이 연구는 인터넷 통신언어가 초등학교 학생들의 언어생활에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 그 사용 실태를 현장조사와 탐구로 연구하였다. 초등학교 학생들의 올바른 인터넷 언어 사용에 대한 체계적인 교육을 강조해야 한다는 목적을 갖고 초등학교 고학년의 통신언어 사용 실태에 따른 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 초등학교 고학년의 통신언어 사용 습관의 실태 많은 학생들이 인터넷 상에서 잘못된 문법과 잘못된 표기로 통신언어를 사용하고 있으며, 그 통신 언어가 일반적인 국어 사용에 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 표기상, 그 특징으로는 다음과 같이 나타났다 음성언어로 쓰기(소리나는 대로 적기), 어휘의 남용, 음운이나 음절의 축약, 비속어, 은어, 외국어, 의성어. 의태어, 그리고 이모티콘의 사용 등이다. (2)교육적 요구와 방안 실태분석을 통한 교육적 방안은 통신언어의 긍정적인 영향은 경제적이고 효율적으로 전달 할 수 있다는 사실이다. 시각적인 즐거움과 기억효과도 줄 수 있으며, 감정 표현의 용이한 특성으로 창의적이고 개성적인 표현을 유도 할 수도 있고, 친밀감을 줄 수 있다는 교육환경이 발견되었다. 그리고 부정적인 영향으로는, 한글 맞춤법의 혼란 및 문법 파괴와 일상적인 국어 생활에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 비속어나 은어의 남발로 대화의 단절과 언어의 폭력 및 도덕성 문제로 유도되는 현상이 나타나므로, 통신 언어의 긍정적인 효과를 높이고, 일상적인 생활에서 올바른 국어 생활을 위하여서는 통신언어 교육 활동의 개발과 대안 제시가 요구될 뿐만 아니라, 바른 국어 사용에 대한 강화교육의 필요성이 요구된다. 그리고 국어시간에 다양한 통신 언어지도에 대한 수업 방법이 개발되어야겠으며, 학교에서의 체계적인 통신 언어 교육의 필요성으로 그 지도 방법에 대한 연구가 과제로 남겨졌다. This study seeks to find out through research and detailed analysis of field surveys what effects the Internet communication is having on the usage of common Korean language of Elementary school students , and how we ought to plan for their linguistic education to deal with those effects. The summary content of this study is as follows : (1) The actual condition of Korean usage habits of the Elementary school students : 1) Many students are using incorrect grammar on the Internet and the "chatting language" on Internet is having an influence in the usage of common Korean dialect. 2) Some characteristics of its influence is being expressed as follows: writing with phonetic spellings, intentional misuse of vocabularies, abbreviation of phonemes or syllables, profanities, Internet jargons, foreign words and the usage of "emotions I' (picture esque icons depicting emotions). (2) Possible responses to the analysis of the research : The positive characteristics of Internet communication are that it is economic and effective way to deliver ; it is visually stimulating and can aid memory ; it is easy to express different emotions ; and it is easy to become intimate with others using creatively unique expressions. These can be positively and effectively applied to education. The negative aspects are that it brings confusion to the usage of Korean orthographic rules and grammar ; it negatively effect s the usage of common Korean language ; excessive use of slangs and jargons lead to a disconnect in conversations , verbal abuse and moral corruption. Therefore, the emphasis on guidance on such matters is strongly needed. In order to encourage the positive aspects of the Internet communication and discourage its negative aspects, some developments of educational activities of the Internet communication language practical education are required. In order to prevent the confusion of usage of Korean orthographic rules and grammar due to the negative aspects of Internet communication, the necessity to re-enforce education for correct usage of Korean language is required.

북한은 1980년대 말 사회주의권 국가들의 붕괴로 경제난을 극복하기 위해 1991년 처음으로 라진과 선봉에 ‘자유경제무역지대’를 지정하였다. 북한에서 외국인 투자와 유치를 위해 새로운 법률을 지정하고 자치권을 행사할 수 있도록 했다는 점에서 큰 의의를 가진다. 북한은 2002년 9월 신의주 특별행정구를 지정하였고 그에 대한 권한을 외국 기업인에게 맡겨 자본주의적인 방식으로 운영하려 했으며, 입법권·행정권·사법권에 대해서도 독립적으로 부여 받아 ‘국가속의 국가’라는 평가를 받았다. 그 이후 북한은 라진-선봉지역에 대한 외국인 투자 유치를 계속 시도했으며 신의주 특별행정구에 대한 개발을 중국과 함께 진행하려 했지만, 북한의 해외 투자 유치는 기대했던 수준과 달리 저조했다. 북한은 김정은 시대에 들어와서 2013년 13개 경제개발구 신설과 2014년 6개 경제개발구를 추가 지정하였다. 특정 지역이 아닌 북한의 전 지역에 특구를 설치함에 따라 경제특구로 인한 지방의 독립성과 자율성이 보다 확대되었다. 각 지방마다 경제개발구가 들어서게 되면서 그 지역의 특성과 환경에 맞는 산업을 선정하였다. 북한의 경제특구를 통해 중앙의 통치력이 지방으로 분산 되었다. 하지만 아직까지 경제특구로 인한 중앙과 지방간의 자율적인 위상은 중앙주도형 불균형발전 과정에 있다. 북한 경제특구의 문제점인 해외 투자 부문을 해결하기 위해서는 국제사회에 대한 신뢰성을 회복해야 한다. 그리고 경제특구 운영에 대한 지방의 자율성을 더욱 높이고 해외 투자자들의 운영권과 보호 그리고 투자 법규를 보장해야 한다. 북한의 경제특구에 대한 명암이 존재한다. 그러나 특구 확대 정책을 통해 북한의 중앙과 지방간의 행정업무가 분권화되고 자율성이 확대되었다는 것에 긍정적인 요소가 존재한다. 북한의 중앙과 지방정부간의 분권화가 지방주도형 균형발전으로 나아가기 위해서 중앙의 통제는 더욱 완화되어야 하고 자율성을 확대해 나가야 하다. 북한은 체제유지를 위해서 중앙의 정치적인 통제 하에 각 지방의 경제적 자율성을 확대해 나갈 것으로 보여 진다. 북한의 경제적인 구조상 지방행정체제 모든 부문을 관여하는데 어려움이 존재하며 지방 자체적으로 자력갱생을 요구하기 때문이다. 이에 북한의 경제특구 정책은 계속해서 확대 발전하며 특구로 지정되지 않은 지역에도 분권화의 영향력이 전달되어 질 것으로 보여 진다. 북한 경제특구의 확대와 활성화는 대한민국의 통일에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 한국의 경제특구에 대한 투자는 스필오버 효과(Spillover effect)처럼 특정 지역에 대한 투자와 혜택이 다른 지역에도 선 영향을 미쳐 통일 비용을 감소시킬 것이다. 2015년은 남한과 북한이 분단 된지 70주년이 되는 해이다. 남북 간의 이질성이 점차 확대되는 가운데, 북한의 경제특구에 대한 남한 정부의 관심과 지원은 양국 간의 관계 회복과 통일로 나아가는 미래를 밝혀줄 것이다.

New peptides from the Korean sponge Suberites sp.
Two new peptides were isolated from the sponge Suberites sp. collected off the coast of Chuja island, Korea, during the course of our search for bioactive metabolites from the sponges of Korean waters. The organic extracts displayed moderate brine shrimp lethality (LC 388 ppm). Spectroscopic analyses revealed compound 1 with 12 amino acids: four prolines, two cysteines, two isoleucines, a leucine, a phenyl alanine, a glycine, and a tyrosine. The connectivities of amino acids were established by using gHMBC and ROESY analyses. From the results of advanced Marfey's analysis, all amino acid units were defined to be the L-amino acids including L-isoleucines. The disulfide linkage between the cysteine units was defined by HRMS and NMR analyses. Another derivative compound 2 was similar with compound 1 and was defined to be different at N-terminal glycine part. Based upon the results of combined spectroscopic analyses, the structure of two compounds were determined to be proline-riched cyclic thiopeptides. Known peptides from the sponges were reported as having various bioactivities especially peptides with disulfide linkage. The bioactivity of these two compounds are currently under investigation.
