        Konus telescope 국소의치를 이용한 엇갈린 교합의 보철수복

        Cross occlusion("maxillary and mandibular teeth cross each other")is defined as occlusal situation that intercuspal occlusion is absent though teeth remain in both maxilla and mandible. There is no relationship between the teeth and scattering of occlusal plane, so it is very difficult to stabilize occlusal harmony. It has been achieved, stability of occlusal harmony will not be maintained in the long run. In this case, the purpose of prosthetic treatment is occlusal reconstruction and stabilization. Achieving this purpose requires rigid connection of denture and abutment. The prosthetic treatment are telescope removable partial dentures, overdentures and rigid supported removable partial dentures which have many rests and guiding planes. Most of all, the Konus telescope dentures many be considered the best choice because they provide a rigid splinting of abutment, stable occlusion, proper hygiene maintenance, resistance of denture movement and rigidity of prosthesis. The following article suggested the prosthetic design concept of cross occlusion and presented two case reports using Konus telescope removable partial denture.

        임플란트 식립각도와 인상재에 따른 응력 분포

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the stress distribution to the angle of implants at taking impression. Implants were implanted in an photoelastic model at the angle of 0, 10, 20 and 30 degree. Transfer impression pins were connected to the implants and impression were taken by use of polysulfide, poly-vinyl-siloxance and polyether impression materials. At removing impression, stress distribution around implants was analyzed. The following results were obtained : 1. At taking impression, stress concentration around implants according to the angle of implants was high when the angle of implants was high. 2. Stress concentration around implants according to the kinds of impression materials was the lowest when polysulfide was used, while it was the highest when polyether was used. 3. Stress concentration around implants according to the increase of loadness was unchangeable when polysulfide was used, while it was high when poly-vinyl-siloxane and polyether were used.

        도시재생사업의 지속가능성을 위한 재원조달 방안 연구: 지역리츠제 도입을 중심으로

        In Korea, the government has focused on new city development, redevelopment, and reconstruction policies to solve urban problems caused by industrialization and urbanization. However, as it was difficult to solve urban problems with the existing policies due to changes in the market environment and industrial structure, the government has introduced urban regeneration policies as new urban policies. Urban regeneration policy aims to restore the competitiveness of the city through the revitalization of the original city center. However, as a result of monitoring the performance of 2019 for 223 urban regeneration projects in May 2020, 71 projects were found to be insufficient, which means that the overall performance was sluggish. The reason why urban renewal promotion is insufficient is that the promotion and sustainability of urban regeneration projects are low due to the low economic feasibility of them. Therefore, it is necessary to review alternatives to enhance the sustainability of urban regeneration. To continuously promote urban regeneration projects, it is not dependent on one-time subsidies or budget, but a financing scheme is needed to expand the participation of residents and to be based on profits. To this end, we propose a regional REITs as a way to establish a virtuous cycle structure in which profits generated from regional urban regeneration projects are reinvested in regional urban regeneration projects through a financial model centered on local communities. In other words, regional REITs compensate for the unit project loss through profit-making projects. And it is possible to secure the sustainability of urban regeneration projects by reinvesting funds obtained from profitable projects or capital gains of selling assets into other regeneration projects.

        측두하악 장애 환자의 교합이개 시간에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the disclusion time and occlusal pattern during lateral movement in normal group and temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) group. Twenty dental college students of Chosun University without the abnormal occlusion and temporomandibular dysfunction were selected as a normal group, and twenty slight temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) group and the ten moderate temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) group classified according to Helkimo's dysfunction index were selected. Occlusal pattern was classified as canine guided occlusion, group functioned occlusion and the other group during lateral movement and disclusion time in lateral movement was measured using T-Scan system. The result were as follows: 1. The disclusion time according to each group were $1.24{\pm}0.58$ sec in normal $1.60{\pm}0.79$ sec in slight TMD group and $2.29{\pm}0.80$ sec in moderate TMD group. There was statistically significant between normal group and moderate TMD group(P<0.01), slight TMD group and moderate TMD group(P<0.05). 2. The distribution of occlusal pattern in normal group was 62.5% (25 side) in canine guided occlusion, 27.5% (15 side) in group functioned occlusion. 3. The distribution of occlusal pattern in slight TMD group was 45% (18side) in canine guided occlusion, 35% (14 side) in group functioned occlusion and 20% (8side) in others and that in moderate TMD group was 15% (3 side) in canine guided occlusion, 35% (7 side) in group funcconed occlusion and 50% (10 side) in other 4. The disclusion time in normal group was $1.05{\pm}0.59$ sec at canine guided occlusion and $1.53{\pm}0.72$ sec at group functioned occlusion. 5. The disclusion time in slight TMD group was $1.23{\pm}0.75$ sec in canine guided occlusion, $1.50{\pm}0.88$ sec in group functioned occlusion, and $2.61{\pm}0.57$ sec, in the other. There was staistically significant between canine guided occlusion and other(P<0.001)and group functioned occlusion and the other (P<0.05). 6. The disclusion time in moderate TMD group was $1.28{\pm}0.84$ sec in canine guided occlusion, $1.75{\pm}0.58$ sec in group functioned occlusion, and $2.98{\pm}0.08$ sec in the other(P<0.01).

        임플란트 식립시 고려해야할 해부학적 구조물에 대한 문헌 고찰

        In severely atrophic or osteoporotic maxilla and mandible, the location of maxillary sinus and inferior alveolar nerve may considerable, both superoinferiorly and mesiolaterally. If an implant is placed too close to this structures, complications may occur. Injury to the nerve or sinus during surgery may lead to paresthesia or anesthesia, thus severly disturbing the patient and causing madical and legal consequences. A clinician's ability to reliable locate this anatomic structures within maxilla and mandible would permit the surgical planning of implant placement in the posterior edentulous maxilla and mandible. Since it is often not possible to clearly identify the course of the nerve canal and sinus on a radiograph, the goal of the article was to establish a classification of different types of the anatomic structures may taken and determine a recommended minimum distance between th anatomic structures and the location of an implant. Moreover the study intends to analyze atrophy-related changes in the mental for amen and maxillary sinus made during the various stages of resorption.

        임플란트 피개의치에 관한 연구

        References Mandibular edentulous patients are generally unsatisfied with their dentures mainly because of their loosening. Various treatments. for example ridge augmentation and vestibuloplasty, have been developed for these patients, but have shown high resorption rate and high relapse rate, respectively. Fixed detachable bridge which was designed by Branemark requires many implants(6 to 8), so the patients with economic concern and anatomical limitation for implant fixation cannot be treated with it. Implant-retained overdenture can be the solution for the patients with severs atrophic mandible and adverse intermaxilary relationship. Implant-retained overdenture have many advantage that is it very esthetic and easily cleaned. Little inferferences with pronounciation. has greater bite force than conventional complete denture, and most of all reguired smaller number of implants than fixed detachable bridge. Implant overdenture is fundamentally classified into two groups, one is implant-replant overdenture which is supported by mucosa and retained by implant, and the other is implant-supported overdenture which is supported and retained by implants. On the two, the latter requires more implants than the former. In this study the design based on treatment plan, attachments for the retention, and occlusal consideration for the implant overdenture will be discussed through related literature review.

        Konus crown 을 이용한 임플란트 보철수복에 관한 연구

        The retention types of implant prostheses are cementation. screw-tightening and telescopic friction. Implant prostheses retained y telescopic friction type have the advantages of not using cement of screws, being esthetic, and being easy to establish occlusion. Also, they have the advantage of periodontal health because superstructures can be easy to be retrieved. Particularly, they can be used in case of implant fixtures are implanted irregularly, implant fixtures are reveals on supragingiva, and patients have malocclusion tendency. On the other hand, they have defects of technique-sensitivity and expensiveness. Therefore it is considered that implant prostheses retained by telescopic friction should be used cautiously. Thus this study aims to take advantage of telescope in implant prostheses through the manufacture of implant prostheses using telescope.
