        O2O 서비스스케이프와 고객행동과의 관계

        Online to offline(O2O) commerce is an emerging new business model combining online shopping and offline transactions. Based on servicescape and motivation theory, this research conducted an exploratory study to explore consumers’ behavioral in the O2O business context. This study aims to describe the nature of O2O servicescapes and investigate the relationships among perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and continuous use intention. A total of 103 responses were collected from Koreans consumers using online- offline based questionnaires. SPSS and partial least square(PLS) were used to analyze the collected data. The results indicated that confirmation of O2O servicescape was positively related to both motivations such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and continuous use intention. The results may provide further insights into O2O services business.

        디지털 컨버전스 시대의 메타버스 사용의도 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, metaverse is drawing attention as an innovative service that will lead a new era. The metaverse is a world where reality and virtuality interact and co-evolve. And within it, social, cultural and economic activities take place to create value. The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship among metaverse characteristic, perceived benefits, perceived sacrifices, perceived value, and intention to use. The value-based adoption model(VAM) was used to identify factors affecting the use of the metaverse and to analyze the causal relationship among these factors. The proposed research model and hypothesis were validated through a PLS structural equation analysis with 304 survey results. The results showed that metaverse characteristics were found to have a positive effect on perceived benefits. On the other hand, it was found to have a negative effect on the technical effort among perceived sacrifice. Second, it was confirmed that perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure had a positive effect on perceived value, and technical effort had a negative effect on perceived value. Finally, perceived value have influences on intention to use.

        공급사슬환경에서의 공급사슬 비전공유, 정보통합 및 민첩성 그리고 성과 간의 구조적 관계

        In modern a business environment, competition is no longer between firms, but between supply chains. The supply chain has complex and dynamic features. It is necessary to analyze the structured influence of strategy, structure, and performance in the supply chain environment. This study investigates the supply chain vision sharing with supply chain partners to affect supply chain information integration, agility, and strategic supply chain performance. Data was collected from supply chain executives of 116 Korea manufacturing firms based on the survey. This study shows four main results. First, in the supply chain environment, supply chain vision sharing has a significant impact on the supply chain information integration. Second, supply chain information integration(information technology, information sharing) has a positive effect on supply chain agility. Third, the results indicate that enhanced supply chain agility has positive impacts on the supply chain strategic performance. Finally, this research contributes to theory development and managerial practice by exploring the complex relationship between supply chain vision sharing, supply chain information integration, supply chain agility, and strategic performance.

        유통산업의 효율적인 머천다이징 정보관리시스템(MIMS) 구축 사례 연구

        The introduction of computerized technology into the distribution industry environment (from production oriented and customer oriented) over the past two decades has resulted in new opportunities for retail company. There has been an explosion in the availability of information and computing ability in retail management that has led to new desire on the parts of merchanding processes. The purpose of this study is to consider practical and research challenges for implementing Merchandising Information Management System (MIMS). It is for retail merchanding of information (distribution, display, price, promotion etc.) in retail markets. MIMS provides the integrated services for retail vendors to manage operations within stores and across the business. This case study is expected practical help to the practitioners who are planning and executing the MIMS implementation for the retail merchandising in distribution industry.

        방송통신융합서비스에 대한 Dual Model 기반 사용자 수용에 관한 실증연구

        IPTV Service is one of representative services in digital convergence, as a convergent service between broadcasting and telecommunication, which provides interactive broadcasting service with multimedia contents using superhighway network, such as realtime television, game, video on demand, t-commerce, and so on. According to continuous increase in the number of subscribers of IPTV service, IPTV providers recognize the importance of competitive strategy and marketing strategy to acquire and retain customers through public relations and advertising. Many studies conducted to research on behavioral intention to use IPTV service, however, it is poor and few research to understand customer"s behavior to adopt and continuous intention to use IPTV service. This study examines the relationship between influencing factors and customer"s continuous intention to use IPTV service, based on a dual model with dedication and constraint. Also, we intend to improve the explanation power of the research model, using the perceived benefit and perceived sacrifice of value-based theory, as antecedents. This study provides an insight to see real phenomenon by identifying a dual model with dedicated-based outcomes and constraint-based outcomes, and suggests also marketing activity and strategy for IPTV providers to understand consumer"s need and want of IPTV service through empirical results.

        스마트폰 애플리케이션의 지각된 가치와 채택의도에 관한 연구

        Recently, one of the biggest issues is the smartphone in the mobile world. Because the smartphone which not only voice service involves as general mobile calling, but also data service provides a variety of online services, such as communications, entertainment, Internet, games, and so on, it is accommodating a lot of changes in both personal life and value. Although there were many studies to be conducted about the user acceptance and behavioral intention of mobile device-related, a study about the user acceptance and adoption behavior of the smartphone which is providing various service is still lacking. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between smartphone applications and value-based adoption intentions of them. And personal innovativeness in the domain of IS helps identify individuals who are likely to intention to use IS innovations earlier than others. As deriving social influence, differentiation of applications and perceived enjoyment, perceived value, personal innovativeness as a perceived factor based on the mobile phone-related research. The findings reveal that consumers’perception of the value of smartphone application is a principal determinant of intention to adopt. Furthermore, the personal innovativeness shows its moderating effects on the perceived value model.

        공급사슬 성과 향상을 위한 가상통합에 관한 연구

        Virtual integration is a key to successful implementation of a collaborative system to enhance supply chain visibility and flexibility. Virtual integration represents the replacement of ownership with partnership by integrating a set of vendor’s supply chain process through IT(information technology) for improving supply chin performance. This research develops two constructs of virtual integration(collaborative process planning & control and collaborative operation execution) and tests the relationships between dynamic transaction environment and supply chain performance(operational performance, strategic performance). The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of improving supply chain performance from the perspective of vendor companies. The results of this study show that vendors tend to deploy virtual integration when demand uncertainty is low and complexity of the product component is low. The second-order factor of virtual integration also is positively related to supply chain performance.

      • 스마트폰 보안 위협에 따른 사용자 중심의 대응방법 동향

        스마트폰의 보급률이 높아지고 많은 업무가 PC에서 스마트폰으로 옮겨 가면서 개인신상정보, 금융 정보와 같은 중요한 정보들도 함께 옮겨가고 있다. 최근에 이러한 중요한 정보들을 보호하기 위한 스마트폰 보안이 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 스마트폰의 휴대성 덕분에 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 다양한 업무를 수행할 수 있지만, 공격자도 마찬가지로 사용자에게 더욱 접근하기가 쉬워졌으며 스마트폰 사용자는 PC 환경보다 더욱 다양한 취약점에 처하게 되었다. 이러한 다양한 취약점 때문에 스마트폰을 겨냥한 다양한 종류의 공격 방법들이 생겨나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 보안 위협으로써 네트워크, 악성코드, 훔쳐보기 공격 등의 위협이 개인정보 유출이나 금전적 손실과 같은 직접적인 피해로 이루어지기 쉬우므로 해당 위협들에 대해 설명하고, 해당 위협을 완화하거나 회피할 수 있는 사용자 중심적인 최신 기술 동향을 소개한다.

        소셜미디어를 활용한 행정정보서비스의 사용의도에 관한 연구

        Social media applications have become acceptable information, service and communication channels in the Smart Government or Open Government during the last four or five years. Social media practice in the public sector include the use of online social networking services, such as Facebook, Twitter, blogs or other digital media sharing sites to support the organization’s mission, service delivery, as well as issue and relationship management with the public. The purpose of this study is to construct an instrument to evaluate information service quality of administrative agencies and have a further discussion of the relationships among information service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived value and intention to use with moderating effect of personal innovativeness to the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived value and intention to use. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) administrative information service quality positively influences both perceived usefulness and perceived value; (2) perceived usefulness positively influences both perceived value and intention to use; (3) perceived value positively influences intention to use; (4) personal innovativeness has moderating effect on the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived value and intention to use. The findings demonstrate that user’s perception of the value of administrative information services using social media is a principal determinant of intention to use and the other beliefs are mediated through perceived value and ability to use social media of users are positively related to personal innovativeness.
