        유한 요소법 이용시 Displacement method가 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 본 Paper에서는 Modified Complementary Energy Principle을 이용한 Assumed Stressed Hybrid Method가 Two-Dimensional Elasticity 문제에서 Exact Solution에 매우 빠르게 수렴함을 보였다.

        공공도서관 설계경기에 나타난 계획방향에 대한 건축설계 연구 - 충청남도 도립도서관 설계경기 계획안을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to understand the required concept in the architectural competition for public library and its application in design process. The research is based on the 27 design guideline of architectural competition for public library from 2009 to 2013 and, as a case study, the project for the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Library, the prize winner in 2014. Three required concepts; symbolism, function, and sustainability, are categorized through the analysis on the design guideline of 27 competitions and are identified. Symbolism is expressed by landmark forms based on the local characteristics. The function of public library means to provide services to everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, religion etc., as a local community. Sustainability is related to passive architecture for the maintenance and management of buildings. These three concepts for public library applied on the design process of Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Library and design elements in each process are categorized in three concepts. The results shows not only how closely the locality and a user are related, but also the changes in the appearance of a public library as time passed.

        여주 추출물의 항산화 활성

        여주의 부위별 항산화 활성 및 비타민 C의 함량을 조사하였다. 각 부위별 비타민 C의 함량을 보면 미성숙과에서 92.2mg/100 g으로 가장 높게 나타났는데, 이는 줄기에서의 2.5mg/100 g 보다 40배 이상 높은 함량이다. 여주의 각 부위별 메탄올 추출물을 TBA 방법으로 항산화효과를 측정한 결과 잎 추출물에서 0,05로 가장 높은 항산화 효능을 나타냈으며, 이는 추출물이 ascorbic acid와 BHT보다도 항산화력이 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각 부위별 건조시료와 생체시료에서의 SOD, APX 그리고 CAT의 활성을 비교한 결과 건조시료인 경우가 생체시료에서보다 활성이 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 여주가 식물유래 천연 항산화제로서의 높은 가치를 지니고 있으며 앞으로 이에 대한 개발 가능성이 매우 높음을 시사해 주고 있다. This study was carried out to determine the antioxidant activity and vitamin C contents in plant extracts of the Momordica charantia L. The vitamin C was detected as the highest content in immature fruit (92.2 mg/100 g), while the content in stem (2.5 mg/100 g) was lower 40 times than that of immature fruit. Antioxidant activity for the dried sample was investigated by TBA method. The lowest TBARS values were obtained from extracts of dried leaf and followed by ascorbic acid and BHT, showing that the extracts from dried leaf possess the strongest antioxidant activity. Compared with fresh tissues, SOD activity, ATX activity and CAT activity were high level in the dried tissue. These results suggest that the Momordica charantia L. would be a promising antioxidant source as an alternative antioxidant, based on natural plant resources.

      • 光州川에서 分離한 Proteus屬의 生化學的性狀 및 抗菌劑 感受性에 관한 硏究

        Using the law of Edwards-Ewing and Minitek System, it will be shown that Proteus Enterobacteria was detected in Kwangju River. When the biochemical characteristics and antibiotic susceptibility were tested for the 32 Proteus strains identified m the Enterobacteria in which lactose non-fermentation and an oxidase mi-reactive Character were discovered. The following results were obtained. 1. The isolated strains were as follows : P. vulgaris : 3 strains. P. mirabilis : 3 strains. P. morgami : 1 strain. P. rettgeri : 25 strains. 2. Biotype Ⅳ(14 strains) was found to be the most abundant type among the P. rettgeri. 3. The isolated strains were almost as predicted by the law of Edward-Ewing. The strains were individually isolated on performing the tests of H_2S, Ornithine, Urea, and Inositol on the 25 P. rettgeri. The results of the Indol reactions revealed 4(16%) negative strains, 6(24%) Rhamnose negative strains, and 3 negative strains of Phenylalanlne and one negative strain of Citrate. 4. All 2 strains were found to be susceptible to Gentamyoin and Nalidixic Acid. Three (9.4%) strains were found lo be resistance to Sulfamethoxazole and Streptomycin , seven (22%) to Cabeniciliin , 9(36%) to Chlorampheniccol : twenty-two(69%) to Ampicillin : twenty -four(75%) to Cephalothin : twenty-six(81%) to Colistin : twenty-nine(91%) to Erythromycin , thirteen(94%) to Tetracycline, and all 32 to Pepicillin. The average rate of resistance was found to be 48.2 percent. 5. Multi-resistant strains were distributed as follows : Four-multi-resistant strains : 2 strains Five-multi-resistant strains : 13 strains Six-multi-resistant strains : 10 strains Seven-multi-resistant strains : 5 strains Eight-multi-resistant strains : 2 strains

        민간투자사업을 통한 학교시설복합화 방안에 관한 연구 - 비영리 공공민간협력(n-BPPP)방식을 중심으로 -

        The aim of this study is to suggest an improvement of BTL in Educational Facilities applying the concept of n-BPPP(non-Benefits Public-Private Partnerships). The research is based on four of ninety-nine completed projects of Mixed-use Educational Facilities since 2001. Ninety-nine projects are analyzed and categorized to the typology of architectural program. The architectural programs planned are uniform in function, such as gym, swimming pool, library, info-center, parking etc. The public parking is a main program in the BTL projects, where district offices are involved as partner. The difference between BTL and n-BPPP for educational facilities is the business units. The n-BPPP concerns in regional or district units in order to expand public infrastructure facilities based on the network of schools and local community. And the fund for n-BPPP does not come from the government but from the investors. The economic interest is to reinvest on the maintenance of the facilities. The benefits of n-BPPP will be not only for the Governments in terms of social welfare budgets but also for local residents and students in terms of a variety of high-quality public services. The concept of n-BPPP can be an alternative way for the Mixed-use Educational Facilities.

        근대역사환경이론 적용을 통한 도시조직 가치에 관한 연구- 을지로 3, 4가 도시블록을 중심으로 -

        Cities are complex entities comprised of physical and socio-cultural elements. Physical elements include city street systems, land parcels, and buildings. Socio-cultural elements mean human beings' customs contained within the physical elements. These elements have organic relationships amongst one another, and as time passes, build historical cityscapes through development, destruction, and substitution processes. Among diverse elements, we may call the traces of history which continue to exert influence in city dwellers' lives, Historical Environment. The concept of urban recycling in the views of historical environment should also be taken into account for the future direction of urban development in the area. A historical city Seoul has undergone a rapid development and transformation driven by economic logic. In the process of going through several urban redevelopments, the urban tissues of modern Seoul are disappearing without any objective evaluations in the social, historical and cultural perspectives. Eulji-ro 3, 4ga blocks, urban industries districts, are still clustered remains as modern historical environment for the realistic reason. The research is consisted of three parts; the first part analysed the relationship between historical environment and urban tissues based on the concept of them. The second part looked at Seoul urban tissues' process of change during the early modern period, and compared it with that of contemporary Seoul. Collecting archival records, including historical maps of Hansong during the Chosun Dynasty, the cadastral map of 1912, serial cadastral map of 2013, and other GIS data, was carried out. Based on the archival research, this study then compared between the early and contemporary urban tissues in the research site. The third part, as a conclusion, summarizes the value of research site's historical environment.
