Externally pressurized air journal bearing has been widely used in high-speed spindle system and precision machinery because of its characteristics such as substantially low frictional loss, low heat generation and averaging effect leading better running accuracy. But air journal bearing have a disadvantage of the low load capacity due to the low viscosity. In this paper. The air journal bearing design to overcome the defects of air bearing such as low stiffness and dimping coefficients was investigated theoretically.

The study aims to explore how the housing improvement policy is implemented and evaluated the effectiveness of improvement through examining housing improvement support program from urban regeneration new deal project. Focused on the case of Gamcho Village in Jegi-dong, the housing improvement support program revealed the problems and the improvement plans were considered. The householders felt the financial support and consulting on housing improvement helpful for the progress of remodeling work. The housing improvement support program contributes to solve the problems of old houses such as water leak or lack of insulation. Prerequisites to activate and systematize housing improvement support program are as follows; Restoration of illegal construction, standardized estimate, authorization of reliable local construction company and inspection by specialized supervisor.
$(Mg_{0.93}Ca_{0.07})TiO_3$ 세라믹스의 소결 및 마이크로파 유전특성에 미치는 $B_2O_3$의 영향

The effects of B2O3 addition on the sintering behavior and th microwave dielectric properties of $(Mg_{0.93}Ca_{0.07})TiO_3$ ceramics were investigated. By addition of $B_2O_3$, increases the density of the ceramics increases and grain growth enhances, It was densified to over 94% of $(Mg_{0.93}Ca_{0.07})TiO_3$ theoretical density by the addition of 0.15-1.0wt% B2O3 and stable microwave dielectric properties observed by the addition of 0.2-0.4wt% $B_2O_3.\;(Mg_{0.93}Ca_{0.07})TiO_3$ ceramics sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$ exhibits maximum dielectric constants of 24-25 quality factor($Q{\times}f$) of more than 70000 and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of $0\;ppm/^{\circ}C$ by adding of 0.15-0.4wt% $B_2O_3$.
