본 논문에서는 RF 소자들의 테스트시 비용 절감을 극대화 할 수 있는 저가형 고속 RF 자동화 테스트 시스템 (Automatic Test Equipment, ATE)의 제작에 관하여 다루어진다. 제작된 RF ATE는 고속의 스위칭 시간과 고정밀 디지타이저를 포함한 16개의 독립적인 RF 입출력 단자를 갖고 있으며 산업 표준인 VXI(Versus module eXtensions for Instrument)와 GPIB(General Purpose Interface Bus) 인터페이스를 사용하여 구성된다. 또한 소자의 생산효율을 극대화하기 위하여 동시에 4개의 소자를 테스트할 수 있도록 시스템이 구성된다. 마지막으로 현재 가격 경쟁이 상당히 심한 소자 중 하나인 RF 전력증폭모듈을, 제작된 RF ATE를 이용하여 테스트를 진행하여 시스템 성능을 검증한다.

견갑골 안정화 Kinetic chain 운동이 대학 야구선수의 견갑골운동장애와 기능적 내회전 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 8주간의 견갑골 안정화 Kinetic-chain 운동이 견갑골 운동장애를 진단받은 대학 야구선수들의 SICK scapular rating scale과 기능적 내회전 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 집단 간 차이를 규명하기 위해 반복측정을 통한 일원변량 분석을 실시하였으며, 집단 간 사전값의 차이가 있을 경우 공변량 분석을 실시하였다. 이때 모든 통계의 유의수준은 p < .05로 설정하였다. SICK scapular rating scale 검사결과 객관적 통증, 주관적 통증, 외전된 비정상적 위치 그리고 전체점수에서 시기 간 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 견갑골 하각의 비정상적 위치, 외측전위된 비정상적 위치는 시기 간, 집단 간, 시기×집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 기능적 내회전 관절가동범위 검사인 TUB의 결과 Normal 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 시기 간 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 중재 후 진행된 사후 측정결과 집단 간 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 미루어볼 때 견갑골 안정화 Kinetic-chain운동은 오버헤드 동작을 하는 야구선수의 견갑골 운동장애 개선과 기능적 내회전 관절가동범위의 회복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effect of scapular stabilize kinetic-chain exercise during 8 weeks on SICK scapular rating scale, inversion ROM in collegiate baseball players diagnosed with scapular dyskinesis through a clinical examination. Differences between groups after exercise intervention were analyzed using One-way ANOVA with repeated measures. ANCOVA analysis was used in case if significances were observed between groups in pre-data. All statistical significance was set as p < .05. The results are as follows. First, SICK scapular rating scale showed significant difference between time in objective subjective pain, malposition abduction and in Total score index. There was a significant difference between time, group and time×group in malposition infera and in malposition lateral protraction. Second, TUB, Normal group increased significantly compared to other groups between time. And significant difference between group in post. Based on our results, it might be that scapular stabilize kinetic-chain exercise has a positive effect on improvement of Scapular dyskinesis, functional internal rotation ROM in baseball players with scapular dyskinesis.

8주간의 Pre-season 체력트레이닝이 프로축구선수(K-3)의 포지션별 신체조성, 기초체력, 근력, 유·무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 8주간 Pre-season 체력 트레이닝 참여에 따른 프로축구리그(K-3) 소속 선수의 포지션별 신체조성, 기초체력, 근력, 유·무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 총 21명을 대상으 로 공격수(N=5), 미드필더(N=7), 수비수(N=9)로 구분하였으며, 집단 간 사전값의 차이가 없어 반복측정에 의한 변량 분석(repeated measure ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 사후검증은 t-test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 체중과 체지방은 미드필 더 집단에서 유의하게 감소했으며(p=.034, p=.029), 윗몸일으키기와 팔굽혀펴기는 공격수 집단에서 유의하게 향상되 었다(p=.046, p=.035). 또한 유산소성 운동능력의 총 운동시간에서 공격수 집단의 향상을 확인할 수 있었다(p=.025). 등속성 근력의 신전근력과 좌측 굴근신근의 비율, 무산소성 운동능력의 최대파워에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타 났으나, 감소하는 경향을 나타내 트레이닝 효과를 부정하는 결과도 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 추후 진행 될 체력프로그램 에는 축구 포지션별 체력 특성에 부합된 근력과 파워, 무산소성 운동능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 근 기능 향상 훈련이 추가되 어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Aimed of this study was effects of 8weeks Pre-season physical training on body composition, physical fitness, muscle strength, Aerobic and anaerobic capacity of professional league(K-3) soccer players by each position. The subjects of this study were classified as FW(N=5), MF(N=7), and DW(N=9) for a total of 21 people, and repeated measure ANOVA was performed because there was no difference in pre-value between groups, And post-hoc was t-test conducted. Studies have shown a significant decrease in weight and body fat in the MF(p=.034, p=.029), sit-ups and push-ups have improved significantly in the FW(p=.046), p=.035). It was also possible to confirm the improvement of the FW in the total exercise time of aerobic capacity (p=.025). Statistically significant differences were also seen in the right extension muscle strength, left ex/flex ratio and the peak power of the anaerobic capacity, but results in negating the training effect showed a decreasing tendency. Therefore, it is believed that muscle function improvement training that can improve muscle strength, power and anaerobic capacity in accordance with the physical characteristics of each soccer position should be added to the upcoming physical training program.

A Study on Extraction of International Freight Forwarders’ Service Quality Factors: the Case of South Korea

The international freight forwarders in South Korea currently have fierce competition. However, there are still a very small number of studies Korea locally and globally on the service quality of international freight forwarding industry. This study aims to extract international freight forwarders’ service quality factors reflecting the characteristics of freight forwarding industry. Measures of service quality have been selected after literature review and interviews, and then surveys have been conducted on exporters and importers in Korea. The collected data has been analyzed using the exploratory factor analysis. As a result, two service quality factors of international freight forwarders have been extracted: operation characteristics factor defined as accuracy, speediness·timeliness and stability, and customer orientation factor defined as professionalism and empathy. An important contribution of this study is that it presents the service quality factors reflecting the characteristics of freight forwarding industry unlike precedent studies. A future research topic is to find out which of the two service quality factors influences more on customer loyalty.

대학생의 보디빌딩 참여하는(웨이트 트레이닝 참여) 동기가 심리적 반발을 통한 행동 의도에 미치는 영향

웨이트 트레이닝 즉, 보디 빌딩에 관심이 증가하였으나 대학생들을 대상으로 참여 동기, 행동 의도에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 보디 빌딩 참여 동기를 살펴보고 그 와중에 발생하는 심리적 반응을 매개하여 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 2023년 5월 30일부터 6월 10일까지 온라인 설문을 통해 이용자 250명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시하였고, 총 232부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학생의 웨이트 트레이닝을 참여하는 동기 중 건강지향형, 자기개발형은 자발적 수용에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웨이트 트레이닝 참여 동기 중 가정지향형은 기회주의적 수용에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자발적 수용은 학습성과에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기회주의적 수용은 학습성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 대학생들의 신체적 건강을 증진하는 데 요인적 및 정책적 이해에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 본다.

Cholesterol Depletion in Cell Membranes of Human Airway Epithelial Cells Suppresses MUC5AC Gene Expression

Purpose: If cholesterol in the cell membrane is depleted by treating cells with methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MβCD), the activities of transmembrane receptors are altered in a cell-specific and/or receptor-specific manner. The proinflammatory cytokines,IL-1β is potent inducers of MUC5AC mRNA and protein synthesis in human airway epithelial cells. Cells activated by IL-1β showed increased phosphorylation of extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK) and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). Thus, we investigated the effects of cholesterol depletion on the expression of MUC5AC in human airway epithelial cells and whether these alterations to MUC5AC expression were related to MAPK activity. Materials and Methods: After NCI-H292 cells were pretreated with 1% MβCD before adding IL-1β for 24 hours, MUC5AC mRNA expression was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and real time-PCR. Cholesterol depletion by MβCD was measured by modified microenzymatic fluorescence assay and filipin staining. The phosphorylation of IL-1 receptor, ERK and p38 MAPK, was analyzed by western blot. Results: Cholesterol in the cell membrane was significantly depleted by treatment with MβCD on cells. IL-1β-induced MUC5AC mRNA expression was decreased by MβCD and this decrease occurred IL-1-receptor-specifically. Moreover, we have shown that MβCD suppressed the activation of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK in cells activated with IL-1β. This result suggests that MβCD-mediated suppression of IL-1β-induced MUC5AC mRNA operated via the ERK- and p38 MAPK-dependent pathway. Conclusion: Cholesterol depletion in NCI-H292 cell membrane may be considered an anti-hypersecretory method since it effectively inhibits mucus secretion of respiratory epithelial cells.

Finitely Backed Conductor를 이용한 코플래너 웨이브가이드 대역통과 필터

본 논문에서는 Finitely Backed Conductor(FBC) CPW(Coplanar Waveguides) 구조를 이용한 대역 통과 필터를 제안한다. 특히, 마이크로 스트립 전송 선로와 비교하여 CPW구조의 단점인 적은 결합량 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 구조적 변화를 통한 특성 향상을 소개한다. 본 논문에서는 FBC 구조를 이용하여 협대역 대역 통과 필터를 제안하였으며, 측정 결과를 통해 삽입 손실의 향상 효과를 확인할 수 있다. Finitely backed conductor(FBC)를 이용한 CPW 대역 통과 필터를 설계하기 위해 FEM 방식을 이용한 HP사의 HFSS 소프트웨어를 사용하였다. This paper presents the design and implementation of the CPW end-coupled band-pass filter with the finitely backed conductor (FBC). To reduce the large insertion loss in CPW structure, the improvement in loss characteristic through the change of CPW structure is introduced. 스포츠 재활 교육이 심리적 반발을 통해 진로 및 취업 의지에 미치는 영향

한국의 교육 생태계로 인해 성적에 따라 스포츠 재활 전공에 진학한 학생들이 학과에 적응하고, 진로를 찾고, 취업 의지를 갖도록 동기 부여 등 새로운 균형을 모색해야 하는 중대한 시점이나 관련 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 재활 교육이 심리적 반발을 통해 진로 및 취업 의지에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구 방법으로 스포츠 재활을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 2023년 12월 11일부터 12월 28일까지 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 212부의 설문지가 회수되어 분석에 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 스포츠 재활 교육자의 지식이 자발적 심리에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 재활 교육자의 역량이 자발적 심리에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 재활 교육자의 역량이 비자발적 심리에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자발적 심리가 진로 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯 번째, 자발적 심리가 취업 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 반대로 비자발적 심리가 취업 의지에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 심리적 반발을 통해 진로 및 취업 의지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 전공 교육 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Due to the educational ecosystem in South Korea, there is a significant need to explore a new balance for students who pursue sports rehabilitation education based on their academic performance, in order to help them adapt to their majors, find career paths, and foster motivation for employment. There is a lack of related research in this crucial phase. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of sports rehabilitation education on career aspirations and employment motivation through psychological reactions. The research methodology involved conducting an online survey from December 11th to December 28th, 2023, targeting university students undergoing sports rehabilitation education, with a final collection of 212 survey responses used for analysis. The research findings indicate: firstly, that the knowledge of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive influence on voluntary psychology. Secondly, the competence of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive impact on voluntary psychology. Thirdly, the attitude of sports rehabilitation educators negatively affects involuntary psychology. Fourthly, voluntary psychology positively influences career aspirations. Finally, voluntary psychology positively influences employment motivation, while conversely, involuntary psychology negatively affects employment motivation. These research results are expected to contribute to the development of sports rehabilitation education that influences career paths and employment motivation through psychological reactions.
