        가정폭력의 실태와 대책 -전남 동부지역을 중심으로-

        Recently domestic violence has increased drastically and it is not only reflecting violence of the society but also causing reproduction and a vicious circle as an education ground of force at home. However, compared with its seriousness, the policy countermeasures which have been taken to find out realities and causes and to deal with problems are still unsatisfactory. Therefore, through comparative review, needs of comprehensive and systematic study in relation to realities and measures against domestic violence as a human right have been raised. This research is conducted this way as follows. First, compare the actual condition of domestic violence and dynamic structure with social characteristic. Second, weigh legal and institutional issues against domestic abuse comprehensively. Third, from these, draw similarities and differences of family violence and explore legal and systematic measures for its prevention in multilateral ways tailored to our society's culture and peculiarities. Through this research it is possible to reflect by both making right perceptional changes toward domestic violence and diagnosing prevalence of values and social and cultural factors which cause domestic abuse related crimes for fostering equal family culture and policymaking. As a human right it is also possible to activate legal, institutional approach and discussion about domestic abuse while using and making long-term preventive strategies, as a result we can fully guarantee fundamental human rights of victims.

        Ultrastructural Characteristics of Three Chenopod Halophytes Lacking Salt Excretion Structures

        Plants maintained in high soil salinity generally develop particular structures to either tolerate or survive such adverse environments. Excretion of excess ions by special salt glands or other similar structures is a wellknown phenomenon for regulating the mineral content of many halophytes. However, the three chenopod halophytes of Suaeda inhabit high saline soils, yet they exhibit no signs of salt excretion structures. The current study has been undertaken to assess the structural attributes of these halophytes to reveal their cellular characteristics during growth in salt tolerance. Transmission and scanning electron microscopy, as well as ion chromatography, have been employed for the study. One of the most noticeable features uncovered was the epidermal cutinization shown to be heavy on the outer epidermis and characterized externally by thick wax plates. Numerous vesicles and membranous invagination in the vacuoles were common features within the mesophyll cytoplasm. Invaginations of the vacuolar and/or plasma membrane frequently formed secondary vacuoles which later became distinct, membranebound compartments. Significant accumulation of solid sodium chloride salts was well demonstrated in the vacuoles of air-dried epidermis. Finally, salt tolerance mechanisms in these Suaeda have been discussed with respect to other halophyte modifications that improve salt tolerance in various ways.

        고출력 배열 송신기용 광대역 타원형 이득 등화기 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we present new structure of wideband parabolic gain equalizer for TWT applied to printed circuit board. The gain equalizer is manufactured by using design variables of transmission line obtained from derived formulae. We compared the test results of two equalizers(reference equalizer and our equalizer). From that, we confirmed the validity of presented method. The presented equalizer is 1/3 times lighter, 1/2.7 times smaller and 1/10 times chipper than those of reference equalizer(Inmet company), respectively.

        과실범에 있어서 복수의 주의의무와 실행행위의 특정 - 병존과실설(竝存過失說)에 대한 직근과실설(直近過失說)의 관점에서 -

        When many duties of care exist to the result generated through negligence, it can become a problem whether formation of criminal negligence should be discussed on the basis of the whole or it should be based only on the duty of care which played the decisive role out of it. If the former is called coexistence negligence theory, the latter can be called latest negligence theory. This can say that it is a specific problem of the act of committing a crime of criminal negligence. That is, it is necessary to connect the general and abstract whole duty of care to the result in authorization of criminal negligence, but to choose a duty of care required in order to avoid a result in a concrete case, and important, and to discuss it as an act of committing a crime of the criminal negligence of that. And I think that the latest negligence is appropriate as a method of specifying the act of committing a crime. From such a viewpoint, the aspect of many duties of care was divided and explained for every type, the example of a trial was compared, and the validity of the latest negligence theory was examined. 하나의 과실적 결과와 관련된 주의의무가 복수로 존재하는 경우 그 전체를 기준으로 과실범의 성립 여부를 논할 것인가 아니면 그 중 결정적으로 결과와 직접적이고 결정적인 주의의무만을 기준으로 할 것인가가 문제될 수 있다. 전자를 병존과실설이라고 하고 후자는 직근과실설(단계적 과실론)이라고 할 수 있는데 이것은 결국 과실범의 실행행위의 특정의 문제라고 할 수 있다. 즉 과실범을 인정함에 있어서 일반적이고 추상적인 주의의무 전체를 통틀어 결과와 관련시키는 것이 아니라 구체적 사안에서 결과를 회피함에 필요한 중요하고 직접적인 주의의무위반의 내용이 무엇인가를 검토한 후 단지 결과와 분리될 수 있는 주변사정에 불과하거나 간접적 유발원인에 불과한 것은 과실범의 실행행위에서 배제하고 당해 결과에 있어서 직접적인 위험성을 띤 주의의무위반행위만이 당해 사안의 구체적 주의의무위반으로서 실행행위가 되는 것이고 그 실행행위를 특정하는 방법상 직근과실설이 타당하다고 본다. 이러한 관점에서 주의의무가 2개 이상 존재하는 복수의 주의의무의 양태를 유형별로 구분하여 판례를 예로 하여 직근과실설의 타당성을 검토하였다.

        Structural Differentiation of Photosynthetic Tissue in Kranz Anatomy of Salsola Species

        Salsoloid Kranz구조를 지닌 다육질성의 Salsola komaravii의 두 단계 잎의 광합성 엽육조직에 대하여 LM 및 TEM에 의한 구조적 분화발달 양상을 연구하였다. 수분저장조직을 둘러싸는 내부 유관속세포층 및 외부 엽육세포층으로 구성된 두 층의 광합성조직은 어린 잎에서는 연결되어 발달하나 성숙한 잎에서는 불연속적으로 발달하였다. 중앙의 유관속 외 다수의 미세맥들은 대개 내부 유관속세포층과 접하여 형성되며 발달초기에는 이 두 세포층의 구조적 차이는 뚜렷하지 많았다. 이들 엽육조직이 신장 발달하면 franz구조 내 내부 유관속 세포층과 외부 엽육세포층은 세포형태, 세포소기관의 분포, 엽록체의 내부 특성, 세포벽의 비후, 원형질연락사의 발달양상 등에서 현저한 차이를 보이며 구조적으로 분화하였다. 특히 이들이 지닌 엽록체의 미세구조 및 원형질 연락사 등의 특성은 생화학적으로 알려진 NADP-ME 유형과 거의 일치하였다. 이들은 세포특이성을 나타내는 C-4 광합성 효소의 발현양상을 조사하는 세포 면역화학법과 접목되어 연구될 것이다. Leaves of two developmental stages of Salsola species, young and mature, were examined to reveal the structural and functional relationships in the photosynthetic tissue using anatomical and ultrastructural criteria. Both young and mature leaves had Kranz anatomy of the Salsolid type with two layers of chlorenchyma on the leaf periphery: an outer layer of palisade mesophyll cells and an inner layer of compact bundle sheath cells with centripetally arranged organelles. The chlorenchyma was continuous in young leaves , while it was discontinuous in mature leaves. The main vascular bundle occupied the central position in the leaf. but the small peripheral vascular bundles were in contact with the chlorenchyma. Structural dimorphism of chloroplasts was obvious in bundle sheath cells of mature leaves exhibiting noticeable grana reduction, whereas mesophyll cell chloroplasts had well developed grana in all cases. Plasmodesmata were less numerous and rather simple in young leaves relative to well-developed secondary plasmodesmata of the later stage. According to the current data, features of two stages of Salsola leaves corresponded to NADP-ME bio-chemical subtype on the basis of photosynthetic cell ultrastructure. Implications of developing such anatomical and ultrastructural data of Sulsola species and biochemical characteristics reported in other C-4 species have been discussed.
