      • 청주시지역 환경오염에 관한 기초 조사 : 대기오염을 중심으로 On the section of air pollution

        This study was carried out to investigate on air pollution at Cheong ju city, so the values of pH of the rainfall, amounts of dustfall and total suspended particulates, concentrations of sulfur oxide, and heavy metals in the suspended particulates were analyzed from march 1990 to march 1991. The results were as follows ; 1. The mean value of pH in the rainfall was 6.01, and the range of pH values was 5.04∼7.03 2. The mean value of dustfall was 17.3 ton/㎢/30days, and the range of that was 12.4∼21.0 ton/㎢/30days 3. The mean concentration of sulfur oxide was 0.71mg SO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂, and the range of that was 0.22∼1.24mgSO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂. 4. The mean value of total suspended particulates was 155.0㎍/㎡ and this value was higher than pollution index, The range of TSP was 88.8∼198.1㎍/㎡ 5. The mean values of heavy metals of TSP were 0.002㎍/㎡ of Cd, 0.17㎍/㎡ of Pb, 0.037㎍/㎡ of Cu, 0.136㎍/㎡ of Zn and 0.045㎍/㎡ of Mn, respectively.

In the present paper, the problems to he solved in the current In-service training system of Science teacher in secondary were painted out arid compaired pre-service training and In-service education for science teachers in Korea and United State of American.

      • 고용량 풀브리지 직류 전원공급장치의 구현

        In this paper, the implementation of the high-capacity full-bridge DC power supply is presented. In order to realize highcapacity, the proposed DC power supply utilizes the full-bridge power topology and phase-shift PWM switching technique. Additionally, the proposed DC power supply achieves high efficiency using the soft-switching technique that is realized by the phase-shift PWM switching and an LC resonant circuit. In this paper, the operational principle of the proposed converter is briefly explained and it is shown through the experimental results that the proposed converter has good performance as a highcapacity DC power supply.

      • 은이온 선택성 막전극의 제조와 특성에 관한 연구

        It was found that silver ion selective electrode prepared by mixing AgI with PVC by the ratio of 5:1 was hard and durable. The response potentials of this electrode were reproducible and linear within 10^-1∼10^-7M of Ag(Ⅰ) ion concentration and its slope was 62.2㎷ per decade concentration at 298K. This electrode did not show significant response to the other cations except silver ion, but had good response to iodide, chloride, bromide and cyanide anions within 10^-1∼10^-5M. It was also found that the potentials of this electrode had not been influenced to pH in range of 1.0-8.0. This electrode could be used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of single halide ion and also halide mixture with standard solution of silver nitrate.

      • 원자흡수 분광기를 이용한 크롬의 효율적인 정량에 관한 연구

        In the atomic absorption spectrometry of chromium by using air-acetylene flame, the interference of various interfering cations on the chromium absorption and repression of this interference by the addition of cerium and yttrium have been investigated. The following conclusions are obtained from the experimental results. 1. The sensitivity for chromium absorbance is favorable when the flow rate ratio of oxygen to acetylene is about 1:1 and the optical axis is 6㎜ above the burner. 2. The interferences by interfering cations existed in the sample solution as the same amount as chromium are completely released by the addition of cerium twice and yttrium three-fold as much as interfering cations.

        In the atomic absorption spectrometry, the interferences of Ni, Co, and Cu on the iron absorption and the repression of this interference by the addition of cerium and yttrium have been studied. The interference by Ni, Co and Cu existed in the sample solution as the same amount as iron are completely released by the addition of cenium and yttrium twice as much as interfering cation. The intenference by the mixed interfering cations(Ni, Co, Cu) are larger than by each interfering cation and however the releasing of the interference by cerium and yttrium are effective up to some degree of the concentration of mixed interfering cations.

        It was found that sulfate ion selective electrode, which was prepared by mixing barium sulfate and small amounts of PVC(1.0%), was hard and durable. The response potentials were reproducible and liner in the range from 1.0×10^(-1)M to 1.×10^(-5)M sulfate solution and its slope was 23.3 ㎷ per decade concentration at 298°K, slightly different from Nernstian slope. The sulfate indicating electrode was applied in precipitation titration of 1.0×10^(-2)M sulfate sample solution with 0.1M Ba(NO₃)₂ standard solution.

        The Effects of Project based Action Learning in Web-based SMEs:ALPACO Case

        How can action learning program promote organizational learning performance and especially project based team performance in Web-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)? This article discusses the association between project based team in action learning program and the performance of Web-based SME to be learning organization. In the case of ALPACO, action learning program that promote employee communication behavior, knowledge sharing, and organizational learning are found to be positively associated with the project based team performance and organizational learning. The results indicate that action learning program in SMEs indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing, learning communication skills and changing organizational culture. Learning organization can be, in turn, positively developed by project based team through action learning program for creating competitive advantage. Also, this study offers further support for the practical perspective on learning organization performance. The evidence from this case study suggests that the project team in action learning program play a significant role in team performance and the development of learning organization of the firm. Therefore, in the future, Web-based SMEs should consider making investments in action learning program that encourage project team’s effective management in decision making, knowledge sharing, and organizational learning.

        The Impacts of Institutional Environment, Social Capital and Strategic Importance on Knowledge Sharing and Performance

        Employing a sample of 126 suppliers in Korean electronic industry, this research examined the effects of institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships on knowledge sharing. Building on the relational view and knowledge-based theories, this study proposed that these factors facilitate knowledge sharing in manufacturer-supplier relationships and that knowledge mediates satisfaction between manufacturer-supplier relationships for competitive advantage. Results indicate that institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships are indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing. Inter-firm satisfaction is, in turn, positively associated with knowledge sharing for competitive advantage through technical support, financial support, competence increasing. Further, results provide evidence that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between institutional environment, social capital, strategic importance and inter-firm satisfaction.
