscape. One hundred thirty-six dwellings were selected in residential areas of the city of Gwangju. The layout and plant composition, residents' evaluation and understanding of their own gardens, and maintenance and management were investigated. The results indicated that residents associate gardening with mental health and recognized a lack of space as one environmental restriction. Watering was seen as a primary difficulty for maintaining gardens. This research suggests that providing space for gardening could be a tool for participatory community making. When considering the important aspects of gardening, residents responded that gardens offer naturalness, scenic beauty, and practicality and also felt that gardens provide a buffer from environmental pollution and relief from mental duress. Results from the factor analysis using 15 semantic differential variables showed that 'spatial openness', 'natural variety' and 'familiarity' were representative factors. Although a garden is mainly considered as a space for the appreciation of nature with plant material, our results suggest that meaning and environmental symbolism are important elements.
