효율적인 후처리 어닐링 방법으로 전기 영동법으로 제작한 형광제의 레이저 처리를 하였다. 소스로서는 연속발진 Nd:YAG레이저를 사용하였다. 실험적인 결과로서 형광제에 레이져 처리 후에는 형광제 효율에서 10% 증가를 가져 왔으며 매우 많은 시간에 효과적인 처리를 할 수 있었다. 이러한 효율의 증대는 형광제 표면에 존재하는 울눈물등의 표면처리에 기인하는 것으로 예상된다. Laser treatment of electrophoretically deposited phosphors has been carrid out as one of efficient post-annealing methods. A ND:YAG continuous wave(λ=1,064nm) laser was mainly used as an irradiation source. The experimental results presented useful laser-annealing time and enhanced improvement of about 10% in the luminance efficiency after the laser irradiation on the phosphor. The improvement in the luminescence was thought due to the surface cleaning effect on the phosphor
전기영동법으로 증착된 저전압 형광막의 특성 및 표면처리 연구

전기적으로 대전된 입자가 suspension상에서 전기장에 의해 이동하여 ITO glass위에 증착되는 방법인 전기영동법으로 저전압 형광막을 증착하였다. 형광막의 제작은 charger의 농도를 10-3, 10-4M로 변화시키고 인가전압 및 증착시간을 조절하면서 진행하였으며 이러한 방법으로 증착한 시료의 효율 향상을 위해 Nd:YAG laser를 형광막의 표면에 조사하여 그에 따른 변화를 관찰하였다. 시료의 분석은 spectrophotometer를 사용하여 PL intensity 및 색순도를 측정하였고 형광막의 표면상태 및 두께를 측정하기 위해 SEM을 이용하였으며 CIE color coordinate를 측정하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 laser 표면처리는 저전압 형광막의 효율의 향상을 가져다 주는 것을 확인하였다. Electrophoretic deposition of low voltage phosphor to indium-tin oxide-coated glass was employed for the application of field emission display. The phosphor deposited by various parameters, such as deposition time and applied voltages was examined in detail, together with various charge concentrations. In addition, a Nd:YAG laser annealing on the deposited phosphor was performed to improve luminance properties of the phosphor. The analysis was done with a spectrometer system, a PL measurement and SEM. The enhanced properties of the phoshpher were clearly demonstrated under the laser treatment on the phosphor surface.
도시형자기부상열차실용화사업 시범노선 열차제어시스템 구축

In this paper presents a Construction of Train control System for Demonstration line of Urban Maglev Program. In the construction of demonstration line for Urban Maglev Program, Korea Rail Network Authority is participating under its Research & Development, and as for the demonstration line's train control system is under progress for manufacture-design currently through the contract with the consortium of Daewoo Engineering and SK C&C on May 11, 2009. Particularly, this train control system purchasing project is the one aiming for the nation's first localization by domestic technology group led by domestic companies other than the one in which manufacturing and delivery of goods are done led by foreign companies. It is expected that this project could play a great role in launching into the projects at home and abroad, expecially overseas expansion by completely localizing the train control system through this demonstration line for Urban Maglev Program.

Related to the on-going “Train Control System Project of Pilot Line Construction for Urban MAGLEV Train”, activities by each phase shall be conducted to achieve SIL4 level and obtain safety certification from the Independent Safety Assessment(ISA), based on the IEC standards((IEC 62278/62279 and IEC 62425) for the first time in Korea. This thesis describes the introduction of IEC standards, system assurance activities (such as plan, analysis, test, verification and validation) in compliance with requirements management and project life-cycle and relations with the safety assessment activities and certification activities (such as document reviews and audits) through system RAMS activities, software quality assurance activities and safety assessment, for the purpose of achieving a successful safety certification at the time of completing the project as system assurance activities including software and safety certification activities in order to acquire the safety certification for train control system which does not exist at all in domestic cases. It is believed that overall system safety assurance activities in this project will contribute to develop more upgraded products of the domestic train control system on the quality and safety point of view, find overseas markets and establish a bridgehead in the future.
