      • 광학식 표면조도 측정기를 이용한 금속 표면 조도 측정

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the light three-dimensional surface roughness measuring machine for dental field. Method: Each of two, titanium, ceramic and resin rectangular plate (1x1x0.2 cm²), a total of six specimens were prepared. According to different surface treatment conditions, they were divided into two experimental groups, such as, 1) 50pm aluminum oxide sandblasting group and 2) high Polished group(#2000 silicone sandpaper). The surface roughness(Ra) of each specimens were measured by Form TalySurf series-2(Taylor-Hobson, USA), Accura,(Intek Engineering Co.,Korea), and SPM(Scanning Probe Microscope, Veeco Metrology Group, USA) and the results were compared. Results: Under the conditions of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: The surface roughness(Ra) of titanium, ceramic and resin specimens measured by different measuring device showed different results.

      • 화상처리에 의한 XLPE의 트리열화관측

        For the observation of treeing, a visual measurement with an optical microscope has been used to explain breakdown mechanism in high-voltage systems. The conventional directed visual method of tree aging observation is difficult to measure in short time processing, and it is impossible to analyze on tree degradation area, progressed direction, tree pattern, etc. By using an image processing technique, the tree features which appear immediately after the tree initiation as well as changes in the configuration of the tree can be easily measured and observed than using the conventional visual methods. In this paper, we have developed a tree observating system by using image processing for tree growth, degradation area and other treeing progress. As an experimental result, it can be concluded that the image processing method is a more effective alternative than directed visual observation method. As a matter of fact, it is possible to record the image of tree propagation immediately after its first appearance and explain the characteristics of tree growth froth the computer processing image.

        모델링을 통한 Ar 플라즈마 중의 미립자 운동에 관한 연구

        Recently, many researches for fine particles plasma have been focused on the fabrication of the new devices and materials in micro-electronic industry, although reduction or elimination of fine particles was interested in plasma processing until now on. In order to enhance their utilization, it is necessary to control and analyze fine particle behavior. Therefore, we developed simulation model of fine particles in RF Ar plasmas. This model consists of the calculation parts of plasma structure using a two-dimensional fluid model and of fine particle behavior. The motion of fine particles was derived from the charge amount on the fine particles and forces applied to them. In this paper, Ar plasma properties using two-dimensional fluid model without fine particles were calculated at power source voltage 15[V] and pressure 0.5[Torr]. Time-averaged spatial distributions of Ar plasma were shown. The process on the formation of Coulomb crystal of fine particles was investigated and it was explained by combination of ion drag and electrostatic forces. And also analysis on the forces of fine particles was presented. 미립자 플라즈마란 입경이 수[$\mu\textrm{m}$]이하의 거의 일정한 크기를 가진 미립자가 다수로 생성 및 유지되면서, 정 또는 부외 전하를 가지고 기체 플라즈마 중에 부유하는 상태를 말한다. 플라즈마 프로세스에서는 이러한 미립자가 집적회로에 중착되어 막의 열화, 회로 배선의 불량 및 단선 등의 약영향을 끼치는 것으로 인식되고 있으며, 이러한 부분에 대한 억제나 제어에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유체 모델을 이용한 시뮬레이션으로부터 방전 챔버내의 Ar 플라즈마의 현상을 이해하고, Ar 플리즈마 중에 미립자를 투입하여 그 움직임을 분석하여, 플라즈마 중의 미립자 운동의 핵석 결과로서는, 하부 전극 면위에 비교적 규칙성을 갖는 미립자가 배열하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 약 전리 플라즈마에서는 전지의 이동로가 크기 때문에 미립자의 대전량은 평균 전자 에너지에 크게 의존하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

      • 이중관 국소의치의 외관 제작기법에 관한 고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate clinical usability of the outer crown fabrication methods for double crown retained RPD. Method: Three inner crowns with cone angles of 2 degrees, made of Co-Cr alloys, were prepared. According to different fabrication methods for outer crown, such as lost-wax, cast-on, and electroformed technique, three different outer crowns were fabricated. Using the universal testing machine (Tinius Olsen 1000, Tinius Olsen, USA), inner and outer crowns were connected under 5kgf, invested into clear resin blocκ half sectioned along the long axis of specimens and examined under light microscope. Results: Under the conditions of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The fitness between inner and outer crown using lost-wax technique was the poorest. Multiple casting porosity were observed at inside of the outer crown. 2. The inner and outer crown using cast-on technique were fused together. It is very difficult to find gap between the crowns and to remove inner crown from outer crown. 3. The electroformed outer crown was fabricated directly on the inner crown by using electroforming machine and showed very precise, even space between inner and outer crown. Conclusion: Under the conditions of this study, the electroforming system was the best method for the fabrication of outer crown of double crown retained RPD.

      • 표면열화진단을 위한 적외선카메라의 응용

        The conventional tracking testing as IEC-60587 is widely used in surface aging measurement of outdoor insulator because those testing can carry out very short time in Lab-testing. Also IEC-60587 testing is able to offer the standard judgement of relative degradation level of outdoor HV machine/system. Therefore it is very useful method compare to previous conventional tracking testing method and effective Lab-testing method. But surface discharges(SD) have very complex characteristics of discharge pattern so it is required estimation research to development of precise analysis method. In recent, the study of IRR-camera is carrying out discover of temperature of power equipment through condition diagnosis and system development of degradation diagnosis. In this study, SD occurred from procelain insulator, used 22.9[KV] distribution, is measured with partial temperature distribution in real time, the degradation grade of SD is analyzed through produced patterns in SD concentration according to applied time.

      • 적외선방사카메라를 이용한 변압기 부싱 온도분포 모니터링

        An electrical accident such as mishap electricity institution occurs frequently because of the increase of demand for electricity, complexity of electricity institution. The techniques that discovered a mishap to electricity institution are electric signal method and supersonic waves method, thermal sensing method by infrared rays. The IRR-camera which is effective monitoring method of electricity institution is diffused in industrial field. Specially, infrared rays monitoring can perceive heat which was visually poor observed objection. Also, infrared rays monitoring can monitor an area of difficulty of access of work human power. In this study, infrared rays monitoring of a transformer substation is periodically performed. The connection between possibility of application and operation, blazing fire occurrence and progress process of body and bushing of large capacity transformer are performed by IRR-camera.
