        중년 여성의 혈당수준에 따른 영양상태 및 식이염증지수의 융합적 관련성 평가: 2013-2018 국민건강영양조사 자료 이용

        본 연구는 국민건강영양조사 원시자료를 활용하여 혈당수준에 따른 영양상태와 식이염증지수와의 관련성을 확인하기 위해 중년여성 4,572명을 대상으로 이루어진 연구이다. 데이터는 SPSS Win 25.0 프로그램의 복합표본분석 기능의 교차분석, 일반선형모형, 로지스틱 회귀모형 등으로 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 혈당이 높은군(정상혈당군→당뇨군)의 대상자일수록 비만율과 혈중 TG/HDL-콜레스테롤 비율이 높게 나타난 반면 평균영양소 적정섭취비(10 종)와 두류, 종실류, 버섯류, 과일류 등의 항염증식이의 섭취량은 낮았다. 또한 식이염증지수에 대한 혈당과의 관련성 결과는, 당뇨경계 및 당뇨병의 위험도가 항염증식이 Q1에 비해 친염증식이 Q5에서 유의하게 높았다. 따라서 중년여성의 혈당 개선을 위해서는 다양한 식품의 섭취를 강조하는 교육이 효과적으로 이루어져야 함을 제안한다. This study targeted 4,572 middle-aged women to examine the relationship between nutritional status and dietary inflammatory index according to blood glucose level using data from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). Data were analyzed using complex survey chi-square, General Linear Model and logisitc regression in SPSS Win 25.0 program. Women with high blood glucose (normal blood sugar→diabetes) had high rates of obesity and blood TG/HDL-cholesterol ratio. On the other hand, the Mean Adequacy Ratio (10 nutrients) and the intake of anti-inflammatory foods: beans, seeds, mushrooms, and fruits, were lower in the diabetic category. When we analysed the association between blood glucose and the Dietary Inflammatory Index, the risk of pre-diabetes and diabetes was significantly higher in the most pro-inflammatory diet category (Q5) compared to the most anti-inflammatory diet category (Q1). These findings suggest that nutritional education emphasizing the intake of various foods should be effectively conducted effectively in order to improve blood glucose among middle-aged women.

        해안도시 여고생의 학교 급식 육찬의 희망횟수 및 어찬 기호도에 관한 융합연구

        This study is a convergence study of 596 high school girls in order to confirm the relationship between the desired number of meat side dishes and preference of fish side dishes in school meals. Data were analyzed by χ2-test, ANOVA-test, and Duncan’s test using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. The scores of the subjects for promoting palatability were highest in the items ‘Easy to eat’ and ‘Without fishy’. The scores of 'Nutrition Education', 'Combined with Preferred Food', 'Without Fishy' and 'Add Preferred Flavor' tended to increase significantly as the desired frequency of meat side dishes increased from ‘less than three times a month’ to ‘more than five times a week’. The findings of the study confirmed the relationship between the desired frequency of meat side dishes and preference of fish side dishes. Therefore, this study is expected to provide high school girls with a way to increase fish preference. 본 연구는 학교급식에서의 육찬 희망횟수와 어찬 선호도와의 연관성을 확인하기 위해 여고생 596명을 대상으로 조사한 융합연구이다. 데이터는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 χ2-test와 ANOVA-test 및 Duncan’s test를 시행하였다. 연구결과, 대상자들의 어찬에 대한 기호도 증진 방법에 대한 점수는 ‘먹기 편하게 조리’와 ‘비린내 제거’ 항목의 점수에서 가장 높았다. ‘영양교육’, ‘선호 식품과 배합’, ‘비린내 제거’ 및 ‘선호하는 맛 첨가’ 항목의 점수는 육찬 희망횟수 ‘월 3회 이하‘에서 ‘주 5회 이상‘으로 증가할수록 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이에 육찬의 희망횟수와 어찬 기호도와의 관련성을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 여고생들에게 생선 기호도 증대를 위한 방향 제시에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다.

        중국 중년여성의 곡류 섭취수준과 식품 및 영양소 관련성에 대한 융합연구

        This is a convergence study to investigate the relationship between cereal intake level and food and nutrient intake in 218 Chinese middle aged women aged 40 to 65 years. Data were analyzed by χ2 test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and Jonckheere-Terpstra trend test using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. The higher the level of cereal intake in the subjects, the lower were the rate of breakfast fasting (p for trend=0.000), overeating (p for trend=0.019), and eating out (p for trend=0.003). The intake of root and tuber crops(p for trend=0.008), meat(p for trend=0.043), pulses(p for trend=0.020), and light colored vegetables(p for trend=0.015) per 1,000 kcal of energy increased when the level of cereal intake was 6 to 9 units. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss and study for continuous education and improvement through the feedback so that the middle-aged women can take the cereal appropriately. 본 연구는 곡류 섭취수준과 식품과 영양소 섭취량간의 연관성을 확인하기 위해 40~65세 중국 중년여성 218명을 대상으로 조사한 융합연구이다. 데이터는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 χ2 test, ANOVA, 상관분석과 Jonckheere-Terpstra 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 곡류군 섭취수준이 높을수록 아침결식(p for trend=0.000), 과식(p for trend=0.019) 및 외식(p for trend=0.003) 비율이 감소하였다. 대상자의 곡류군 섭취수준이 6~9단위인 경우, 에너지 1,000 kcal당 서류(p for trend=0.008), 육류(p for trend=0.043), 콩류(p for trend=0.020), 담색채소류(p for trend=0.015) 섭취량이 증가하였다. 따라서 중년여성들의 곡류군 섭취가 적절하게 이루어질 수 있도록 피드백을 통한 지속적인 교육과 개선방안을 위한 논의와 연구가 필요하다.

        마와 천마 분말이 흰쥐의 혈청, 간장 및 뇌 조직의 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향

        This study evaluated the effects of Dioscorea batatas and Gastrodia rhizoma on fatty acid composition of serum, liver and brain in rats which were fed control diet adding 5%, 10%, 15% Dioscorea batatas powder and 5%, 10%, 15% Gastrodia rhizoma powder for 3 weeks, respectively. In the other total fatty acid composition of serum lipids, the percentage of SFA was higher in the control group than in the other groups. The percentages 18:2 and 20:4 in serum lipids were significantly higher in the group 5, 6 and 7 than control group. In phospholipid fatty acid composition of serum lipids, the percentage of 18:2 was significantly higher in the group 5, 6 and 7 than in the other groups. 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2 and 20:4 were the main fatty acid in the total fatty acid and phospholipid fatty acid composition of liver lipids. 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2, 20:4 and 22:6 were the main fatty acid in the total fatty acid and phospholipid fatty acid composition of brain lipids.

        영양위험 농촌노인집단에 적용한 영양중재 프로그램의 추후관리 효과(Ⅰ)+

        This research was performed to investigate the anthropometric data, blood profiles, and nutrient intakes of elderly persons living in a rural area. The subjects were 67 undernourished people who participated in follow-up nutrition intervention programs for9 weeks. Anthropometric data showed that the mean heights and weights in the management group were 157.6 cm and 59.1 kg, respectively, for the males and 152.6 cm and 51.0 kg, respectively, for the females. The mean BMIs of the management group were 23.8 kg/m2 in the males and 22.4 kg/m2 in the females. The total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, and albumin levels of the subjects were 181.7191.4mg/dL, 48.353.0mg/dL, and 3.854.00g/dL, respectively. Energy, ash, P, Na, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and niacin increased significantly after intervention for the management group. The mINQ, however, did not significantly increase after intervention. Also after intervention, there was no significant difference in mINQ between the management group and the comparison group. MAR (14) in the management group was significantly increased from 0.62‚0.2 before intervention to 0.68‚0.2 after intervention (p=0.022), and it was significantly different between the management group and the comparison group (p=0.017). MAR (8) in the management group was not significantly different (p=0.915) before and after intervention. However, MAR (8) between the management group and the comparison group did show a significant difference (p=0.031). MAR (3) in the management group was significantly increased from 0.48‚ 0.2 before intervention to 0.55‚0.2 after intervention (p=0.045), however, MAR (3) was not significantly different between the management group and the comparison group (p=0.093). For the probability of nutrient insufficiency, in the management group the probability of nutrient values below the EAR (except for Fe) decreased after intervention compared to before intervention.         20~30대 성인의 배달외식 결정요인과 식습관의 융합연구

        This study is a convergence study designed to suggest healthy eating out choices by grasping the relationship between determinants of delivery food and eating habits. The subjects of this study were 505 adults in their 20s and 30s who had an experience in delivery food. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, χ2 analysis, ANOVA analysis and Duncan's post analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program, and the research results are as follows. The convenience-seeking type had a high rate of late night eating, drinking, and breakfast skipping, while the saving-seeking type had a high score of food practice score. The utility-seeking type had a significantly lower quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) score. Therefore, the educational direction suggested according to the tendency identified in the determinants of delivery food can be used as basic data for the selection of healthy delivery food. In the future, research and nutrition education through grasping the route of determinants of delivery food are also expected to be necessary. 본 연구는 배달외식 결정요인과 식습관과의 관련성을 파악하여 건강한 배달외식 선택 방향을 제시하고자 설계된 융합연구이다. 연구 대상자는 배달외식 경험이 있는 20대-30대 성인 505명을 대상으로 하였다. 데이터는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 군집분석, χ2 분석, ANOVA 분석 및 Duncan’s 사후분석을 하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 편리 추구형은 야식, 음주 및 아침결식의 비율이 높았고, 절약 추구형은 식생활 실천점수가 높았다. 유용 추구형은 삶의 질 평가(WHOQOL-BREF) 점수가 유의하게 낮았다. 이에 배달외식 결정요인에서 파악된 성향에 따라 제시된 교육 방향은 건강한 배달외식 선택을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 향후 배달외식 결정요인의 경로 파악을 통한 연구와 영양교육도 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

        마분말과 천마분말이 흰쥐의 간, 뇌 및 신장의 지질성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The present study tested to recommend optimum level of Gastrodia rhizoma and effect on the compositional changes of the lipids in Sprague Dawley rats which were fed control diet adding 5, 10, 15% Dioscorea batatas powder and 5, 10, 15% Gastrodia rbizoma powder for 3 weeks, respectively, The contents of moisture, ash, fat, protein and carbohydrate in dried Gastrodia rbizoma were 5.9, 2.7, 2.1, 0.9 and 88.4%(w/w) respectively. Concentrations of total cholesterol and free cholesterol in liver were the lowest in the 10% Gastrodia rbizoma group. Concentrations of triglyceride and phospholipid in liver were lower in the 10 and 15% Gastrodia rhizoma groups than in the other groups. Concentrations of total cholesterol, free cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipid in brain were significantly lower in the group 6, 7 compared to the other groups. Concentrations of triglyceride and phospholipid in kidney were slightly lower in the Gastrodia rhizoma groups than those in the Dioscorea batatas groups.

        거제지역 당뇨병 및 고혈압 환자의 복합질병 위험요인

        The purpose of this study is to compare the correlation of clinical characteristics and patterns of disease. Subjects of the study were the adults(207) living in Geoje City, the diabetes mellitus and the hypertension patients(166) and the normal people(41). In the diabetes mellitus group and the hypertension group, blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholestero LDL-cholesterol and atherogenic index(AI) were significantly high. As the obesity index was getting higher, the blood pressure of the diabetes mellitus group was high, and the HDL-cholesterol of the hypertension group was low, but AI of it was significantly high. The AI was significantly high as serum lipid index were getting higher in both groups. The rate of the prevalence was very high in the diabetes mellitus group(74.3%) and the hypertension group(73.7%). The pattern in the diabetes mellitus group was in order of the hypertension, the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity but, in the hypertension group was the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity. The obesity index and serum lipid index of complex patient group were higher than single patient group.
