수용성 녹용 추출물이 랫드의 체성장과 생식기 발달에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of water soluble extracts(WSE) of differant sections of the Velvet Antler on the growth and development somatic and male reproductive organs. Ant-lers were divided into four sections of; upper, middle and base, Water soluble extracts(35g/60㎖) were prepared from each sections of the antler, and administered orally at 10 ㎖/㎏ body weight to male Spra-gue-Dawley rats once a day. Administration of antler WSE from the tip section increased rat body weight by 26.6g compared to the control after a weeks of feeding (P<0.01). Improved (P<0.01) feed efficiency was also observed from WSE administered rats compared to the control group after 3 weeks of feeding. Overall feed efficiency tend to improve with WSE administration and improved with treatment from the tip section. Relative weights of somatic and reproductive organs were not affected by the administration of WSE. however, the absolute weights of organs tends to increase with administration of WSE compared to the control. There was no significant difference in the development of tests among treatments.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different fat source feeding on growth performance, visceral organ weight, meat color, excreta microflora and blood profiles in broilers. A total of 768 1-d-old ROSS 308 broilers (mixed gender) with an initial average body weight of 39.68 ± 0.14 g were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 12 replicate pens per treatment and 16 broilers per pen for 32 days. Dietary treatments were: 1) SBO, basal diet + 5% soybean oil, 2) PF, basal diet + 5% poultry fat, 3) TAL, basal diet + 5% tallow, and 4) LARD, basal diet + 5% lard. During d 1 to 14, broilers fed TAL diet had a higher (P<0.05) body weight gain (BWG) than broilers fed with PF and LARD diets, moreover, broilers fed TAL diet had a higher (P<0.05) feed intake than broilers fed SBO, PF and LARD diets. Overall (d 0-32), BWG in SBO and TAL treatments was greater (P<0.05) than that in LARD treatment. The meat color a<sup>*</sup> (redness) of broilers fed with LARD diet was increased (P<0.05) compared with broilers fed with PF and TAL diets. No difference was observed in visceral organ weight of liver, spleen, bursa of Fabricius, breast muscle, abdominal fat, gizzard and excreta concentrations of Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli. The blood LDL cholesterol concentration in TAL treatment was higher (P<0.05) than that in LARD treatment. In conclusion, broilers supplementation with tallow could improve not only the body weight gain and feed intake but also blood LDL cholesterol concentration. Moreover, broiler fed lard could increase a<sup>*</sup> (radness) of meat color, while the soybean oil supplementation improve body weight gain in broilers.

분만 모돈에 대한 분만직후와 이유 1주일 전에 교소혈위에 각 각 1회 1마리씩 생봉독을 주입함으로서 모돈의 생리적 조절과 신체적 기능이 활성화 되면서 강건성이 높아져 재귀발정일이 1일 앞당겨지면서 재귀발정율도 80%에서 99%로 향상되었다. 재발정율도 현저히 감소되어 모돈의 생산성이 높아진 결과를 보여주었다. 이와 같은 결과는 분만 간격을 좁혀 주어 년간 분만 복수를 증가시키어 년간 총 산자수 증가 효과를 나타낼 수 있어 결국 모돈의 경제 수명을 연장시켜주어 모돈 도태수를 감소시켜 자돈생산원가를 감소시키는 시너지효과로 나타날 수 있다. Natural honeybee venom injection on Jiao-chao (GV-1) is activated physiological control and body function after the parturition and before 1 week of weaning in sow. Then to be healthy, re-estrus is to go head one day and re-esture is higher 80% up to 99%. Re-estrus rate is decrease to be manifest, then production is higher than non-treatment in sow. This result that, re-estrus is improvement, the increased parturition time and litter size because of a shorten of parturition period. Decreased of culling number is to extended economical life in sow and saving the cost of depreciate redemption. End of this result, to show the synergy effect which is decreased piglet production original cost.

번식돈에 대하여 생봉독을 시술한 결과 총 산차수 구성의 변화에서 번식 산차수가 지속적으로 증가되어 최고 8산차에서 도태를 하였던 번식돈이 10산차 이상으로 증가된 개체가 나타났다. 8 산차 이상의 분만개체의 구성비가 15%이상 증가되면서 총 분만모돈 증가율이 7%이상 증가되었다. 산차별 구성비에서는 생봉독 시술이전보다 생봉독 시술이후에는 전반적으로 5산차 이전의 구성비는 감소되면서 6산차 이상 분만개체의 구성비가 현저하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. The result of natural honeybee venom treatment(NHVT) to sow, the number of reproduction is increased in total number of reproductive composition changes. The culling sow is increased from 8th birth to over 10th birth. In this result, total parturitional sow increasing rate to augment at 7%, because parturition composition rate of over the 8th birth sow was increased 15%. In each composition of parturition, decreased in before 5th birth of sow composition at bee’s live venom surgical operation but increased in 6th birth to be clear.
기계발골계육과 Skin Emulsion을 활용한 계육패티의 품질특성

This study was undertaken to investigate the quality characteristics of chicken patty made with mechanically deboned chicken meat (MDCM) and skin emulsion (SE). The chicken patties were divided into 5 groups. T1(chicken meat 85 % + SE 15 %), T2(chicken meat 70 % + SE 15 % + MDCM 10 %), T3(chicken meat 75 % +SE 15 % + MDCM 15 %), T4(chicken meat 60 % +SE 15 % + MDCM 25 %), T5(chicken meat 50 % +SE 15 % + MDCM 35 %). In the proximate analysis, there were no significant diffenrence among 5 groups. In the quality characteristics, water holding capacity(WHC) showed similar value among 5 groups, but pH and total cholesterol showed significantly lower value at T4. In the hunter color, redness value showed the more addition of MDCM the more reddish. In the texture profile, T1 showed significantly higher hardness and chewiness values than the other groups, but addition of MDCM groups showed significantly higher cohesiveness and springiness values than T1. In the sensory evaluation, addition of MDCM groups showed higher(p<0.05) color, tenderness, juiciness, flavor and total acceptability values than T1. As a result, MDCM and SE could be expected be good raw materials for manufacturing chicken patty.
