      • 경부운동이 VDT 증후군 환자의 관절가동범위에 미치는 효과

        This study is going to have been recognized a change of Cervical range of motion with the object 40 persons who sat for many hours before computer. According to the therapy term, sling used joint mobility exercise and Mckenzie was executed by 20 persons Shared. The study results about the effect that Cervical exercise had on joint Range of motion of a VDT syndrome patient were as follows. 1. There was a similar difference a sling used in Cervical Range of motion of joint mobility exercise cure after one-week, two-weet and three-week. 2. The change Cervical Range of motion of Mckenzie exercise has not been after one-week and two-week but a similar difference happens after three-week. 3. There has not been difference between joint mobility exercise and Mckenzie exercise in cure ferm sling used.

      • 초음파치료가 VDT증후군 환자의 경추 운동각 변화에 미치는 영향

        The present study attempted to investigate the angle of cervical vertebrae motions of thirty subjects who are seated in front of computers for a long time. The subjects were divided into Group A, B and C, which were for ultrasound treatment and relaxing exercise, for ultrasound treatment and massage, and relaxing exercise and massage respectively. This study made comparisons between groups of different ages and genders before treatment, between groups of different genders by segment before treatment, and between before and after treatment for each group. It also made multiple comparison based on the variance analysis among groups and comparison between Group A and B. From the results of this study, following conclusions were drawn. 1. When comparing the total means of different age groups, female subjects' angle of motions was wider than male subjects' in all age groups except the group at the age of 30-34. 2. When comparing the total means of different segments of cervical vertebrae, female subjects' angle of motions was wider than male subjects' in segment C3-4, C4-5 and C5-6. 3. Group A showed a significant difference from Group B and C in segment C4-5, and only Group C showed a significant difference in the other segments(p<0.05). 4. When comparing the total angle of cervical vertebrae motions between Group A and Group B, there was a slight but not significant difference in the angle(p<0.05).

        수공예활동이 자아존중감과 공감지수에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : In this research, I tried to examine the effect of handwork activities through group activities on self-esteem and sympathy index. Method : In this research, for men and women enrolled in K university, we explain sufficiently the purpose and method of research and randomly assign to 20 training group and 20 control group for those who agreed with experiment we divided handwork activities twice a week from november 18, 2016 to December 6, six times in total for 30 minutes. Results : Compared with self-esteem among groups, group training exercises showed higher interpersonal relationships than control group, and self-accepted items and self-efficacy items decreased. empathy comparison that group fits according to arbitration period compared with group control training group, group of training exercise high emotional sympathy items and social skills items appear high, cognitive sympathy items are low. Conclusion : From the results of this study, it turned out that the activities of handwork by group improved interpersonal relationships, emotional sympathy and social skills. In light of the results of these studies, it can be considered that better results can be obtained when applied to children and young people who are forming self-esteem and cognitive sympathy. In future research, further studies based on age, sex and further research corresponding to each situation, student's self esteem and a broader material for developing program necessary for cognitive sympathy can be obtained.

        손 기능 강화 훈련이 손의 기민성과 장악력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore an effect exerted to non-affected hand and affected hand of patients by performing training of chopsticks and grasp strength that are helpful to dexterity and grasp strength of hand together with training method of joint exercise, muscle strength build-up training, delicate hand function training. Method : By targeting 30 normal adult male/females engaged in K university, Busan for one month on April, 2015, 10 persons of hand function build-up training group, that of dexterity training group and 10 persons of control group were randomly selected. For hand function build-up training group, chopsticks training in parallel with total 20 times of grasp strength training for 4 weeks including 5 minutes of dominant hand grasp strength training, 5 minutes of non-dominant hand grasp strength training, 15 minutes of chopsticks training was performed based on 25 minutes/one time, 5 times a week. Result : First, In a comparison of dexterity of both hands by each group depending on training period, hand function build-up group and dexterity training group were represented to be effective compared with control group. Secondly, In a comparison of manipulatory ability of both hands by each group depending on training period, hand function build-up group and dexterity training group were represented to be effective compared with control group. Conclusion : It is considered that diversified and broad research covering patients with musculoskeletal disease and nervous system-related disease would be performed by securing far more test subjects after comparing a correlation between dexterity training and hand function training.

        손 기능 훈련이 손의 기민성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to provide the material about the treatment effect of hand function training and writing training being performed as a part of treatment to improve the function of the non-dominant hand of the patients whose dominant hand is damaged and thus need to improve their non-dominant hand``s function. Method : During one month of November, 2013, this study randomly chose five study subjects for hand function training, five for writing training, and ten of control group from 20 normal male and female adults going to K Univ. in Busan. All study subjects fully understood all of the training course, agreed to take the test in this study, and volunteered to participate in the test. Each training was performed five times for two weeks, 30 minutes each time. For measurement, Purdue pegboard was used to look into the change of hand dexterity. To investigate an improvement in hand function through hand function training and writing training, this study conducted early evaluation before training, interim evaluation, and final evaluation. Result : First, according to the comparison of dominant hand dexterity by group and by method during a training period, the groups of hand function training and of writing training improved dominant hand dexterity more than the control group. Secondly, according to the comparison of non-dominant hand dexterity by group during a training period, the groups of hand function training and of writing training improved dexterity more than the control group. According to the comparison of non-dominant hand dexterity by method during a training period, there was no big difference in dexterity between the groups of hand function training and of writing training and the control group. But, the group of hand function training showed a further improvement. Thirdly, according to the comparison of both-hand dexterity by group and by method during a training period, the groups of hand function training and of writing training improved both-hand dexterity more than the control group. Fourthly, according to the comparison of both-hand handling ability by group and by method during a training period, the groups of hand function training and of writing training improved both-hand handling ability more than the control group. Conclusion : Given the study result, it is considered that hand function training and writing training help brain damaged patients improve their hand function for their daily activity. And it will be meaningful to research brain damaged patients`` motor skills after their brain damage, and the patients who have low abilities of visual perception and cognition. In the future, it will be necessary to secure more study subjects and perform systematic training during a sufficient test period.

        학습동기가 시험 스트레스와 스트레스 대처 양식에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : In this study, we selected three research subjects to attempt to clear learning motivation of college students is what impact the stress coping style and stress test. First, age, gender, the future career after graduation, the presence or absence of part-time job is, its impact on learning motivation. Second, learning motivation is what effect the stress of the test. Third,based on the motivation of learning, how deal pursuing efforts form the social support, the center of the problem-solving approach, seeking to avoid the reaction to stress how different form. Methods : K University occupational therapy and one, two, three grade 100 students (male 22 people, female 78) to target age, sex, and after graduation, part-time status, motivation, stress, stress coping style questionnaire for distribution and was written. Results : First of all, women``s social support form graduation course, more robust than pursue blank after the synchronization uncertainty and stress, and graduated from the trading center and avoid the use of career, more form. Second, motivation and stress test, a difference between the notice could not see. Third, the higher the motivation of learning, problem-solving, Action form to the center to use as many as you, but avoid using too much in the center form is addressed. Conclusion : As a result of the study that came out of the course after graduating from ensure that learning motivation is high, the more the uncertainty, the more to cope with stress in the center of the form to avoid form address was used. Because of this, the student careers after graduation, to make sure that can help you to compare efforts over is believed to be necessary.

        작업치료과 학생의 장애인에 대한 태도와 행동에 관한 연구

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this research is to check the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities of occupational therapy students who are going to be the future subjects of medical rehabilitation service, based on this to provide occupational therapy students an alternative to have the right attitude toward the disabilities to find ways to reduce prejudice against them in society meeting in the future. METHODS: The survey was carried out to select randomly 6 cities and provinces nationwide with occupational therapy, to choose 20 students at each grade and have them to fill up the questionnaire themselves after reading the text, and as a result of the survey. RESULTS: The attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities according to the gender, there was more positive significant difference in women than men, the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities by each grade, the higher grade they were, the more positive significant difference they had. As the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to take classes related to them, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took classes related to disabilities person, and the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to participate in a clinical practice and voluntary service, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took part in that service. CONCLUSION: The positive attitudes and behavior toward disabilities were higher in women than men, higher grade students than the lower, the more time for voluntary service and the more contact with disabilities persons. As through the results of this, the comprehensive and continuous education about the disabilities for the students in all Departments related to medical rehabilitation service and the suggestion for continuous research on the fundamental problems should be made in the future.

        과제수행을 통한 비우세손 훈련이 손 기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : We described how the training of non-dominant hand that applicates the activity effects on dominant hand. Method : From November 6th to December 2nd 2013, We randomly selected 18 people that don’t have a damage of hand function and are in college of K in Busan. (cross stitch training group 9 people, control group 9 people) All participants agreed on the research after fully being aware of training procedures and spontaneously conducted. Each training was practiced for 40 minutes in once every second day. One researcher deals with three participants at silent environment. We used the study measurement, Purdue pegboard, to investigate the sharpness of hand. To investigate the advancement of hand function caused by cross stitch training, we practiced three times estimations of primary one before training, middle one after 2 weeks training, last one after four weeks training and obtained the following results. Result : First of all, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of dominant hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Second, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of non-dominant hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Third, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of both hand’s sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Fourth, We found that the group of hand training appeared to be advanced of the assembling function sharpness depending on the training period more than the control group. Conclusion : Put the results of this research together, we found that non-dominant hand training that used the activity was of help to advance the function of dominant hand. So, we thinks that hand training might help the recovery of affected hand function to the person that have a problem of hand function like hemiplegia patient. It will be required to practice the further study targeting the person that have a problem of hand function like hemiplegia patient. We hope that this research will be apply to clinical occupational therapy.

        음악청취가 학업스트레스와 우울증에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to conduct a music listening program and investigate its effects on depression and academic stress. Method : 30 male and female at K university located in Busan Metropolitan City were selected as subject of this study and a half of them was experimental group, other were control group. An academic stress tester formed by modifying and supplementing sentences and vocabularies of the questionnaire developed by Oh, Mi Hyang and Cheon, Seong Mun (1994) to help understanding of students was used with Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) by Beck(1967), both before and after conductance of music listening program. Result : First of all, In the Academic stress was no difference between each group and there was no difference in effect according to the comparison period. Second, Score of depression in Experimental group was decreased after application of music listening program than control group``s. Third, Score of depression in Experimental group was lower than control group``s, depending on period. Conclusion : Put the results of this research together, music listening program dosen``t affect the academic stress. But this program deceased the depression. In further study, it will be required to subdivided for academic stress and depression study from evaluation of the several times and apply a variety of diseases.
