n this study, we employed the SROI(Social Return on Investment) framework to improve the K-University's own economic and social impacts (K-ESI) measurement for the LINC+ project team. We diagnosed previous K-ESI’s problems and weaknesses, then sought for solutions among various alternatives. We adopted the SROI framework to meet the project team’s requirements. As a result, we developed a more versatile performance measurement tool that was suitable for various projects. We witnessed that the framework provided not only richer and more comprehensible information, but also a scientific and consistent measurement of socioeconomic value. The significance of this study was first, a well-established SROI framework can serve as a useful strategic tool for universities and other non-profit institutions. It enabled its users to make decisions based on easy and comprehensible results. Users can align the direction of the planned projects with their visions and coordinate their resources efficiently and effectively. Second, the SROI framework encouraged to communicate with their partners in the community where the university is belonged to. As a result, the framework provided a means to fulfill social responsibilities by communicating directly with the community's stakeholders while performing various projects.
效率的인 學習目標 達成을 僞한 온라인 形性評價 敎育시스템의 具現

In the information society information is becoming important and computer and Information & Communication Technology is developed. It has become a complex society as the core of the economic activity altered to service and knowledge and brought the development of network. Also it brought many changes to the importance and appreciation to the second language and the field of education. In learning, especially in starting at the first level of a chapter or first class the effect is significantly different in which the learner know or doesn't know the teaching objectives. in addition, the evaluation of the learning becomes an important element in setting up for achieving the teaching objectives for the next class, and if the evaluation is accomplished by the learner achieving it's teaching goals correctly by showing the teaching objectives, then the lecturer setting up for the next class teaching objectives according to the learners level and achievement of the teaching objectives in the previous class will be followed up by supplementary lessons or additional explanations. The purpose of this paper is to achieve effective second language teaching objectives by realizing and analyzing on-line formative system by combining Internet and Second Language Education both representing the Information age. To achieve the teaching objectives of formative evaluation system at it's greatest, we must fundamentally state the teaching objectives. And according to the academic achievement through formative evaluation and repeated exams we will be able to achieve effective teaching objectives. Using computer and depending on prints we can realize the asked formative evaluation questions by making various and substantial problems through multimedia like sound and image. Also it would be possible to test every individual by giving out the problems and examples randomly. On evaluation we can grasp the degree of difficulty of every chapter and get detailed information of the learner's progress and evaluation contents. Formative evaluation is needed to improve the lecture's method of course and to obtain objective and varified information. By evaluating the process of lecture we can find a new way and method. This is way beyond the summative evaluation form which the formative systems had and giving out and offering data. On-line education evaluation system will beneficially work on second language learning Also, by checking-up on the learner's learning process through formative evaluation, is the evaluation of the learning process and learning achievement, after this there will be a feedback in which it will play an important role in increasing the effect of coaching one's study. From now on by operating formative evaluation system to achieve effective teaching objectives, we must constantly observe and analyze if the right results came out of the on-line evaluation objectives. And like it made it possible to use various foreign letters in second language subjects there must be an improvement and management of the evaluation system to fit in each subjects character and contents. Also for the convenience of the learner and lecturer there must be and improvement on interface and for accurate analyzation of formative evaluation results of various analyzed contents there must be changes and improvement in the relative codes and constant effort on analyzing and research. The most important thing is to make sure that future education is properly reflected based on the results from formative evaluation.
한국의 낙농업과 조사료 생산의 합리적인 경영개선에 관한 연구 : Ⅰ. 낙농 경영형태별 사료작물 작부체계별 적정 경영 형태 선정

This study investigated to find the optimal dairy farming by cropping patterns of forage crop and dairy farming types. LP-Model was used to determine the optimum dairy farming. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The gross margin per dairy farm household were 9, 264 thousand won in farming type Ⅰ, 9,684 thousand won in farming type Ⅱ, 10,209 thousand Won in dairy farming type Ⅲ, and 8,643 thou-sand won in fanning type Ⅳ, respectively. 2. The protitability in dairy farm with reared heifer was higher than that of dairy farm with purchased heifer. 3. Average sizes of dairy farm household were 13.8 heads in farking type Ⅰ, 11.6 heads in farming type Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and 10 heads in farming type Ⅳ, respectively. 4. The highes gross margin in various cropping patterns of forage crop was cropping pattern Ⅳ.
보간법을 이용한 견인 어레이 형상 추정 기법의 성능 개선

A calibration technique is proposed to improve the performance of 2-D towed array shape estimation using the Kalman filter. In the case of using displacement sensors, 2-D hydrophone positions estimated by the Kalman filter are calculated by assuming that the adjacent hydrophones are horizontally equi-spaced so that maximum distance is equal to the array length. The assumption causes errors in estimating hydrophone positions. The proposed technique using linear model approximation or spline interpolation can reduce the errors by exploiting the fact that the whole length of array is preserved whatever the array shape is. The numerical experiments show that the proposed method is very effective. 칼만 필터를 이용한 2차원 견인 배열 (towed may) 형상 추정 기법의 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 변위 센서를 이용할 경우, 기존의 칼만 여파기 방법에 의해 추정된 2차원 하이드로폰 수평 좌표는 총 길이가 배열의 길이와 일치하며 등간격 값을 갖게 된다. 이렇게 고정된 수평 좌표를 사용하는 경우 배열의 왜곡 정도가 심화됨에 따라 오차가 증가하게 된다. 이를 개선하기 위해 선형 근사화 방법 또는 스플라인 보간법을 이용하여 발생하는 오차를 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 그 성능을 검증한다.
