CoFeSiB 아몰퍼스합금 자기리본 변위센서 개발에 관한 연구

This dissertation describes the development of a sensor for measuring microscopic displacement where we use CoFeSiB amorphous alloy magnetic ribbon having near zero magnetostrictive properties. For the development of the sensor, we first fabricate amorphous alloy magnetic ribbon, and then investigate its physical and magnetic properties. Finally, its possibility of practical application as a displacement sensor is discussed. The experimental samples were made of near zero magnetostrictive (Co$\_$0.94/Fe$\_$0.06/)$\_$9/Si$_2$B$\_$19/ alloy which were fabricated by a rapid liquid quenching method. As a results, we got amorphous alloy magnetic ribbons of 12㎛ in thickness, 10 mm in length, and 2.5 m in width. It was found that the crystallization temperature and the Curie temperature are around 451$\^{C}$ and around 441$\^{C}$ respectively. We couldn't observe any noticeable change of the impedance frequency of 10MHz, but observed the impedance change of 3.76 %/Oe at 100 MHz. The inductance was nearly stable over the frequency range of 1∼10 MHz, In addition, it was observed that the variation of the inductance and the impedance were linear within the displacement ranges of 20∼60㎛. As the results of the experiments, it is suggested that the displacement sensor which is fabricated by using amorphous alloy magnetic ribbon of (Co$\_$0.04/Fe$\_$0.06/)$\_$79/Si$_2$B$\_$19/ compound, can be used as a sensor to detect microscopic displacement.

본 논문은 고주파에서의 Ni-Zn페라이트의 첨가물에 따른 소결특성에 관하여 연구한 것이다. 연구에서 사용한 시편은 20mol% NiO, 30mol% ZnO 및 50mol% Fe$_{2}$ $O_{3}$이 조성으로된 페라이트를 모재로 하고 첨가물로서 각각 0.0025mol%, 0.005mol% 및 0.001mol%의 비율로 Nb$_{2}$ $O_{5}$, Bi$_{2}$ $O_{3}$ 및 V$_{2}$ $O_{5}$를 첨가하였다. 그리고 소결을 1100.deg.C에서 이루어졌다. 초투자율은 V$_{2}$ $O_{2}$가 첨가된 시편의 100KHz-1000KHz주파수대에서 4*$10^{2}$~8*$10^{2}$의 높은 값을 얻었다. 손실계수는 100KHz~500KHz주파수대에서 1*10~3*$10^{-2}$이었다. 1/(.mu.*Q)값은 0.005mo;% Bi$_{2}$ $O_{3}$가 첨가된 시편에서 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. 자기저항은 초유자율과 반비례의 관계를 나타내었다. 실험의 결과 첨가물에 의한 소결특성은 액상형성에 의하여 고른 입자성장을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 0.01mol% V$_{2}$ $O_{5}$를 첨가한 시편이 가장 우수한 자기특성을 나타내고 있음을 확인하였다.

This thesis has studied the magnetic sensing function by using an amorphous magnetic ribbon which has a zero-magnetostrictive composition its magnetic properties through the annealing technique in the demagnetization were measured in the magnetic field. We used a sample of composition (Fe0.06Co0.94)79Si2B19 with a thickness, length and width were 12㎛, 5㎝ and 2.5㎜, As a result of measuring the hysteresis curve of the sample which was examined inducing the pinning site of magnetization filed, the sample which was carried out the two annealing step shows that the LBJ(Large Barkhausen Jump) effect was confirmed at the reversal magnetization field Hw of 0.5 Oe and observed by the variation of the magnetic domain with the process of magnetization. And the sample with was used in this experiment was confirmed to have a magnetic sensing function.
Ni-Zn 페라이트의 透磁率과 磁氣抵抗에 미치는 添加物의 影響

This paper is studied on the effects of additive of permeability and magnetic reluctance of Ni-Zn ferrites. Ni-Zn ferrites was composed of 20mo1% NiO, 30mo1% ZnO, 50mo1% Fe₂O₃, and 0.0025n1o1%, 0.005mo1%, 0.01 mol% ??, Bi₂O₃, ?? were used as minor additive Sintering was carried oui at 1100℃. As results from the experiments, the initial permeability was proportional inversely to magnetic reluctance. It was observed that the better magnetic properties of initial permeability anti magnetic reluctance could be achieved by the additive ??.
페라이트의 $\mu$-T 특성측정을 위한 다중계측시스템에 관한 연구

본 논문은 페라이트의 온도특성을 측정하기 위한 다중측정시스템의 설계에 관하여 연구한 것이다. 본 시스템은 전기로의 온도를 제어하기 위한 열전대 콘트롤러, 릴레이 동작을 제어하기 위한 릴레이 콘트롤러 및 릴레이를 구동시키기 위한 스윗칭부, 그리고 GPIB를 이용한 LCR메터 제어부와 이들을 마이크로 컴퓨터와 통신하기 버스 라인으로 구성하였다. 열전대 콘트롤러와 릴레이 콘트롤러는 8255A(Intel LSI)를 주로 이용하여 설계하였으며 릴레이로는 고주파용 릴레이를 사용하여 스윗칭 트랜지스터로 구동시키는 방법을 택하였다. 그리고 LCR-메터에는 GPIB(AD50488)보드를 사용하였다. 측정시료로서는 복합첨가제방식에 의하여 제작된 Mn-Zn-Fe계 페라이트의 시편을 사용하였으며 시료의 특성측정은 자체 제작한 자동계측시스템을 이용하여 분석하였다. 측정결과 온도보상점 T$_{o}$ 와 큐리온도 T$_{c}$ 바로 아래에서 투자율의 급격한 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 특성의 계측에 있어서 일관성이 있고 정확한 자료를 얻을 수 있었으며 따라서 본 시스템이 인터페이스와 컴퓨터 사이의 연결성이 좋은 자동다중계측시스템으로 활용 할 수 있음을 확인한다.

In this thesis, we fabricate a zero-magnetostrictive amorphous ribbon, measure the impedance effect, and then investigate possibility to be used as a sensor material. Co72.5Fe5.5MoB15Si5 is used as composition of specimen alloy. We first melt the specimen in high frequency induction furnace and then rapidly quench it by using single roll technique. As the result, we obtain a ribbon where length=93㎜, thickness=12㎛ and width=1㎜. Consequently, it is proved through this study that zero-magnetostrictive amorphous ribbon can be used as an excellent magnetic sensor material.

This thesis has studied the magnetoresistance effects of zero magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic films. First, we selected ?? to have optimal composition of zero amorphous magnetic films. The films were fabricated by a sputtering method at high frequency. After we annealed the films in a about 150[Oe] of magnetic field and in the temperature (320℃/30min) in order to relive the internal stress and to derive the magnetoanisotropic. Then, we investigated the magnetic properties and magnetoresistance effects under external magnetic field. As the results we found excellent magnetic characteristics(μ=3,380[H/m]) and magnetorestitance changingrate(1.76[%/Oe]). Consequently, as a result of relations of managnetoresistance changing rate to external magnetic field and magnetic properies, we find that the zero magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic film can be used as a magnetic sensor material.
