This study played a purpose of study to present a plan for efficiency of Taekwondo administration through literature study and reward investigation etc.There is Kukkiwon, Korea Taekwondo Association and the World Taekwondo Federation have an organization carrying out Taekwondo administration.Do some overlapping function, and three these organizations are carrying each separate functional role and authority and duty of basically each different character.The Kukkiwon is a mental basis of Taekwondo that is working to total a head of Korean Taekwondo.Be the first administrative organizations, and Korea Taekwondo Association has character as a match group related to Taekwondo.The World Taekwondo Federation is an international organization of Taekwondo.But, the administrative problem of a Taekwondo total the administrative device which can collect enough an opinion of general Taekwondo people was not to each organizations.Therefore, have to add rationally democracy anger about administration currently-oriented efficiency in Taekwondo administration in order to solve a problem.Specially, allow a space participating in on the decision making process, and must introduce a democracy sincerity principle about substratum Taekwondo people about the executives.

A Double-bent Planar Leaf Flexure Guide for a Nano-scanner: Experimental Report

We describe an experimental study on the double-bent leaf flexure-guided nano-scanner introducedin a previous paper [J. Korean Phy. Soc. 57, 1581 (2010)]. The optimally-designed nanoscannerwas fabricated. Its performances were verified using a finite element analysis (FEA). Thenano-scanner is actuated by a voice coil motor. Its characteristics were measured with a laserinterferometer. The first resonant frequency is calculated as 17.1 Hz. The performances of thenano-scanner, including sine tracking capability, a multi-step response, and range of travel checkwere evaluated using various experimental procedures. Test results reveal that the scanner traveledover a 4.0 mm range and had good nano-precision (4 nm).

The following Conclusions were extracted from the test adopted to the 440 Tae kwon do athletes(male:280, female:160) in order to examine the need traits. 1. The need traits of all Tae kwon do athletes tend to get not ondy in need for affiliation in association with affiliation, companionship but in need for achievement. However, they tend to be week in need for aggression and dominance. 2. The need traits between male athletes and female athletes by academic career. ① Male players in the high school show higher score in need for affection than female player. On the other hand, female players in the high school show higher score in affiliation and lower score in sex. ② Male player in the college show higher score in need for achievement and low scoe for aggression, female player in the college show high score in need for abasement and lower scoe for aggression. ③ The need traits by sex. Male players show higher score only in need for demenstration. However, female player show high score in all variables. ④ Correlationship between each variables. Middle school male player show high correlation between emotionality and abasement. Female player show high correlation between dominance and demonstation. College male player show high correlation between affiliation and abasement, emotionality and abasement, Exhibition abasement and sex and abasement, emotionality and exhibition. College female player show high correlation between achievement and dominance, affiliation and dominance and exhibition, and aggression and sex, and dominance.

The purpose of this study wae to examine the existing problems and essential factors in every areas for the vitaligation of Taekwondo. The vitaligation of Taekwondo requires all Taekwondo leaders to build the historical theoretical basis of Taekwondo. Under the basis the new educational program should be developed and applied to Taekwondo trainee. The facilities and mnanagemental system should be also reevaluated and provided.

Effect of Silk Fibroin Hydrolysate on the Apoptosis of MCF-7 human Breast Cancer Cells

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women worldwide. Recentlyanticancer agents have been developed using natural substances. To evaluate the anticancereffect of hydrolysates of silk fibroin (HSF), we investigated the effect of HSF on cell viability andapoptosis of a breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, induced through the mitochondrial pathway. Theresult showed that HSF decreased cell viability in MCF-7 cells in a dose- and time-dependentmanner, resulting in an increase in the sub-G1 phase cell population. HSF increased the levelof the pro-apoptotic Bax protein and decreased the levels of the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein. Inaddition, HSF induced apoptosis in MCF-7 cells through a mitochondria-dependent pathwayby increasing levels of cytochtome c, and cleavage of PARP. Taken together, these findingssuggest that HSF inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells through a mitochondriaand caspase dependent apoptotic pathway.

세계 女子 跆拳道 選手들의 體型 및 身體構成에 關한 硏究 : 제2회 세계 태권도 여자 선수권대회에 참가한 선수중심으로

Forty seven Teakwondo athletes participating the 2nd female World Tae Kwon Do Championship game were studied in an attempt to determine the somatotype and body composition. The subjects include 8 Korean, 8 U.S.A., 6 Egyptian, 8 Spanish, 6 Australian, 8 Canadian, and 3 Brazilian. In the somatotype following results were concluded ; Korean, Spanish, Australian, Canadian, and Brazilian athletes were revealed as endomorphic-mesomorph. U.S.A. athletes were as mesomorphic-endomorphy, and Egyptian athletes were as ectomorphic-endmorphy. In the % fat the results were as follows ; Australia athletes with 13.15 ±3.23% ; Brazil athletes with 13.77 ±0.37% ; Canada athletes with 14.25 ±3.58% ; Spain athletes with 14.52 ±5.20 ; Korea athletes with 15.7 ±3.43% ; Egypt athletes 15.95 ±4.34 ; and U.S.A. athletes with 16.67 ±3.25%. In the absolute body fat the results were as follows ; Australia athletes with 7.42 ±3.25kg ; Brazil athletes with 7.5 ±1.28kg ; Canada athletes with 8.43 ±3.38kg ; Spain athletes with 8.7 ±4.65kg ; Korea athletes with 9.43 ±3.51kg : U.S.A. athletes with 10.08 ±3.55kg ; and Egypt athletes with 10.36 ±3.79kg. In the correlation relative of somatotype and body composition the results were as follows ; the correlation coefficient between endomorphy and body density, % fat, and absolute fat was shown highly significant, whereas the correlation coefficient between endomorphy and fat free weight was not significant. ; the correlation coefficient between mesomorphy and body density, % body fat, absolute fat, and fat free weight was shown no significant. ; the correlation coefficient between ectomorphy and body density, % body fat, absolute fat, and fat free weight was not significant.

This article describes a LED illumination infrastructure for ubiquitous society based on the Visible Light Communication technology. The VLC is one of the advanced communication system using “Visible Light”. The VLC system has a lot of advantageous features and can be used in various places for the next future generation. So, we analyzed ubiquitous service model based on the VLC system and some applications. And we renewed discussion about LED illumination infrastructure for u-Society.
