        스포츠관광객의 라이프스타일을 통한 지각된 가치가 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 급속하게 확대되고 있는 스포츠관광객의 라이프스타일을 통한 지각된 가치가 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 그 결과를 통해 효과적인 스포츠관광지의 서비스 전략·개선 및 관리·활용방안에 대한 의미 있는 시사점을 제시하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 2006년 스포츠관광 참여자 중 만 20세 이상 60세 미만 경험자 및 동호인을 모집단으로 설정하고 표집방법은 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 스포츠관광 유형별로 골프관광객, 동계스포츠관광객, 해양스포츠관광객, 수상스포츠관광객, 항공스포츠관광객 각 200명씩 총 1,000명을 표집대상으로 하였다. 회수된 설문 가운데 응답성이 불성실하거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 22명의 자료를 제외한 총 978(97.8%)명의 설문지를 유효 표본으로 하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 인구통계학적 특성 및 스포츠관광 유형 파악을 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 타당도 검사를 위하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고, 신뢰도 분석을 위하여 Cronbach``s α를 산출하였으며, 스포츠관광객의 라이프스타일을 통한 지각된 가치가 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05 수준에서 검증하였다. 이상과 같은 연구 방법에 따라 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠관광객들의 성취주의, 자기중심 라이프스타일을 가지고 있는 관광객들은 감정적, 획득적, 금전적, 사회적 가치 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경험주의 라이프스타일은 금전적 가치, 경쟁주의 라이프스타일은 사회적 가치에서만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠관광객들의 성취주의, 자기중심, 경쟁주의, 경험주의 라이프스타일 모두 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠관광객들의 감정적, 획득적, 금전적, 사회적 가치 모두 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The population of the study includes those who participated in sports tourism and those who were the members of sports tourism clubs in 2006 aged between 20 and 60. Using convenience sampling, one of the non-probability sampling methods, total 1,000 subjects were sampled consisting of 200 each in the categories of sports tourism, which include golf tourists, winter sports tourists, marine sports tourists, water sports tourists, and air sports tourists. Among the collected questionnaires, 22 were excluded from the study due to insincere answers or partially omitted responses. As a result, total 978 questionnaires(97.8%) were used in the study as valid samples. The collected data were treated with the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. And frequency analysis was conducted to examine the demographic characteristics and the categories of sports tourism. Exploratory factor analysis was carried out to test the validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach``s α was obtained for reliability analysis. And multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the impacts of sports tourists`` values perceived through lifestyles on their customer satisfaction. And the statistical significance level was set at p<.05. Those research methods resulted in the following conclusions: First, the sports tourists with the achievement-oriented and self-oriented lifestyle all had significant impacts on the emotional, acquisitive, monetary, and social values. And their experiential lifestyle and competition-oriented lifestyle had significant influences only on the monetary values and social values, respectively. Second, the achievement-oriented, self-oriented, competition-oriented, and experiential lifestyle of the sports tourists all had significant influences on their customer satisfaction. And third, the emotional, acquisitive, monetary, and social values of the sports tourists all also had significant impacts on their customer satisfaction. In short, it``s suggested that the image, environment, and service level of sports tourism destinations can be improved by making use of the values that sports tourists feel according to their lifestyles. It``s also required to manage them in a scientific and systematic manner to attract and maintain more tourists. The segmented service of lifestyles should be provided to meet the diverse needs and demands of sports tourists. It will help increase sales, improve management, solve customer issues, enhance the image, and attract more diverse tourists.

        해양스포츠관광자의 관광동기가 선택속성 및 관광만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of tourism satisfaction on tourism motivation and selection attributes in marine sports tourist. There were three research questions; first the tourism motivation of marine sports tourist will have an effect on selection attributes, second, the tourism motivation of marine sports tourist will have an effect on tourism satisfaction, third, the selection attributes of marine sports tourist will have an effect on tourism satisfaction. The subjects of this study were selected by marine sports tourism participation in Kangwon-do. The final 282 responses collected by convenience sampling method, were used in the data analysis procedure. The questionnaire for the formalization factor of tourism motivation by Kim (20l0), the questionnaire for the formalization factor of selection attributes by Kim(2004), and the questionnaire for the formalization factor of tourism satisfaction by Ha(2005). The statistical methods such as reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: First, the tourism motivation of marine sports tourist were influence positive tourism selection attributes. Second, the tourism motivation of marine sports tourist was influence positive tourism satisfaction. Third, the selection attributes of marine sports tourist were influence positive tourism satisfaction.

        Sports and Geography: Exploration for Spatial Approach

        Purpose: Sports is an activity created by human beings and is related with natural and human environments, and it is a physical activity which inherently interacts with geographical properties. With the above views, it is clear that sports reflect human culture and physical environment, which are closely related to places or spaces in terms of origin, propagation and diffusion, or geography in a broader sense. This study explored the relationships between sporting activities and geography with an environmental view. Research design, data, and methodology: The study employed qualitative methodology to review the association between sport and geographical perspective. The study reviewed the broad documents including journals, periodicals, reports and so forth. Results: First, since its inception in the 1960s, research on sports geography has been steadily studied in many international geography and non-geographic research journals. Second, it reflects the distinct characteristics of the relationship between sports and geography (relationship with physical geography and humanities). Third, as a spatial approach to sports, it is the place of sports, globalization of sports, and the tourist attraction of sports. Conclusion: the findings of this study provides insights for sport geography and could be applied to the current sports industry. Further implications were discussed.

        해양레저 스포츠 활동이 체험요인과 만족도 그리고 재방문에 미치는 영향 - 제주도를 중심으로 -

        제주도의 관광형태를 정적인 관광에서 동적인 관광형태로 변모하려면 천해의 자연환경을 지니고 있는 제주도의 해양레저스포츠가 제일의 선택일 것이다. 그러나 제주도에서의 다양한 국제해양대회를 개최하지만 일반적인 대중을 상대로 한 참여는 저조한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제주도를 방문하는 해양레저스포츠 참여자의 활동요인이 교육적 경험, 사교적 경험, 희락적 경험요인에 어떤 영향을 주며, 이러한 경험적 요인은 만족도와 재방문에 어떤 영향을 주는지와 해양레저스포츠 참여를 방해하는 제약요인은 만족도에 어떤 영향을 주는지 연구모형을 설정하여 검증하고자 하였다. 기존 선행연구를 통하여 F1: 스포츠활동 및 휴식, F2: 교육적 체험, F3: 사교적 체험, F4: 희락적 체험, F5: 제약요인 등 5가지 요인을 추출하여 요인명을 정하였다. 요인분석 결과 항목들의 Cronbach`s α값은 0.721~0.964 사이에 있어 본 연구에서 사용된 모든 변수들은 대체로 내적 일관성이 있는 척도로 볼 수 있다고 판단하였다. 또한 해양레저스포츠 활동은 선행연구의 많은 연구자들이 주장하는 체험적인 효과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이러한 긍정적인 효과는 만족도와 재방문에 높인다는 연구결과를 보여준다. 반면 해양레저스포츠 활동의 제약요인은 만족도 낮추는 연구결과를 보여 제약요인을 어떻게 극복하느냐가 해양레저스포츠 참가자의 중요한 문제로 여겨진다. 마지막으로 성별에 따른 해양레저스포츠 선호도는 남성이 여성에 비해 수영, 윈드서핑, 스킨스쿠버 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 연령별로도 다른 연령대와 달리 40대가 수영, 윈드서핑, 스킨스쿠버 순으로 나타났다. 직업별로는 전문직이 수영, 스킨스쿠버, 윈드서핑 순으로 영업직이 수영, 윈드서핑, 스킨스쿠버순으로 높게 나타났다. This study classified activity factors of participants of marine leisure and sports in Jeju Island, and then built a research model on the effect those factors have on satisfaction and revisit intention. It also studied the effect constraints have on satisfaction, and established and tested 6 hypotheses. Through precedent studies, 5 factors, i.e., F1: sport activity and rest, F2: educational experience, F3: social experience, F4: joyful experience and F5: constraint, were extracted and named. According to factor analysis result items, Cronbach`s α ranged from 0.721 to 0.964, and thus it was judged that all variables used in this study were scales having internal consistency in general. In addition, the results of this study showed that areas where marine leisure and sport activity has an experiential and positive effect was valued highly by researchers who made precedent studies. Also the positive effect tends to increase one`s satisfaction and revisit. On the other hand, this study shows that constraints on marine leisure and sport activity decrease satisfaction. Thus, overcoming constraints is an important issue for participants in marine leisure and sports. Finally, with regard to marine leisure and sport preference according to gender, it was shown that men mostly prefer swimming, followed by windsurfing and skin and scuba diving, which is rather contrasted with women`s preference. Also depending on age, it was shown that people in their forties preferred swimming the most, followed by windsurfing and skin and scuba diving, which was quite different from other age groups. In terms of occupation, it was shown that swimming was most preferred, followed by skin and scuba diving and windsurfing in professionals which goes the same in sale position.

        스포츠체험 요인이 관광만족과 재구매에 미치는 영향

        This study intended look into the influential relationships of sports experience factors on tourism satisfaction and repurchase, and to use the influential relationships as basic materials in forming tourist infrastructure with focus on sports experience, and deducted the results as follows: Sports experience factors in Hypothesis 1, educational attribute, aesthetics and deviance were found to have a positive influence on tourism satisfaction. Sports experience in Hypothesis 2, the factors of educational attributes, amusement, aesthetics, and deviance were found to have a positive influence on re-purchase. What is understood through such results is that sports experience factors is a very important tourism resource to tourists. Particularly, educational attributes and aesthetics make it possible for tourists to access the nature of sports diversely through sports, and to experience something new, possibly enhancing satisfaction with tourism.

        The Effects of Merchandised Sex on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions of Beach Volleyball by Sport Tourists: 2017 FIVB (Federation Internationale de Volleyball) Daegu Women’s Beach Volleyball Exhibition

        The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the perception of sex merchandising affects tourist satisfaction and behavioral intentions of sports tourists in the World Women's Beach volleyball tournament. Tourist satisfaction, revisit, and recommendation were used as dependent variables, whereas the perception of sex merchandising by sports tourists was employed as an independent variable. The frequency, factor, and standard multiple regression analyses were used for the data analysis. The independent variable from the perception of sex merchandising, which has a common effect on tourist satisfaction, revisit, and recommendation, was discomfort. From this result, the organizers and practitioners of the sports event should recognize that satisfaction, revisit, and recommendation intention of tourists will reduce if the women's sexuality in the World Women's Beach volleyball tournament is much highlighted. Inevitability was an independent variable that influences both tourist satisfaction and revisit. This result provides that tourists are either acquiesced or recognized to a certain amount of exposure that female players participate in the tournament. Finally, the implications and limitations of the research were provided, and the sustainable development of this event needs to be academically and practically discussed.

        중국 레저스포츠 산업발전에 따른 방한 중국인 해양레저 관광객 유치 방안 연구

        The tourism industry, which has been stagnated in the era of Corona, is expected to revitalize again. Nowadays in China, marine leisure sports tourism is in the spotlight due to the strengthening of health awareness and the shift from simple shopping as well as sightseeing tour to experiential tourism. Korea, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides, has great growth potential for marine leisure sports. Therefore, this study analyzed the competitiveness and specialized items of marine leisure sports, focusing on Incheon, Busan, and Jeju Island in Korea. In addition, by identifying the characteristics of Chinese tourists, an integrated tourism package model that combines the strengths of shopping, high IT, infrastructure, and cultural level was presented to develop marine leisure tourism products for each research region. As a pilot study, the novel feature of this research is to analyze the development direction of the Korean marine leisure sports tourism industry in line with the new needs and consumption patterns of Chinese tourists.

        This study is with regard to the actual conditions and the characteristics of Korea Marine Leisure Sports Tourist Resort. As the result of considering and studying it. we have given the following suggestions.Firstly, The development of Unit-Typed Complex Resort centering around the Marine Sports is urgent.Secondly, The extreme breakdown of environment must be restricted.Thirdly, The development having the marine and inland natural connection must be done.Fourthly, We Provide for the investment finances through the various method.Fifthly, We require the modemization of facilities for the fresher and clearer marine tourism and creation of leisure activities, and must be followed by the development of the regular marine and boarding facilities as like the marine hotel.Sixthly, It is regarded as which it will require the variety of marine event to which makes many persons to visit through many quantities of various event.If the setting-up and the preservation of facilities specialized in various marine tourist resort as like the marine aquarium, seashore observation, submarine botanical garden and submarine Zoological & Botanical Pavilion is followed, the Korean Marine Tourist Resort is thought to be promoted as the competitive marine tourist merchandise together with the marine leisure sports.

        스포츠관광객의 위험지각에 대한 척도개발

        이 연구는 스포츠관광에 참가하는 관광객이 인지하는 위험지각을 진단하는 척도를 개발하고, 타당도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 조사도구는 이경환(2000)이 사용한 여행상품 구매 선택 시 지각하게 되는 위험지각을 스포츠관광객에 적용할 수 있도록 문항을 축소, 변경하였으며, 스포츠관광에 참여한 총 597명의 자료가 분석의 대상이 되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver. 14.0과 Amos 6.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 각 문항의 평균과 표준편차, 각 문항과 전체문항과의 상관관계, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 그리고 모수추정치의 타당성 및 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 총 12문항을 포함하는 4개의 요인구조(신체적위험, 지역적 위험, 서비스 위험, 시설 위험)의 적합성이 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 분석과정에서 나타난 결과는 논의 과정에서 선행연구와 비교를 통해 나타내었으며, 후속 연구의 방향 및 향후과제를 제언을 통해 제시하였다. The purpose of the study was to develop standards diagnosing perception of danger that tourists participating in sport tourism recognized and to verify its validity. To apply perception of risk recognized at the time of choosing purchase of travel goods used by Lee (2000), the study reduced and changed their items. The study analyzed data of total 597 persons participating in sports tourism. The study tested average and standard deviation of each item, correlation between each item and total items, exploratory parameter analysis, confirmative parameter analysis, validity of parameter estimate and statistic significance. As the result of analysis, it was verified that compatibility of four parameter structures (Physical risk, regional risk, service risk and facility risk) including total 12 items was valid. The study appeared the results in the process of analysis by comparing with the preceding researches in the process of discussion and proposed the succeeding researches and assignments in the future.

        Stimulus-Organism-Response 이론을 활용한 스포츠관광객들의 행동 모델 분석: 2019 충주 세계무예마스터십을 중심으로

        본 연구는 자극(stimulus) - 개체(organism) - 반응(response) 이론을 활용하여 스포츠관광객들의 기억할만한 관광 경험(MTEs), 긍정적 감정, 만족도, 관광지 충성도 간의 구조적 관계 및 긍정적 감정의 매개효과를 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019충주 세계무예마스터십에 방문한 관광객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 통해 빈도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 제안된 가설을 검증하였다. 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, MTEs는 긍정적 감정과 관광지 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 긍정적 감정은 만족도와 관광지 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정적 감정은 MTEs와 만족도 간 경로에서 완전 매개효과 그리고 MTEs와 관광지 충성도 간 경로에서는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 스포츠관광객들의 MTEs와 긍정적 감정을 증대시키기 위해 다양한 체험 프로그램 제공, 각종 이벤트, 전시회개최 그리고 사전에 교육된 자원봉사자들을 주요 경기장, 기차역, 버스터미널에 배치시켜야 할 것이다. The purpose of this paper was to explore the structural relationships between memorable tourism experiences(MTEs), positive emotions, tourist satisfaction, and destination loyalty. For achieving the purpose of this article, the current study surveyed tourists visiting 2019 Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships. A total of seven hypotheses were verified using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistics. The results were follows. First, MTEs had a positive effect on positive emotions and destination loyalty but had not a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Second, positive emotions had a positive effect on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Third, positive emotions fully mediated the path between MTEs and tourist satisfaction, and partially mediated the relation between MTEs and destination loyalty. Thus, to improve MTEs and positive emotions, destination managers should offer various experience programs, events and exhibitions, and place well-educated volunteers at stadiums, main train station and bus terminal.
