고굴절률 불화폴리이미드를 이용한 광도파로 위상변조기 제작 및 특성 분석

Fluorinated polyimide has excellent light transmittance and a high optical refractive index, and is useful for producing optical-waveguide phase modulators with low optical loss and low electric power consumption. In this work, an optical-waveguide phase modulator is designed and fabricated based on a high-refractive-index fluorinated polyimide, and its characteristics are measured. An efficient protocol for characterizing the loss components of the optical waveguide is proposed, and the propagation loss of the fabricated polyimide optical waveguide is confirmed to be 0.9 dB/cm. The phase modulator requires 9.1 mW of power for phase change of π, and the response time is 290 μs, which is improved by tenfold compared to a previous demonstration of polymeric phase modulators. 불화폴리이미드는 우수한 광투과율과 광학적 굴절률이 높은 특징을 가지며 이를 이용하여 제작된 폴리머 광도파로 위상변조기는 광손실이 작고 저전력으로 안정적인 위상제어가 가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 고굴절률 불화폴리이미드를 이용하여 광도파로 위상변조기를 설계하고 제작하여 특성을 분석하였다. 광도파로를 제작하여 손실을 측정하기에 효율적인 새로운 방법을 제시하였고, 제작된 폴리이미드 광도파로의 전파손실은 0.9 dB/cm로 확인되었다. 위상변조기는 π 위상변화를 위해 9.1 mW의 전력을 필요로 하였으며, 기존 폴리머 위상변조기 대비 응답속도가 10배 정도 향상된 290 μs 정도의 응답시간을 가지는 것을 확인하였다.
전담간호사의 역할갈등과 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study is investigate the role conflict, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction degree of the physician assistant nurses, and to grasp the factors affecting job satisfaction. Methods: Data were collected from September to October, 2018 and 156 physician assistant nurses working at one certified tertiary hospital, four general hospitals, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The degree of job satisfaction of the subject was 2.76 out of 5. The influential factors in the job satisfaction of the subjects were professional self-concept (β=.51, p<.001), and role conflict (β=-.29, p<.001), affected job satisfaction by 53.5%. Conclusion: In order to improve the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses, the role conflict should be solved and a plan to form a positive self-concept should be sought. Therefore, through the identification of the roles that are appropriate to the situation in Korea and the legal and institutional positioning, they will need to be recognized and developed.
아버지 되어가기에 관한 현상학적 연구: 영유아 자녀를 양육하는 남성을 대상으로

Objective: In this study, the author aimed to explore the meaning of fathers’ parenting experience by interviewing and analyzing their experience qualitatively. Methods: Ten fathers who had infants or young children participated in this study. The data were collected from individual in-depth interviews of the fathers and were analyzed in accordance with the Colaizzi s phenomenology analysis procedure. Results: As a result of analysis, the parenting experience of the fathers could be summarized into 42 themes and the themes were categorized into 7 clusters. The clusters could be categorized again into two categories; ‘the rebirth of the daddy and ‘the reality of the daddy . And each of the 4 and 3 clusters were included into each category. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study revealed the real features of fathers who had infants or young children, and are expected to be used as supporting materials or intervention for fathers who are trying to become good fathers.
지역아동센터의 서비스 만족도가 이용아동의 학교적응 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터에서 제공되는 서비스가 이용아동의 학교적응 변화에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 4학년 지역아동센터 아동패널조사의 1차년도~4차년도 638명의 자료를 사용하였으며, 이차 잠재성장모형(Second-order Latent Growth Model)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초등학교 4학년부터 중학교 1학년 시기까지의 학교적응 수준은 시간이 지날수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역아동센터에서 제공하는 학습지원, 상담, 친구관계 서비스 만족도가 높을수록 아동의 학교적응 초기값이 높았다. 반면, 문화 프로그램은 아동의 학교적응과 관련이 없었다. 셋째, 아동의 학교적응의 변화에는 상담, 친구관계 서비스가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 지역아동센터 이용아동의 학교적응을 증진시킬 수 있는 센터 서비스 실시 방안에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다. This study examined low-income children’s school adjustment trajectory and the influence of community child-centers’ services on children’s adjustment in school overtime. Using the community child-center panel based on the 1st – 4th wave data including 638 children, second-order latent growth model was performed. Results showed that the levels of children adjustment in school had decreased through elementary school 4th grade to middle school 1st grade. Moreover, satisfaction with program service in academic support, counseling, and peer-relationship increased the level of school adjustment in the 4th grade. However, culture program was not significant in explaining children’s school adjustment. Furhermore, satisfaction with program service in counseling and peer-relationship were associate with the rate of change. Finally, interpretations and implications of these findings were discussed.
