자연치유력 회복을 위한 에너지테라피가 중년기 성인의 기독교 영성 생활 증진에 미치는 효과: 기도 생활 및 대인관계를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to confirm how energy therapy, which regulates the energy flow of the human body, can improve the spiritual life of middle-aged Christians. To this end, from January 7 to March 11, 2022, a hands-on study was conducted on 30 people applying energy therapy once a week. The collected data were analyzed for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and mean differences through the corresponding sample t-test using the SPSS 26 statistical program. In order to confirm the effect of promoting spiritual life by energy therapy, prayer life, interpersonal relationships, and subjective health awareness items were analyzed as questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, prayer life and interpersonal relationship (communication, friendliness, openness) were significantly improved through energy therapy, and subjective health awareness (sleep, excretion, and digestion) were also improved. These results reveal that the physical health and spiritual life of the human are related to each other, and can be seen as a result of enhancing the natural healing power of the human body by facilitating the flow of blocked and disproportionate energy in the human body through energy therapy. The significance of this study is that it suggested a way to improve the spiritual life of Christians exposed to middle-age stresses through control of the human body’s physical health. The study confirms that it is important to smooth the overall energy flow of the body before relying on specific foods or drugs for physical health. In this respect, this study is considered to be basic data for those who want to promote preventive medicine and Christian spiritual life. 본 연구의 목적은 인체의 에너지(氣) 흐름을 조절하는 에너지테라피가 중년기 기독교인의 영성생활 증진에 어떤 효과가 있는지를 확인하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 1월 7일에서 3월 11일까지 30명을 대상으로 1주일에 1회 에너지테라피를 적용한 실습 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석 및 대응 표본 t-test를 통한 평균 차이 등을분석하였다. 에너지테라피에 의한 영성생활 증진 효과를 확인하기 위하여 기도생활, 대인관계, 주관적건강 자각 항목에 대해 설문지로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 에너지테라피 실시를 통해 기도생활, 대인관계(의사소통, 친근감, 개방성) 정도가 유의하게 향상되었고, 주관적건강 자각(수면, 배설, 소화) 역시 향상되었다. 이러한 결과는 인체의 신체적 건강상태와 영성 생활이 서로 연관되어 있음을 밝히는 결과이며, 에너지테라피를 통해 인체에서 막히고 불균형적인 에너지(기혈)의 흐름을 원활하게 하여 인체의 자연치유력을 높인 결과로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 인체의 신체적 건강 조절을 통해 중년기 스트레스에 노출된 기독교인들의 영성생활을 증진 시키는 방안을 제시하였다는 점이다. 또한신체적 건강을 위해 특정한 음식이나 약에 의존하기 이전에 몸의 전체적 에너지 흐름을 원활하게 하는 것이 중요함을 제시하였다는 의의가 있다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 예방의학적 측면과 기독교 영성생활을 증진하려는 이들을 위한 기초 자료가 된다고 본다.

생명과 생태를 위한 에너지전환과 절약 그리고 자립에 대한 윤리적 성찰

All life forms need energy to survive. They get this energy mostly from the food. This energy is circulatory and comparatively stable in the natural state. But human beings are not satisfied with the basic maintenance of life, i.e., the mere survival, in nature by food. So human beings have developed their own culture and technology, which require far more energy than that needed for the basic survival. Today this heavy use of energy have resulted in an unprecedented energy crisis in the history of this planet. However this crisis does not simply cause the problem of energy shortages and depletion, but also the problems of sustainable development and environmental pollution which threaten the survival conditions of all life forms. Therefore in this paper I examine critically how we should live our lives with the energy. For this purpose, first I investigate the energy crisis and its present situation. And then, as the way to cope with that crisis, I examine the various practical problems surrounding energy production and consumption, especially the problems of energy transformation and saving for life and ecosystem. In short, this study focuses on ethical use of energy. 모든 생명체들은 생존을 위해 에너지를 필요로 한다. 이런 에너지는 주로 먹이를 통해서 얻게 된다. 이는 자연 상태에서는 순환적이고 비교적 안정적이다. 그러나인간들은 먹이를 통한 자연에서의 기본적인 생명유지, 즉 생존에 만족하지 않는다. 그래서 인간은 문명과 기술을 발전시켰고 기본적인 생명유지를 위해 필요한 그이상의 에너지를 요구하게 되었다. 그래서 에너지의 과다 사용은 오늘날 에너지위기라는 인류역사상 전례 없는 문제를 야기하게 된다. 그런데 이런 위기는 단순히에너지 부족과 고갈이라는 문제에만 그치는 것이 아니라 생태 및 환경의 오염으로 인한 생명의 위협은 물론인류의 지속가능성 문제와 같은 우리 생존조건의 총체적인 위협을 말하는 것이다. 그래서 여기에서는 에너지와 더불어 우리는 어떻게 사는 것이 바람직한 것인지에대해 비판적으로 검토한다. 그러기 위해 먼저 나는 에너지위기와 그 현황에 대해 살피고 그러한 위기를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 에너지전환의 문제, 에너지 효율향상 방안 및 에너지절약 그리고 자립 및 독립을 위해 우리가 견지해야 하는 삶의 태도 문제 등 에너지 생산과소비를 둘러싸고 제기되는 제반 실천적 문제들, 즉 윤리적 에너지 이용의 문제에 대해 비판적으로 검토한다.

한국자원공학회 국/영문 학술지 출판 논문을 중심으로 살펴본 신재생에너지 기술의 연구 동향

본 연구에서는 (사)한국자원공학회 국/영문 학술지에 출판된 신재생에너지 관련 논문 75편을 조사하여 자원공학 분야에서 진행되어온 신재생에너지 기술에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 학술지에출판된 신재생에너지 관련 논문 수는 지속해서 증가해왔으며, 2006년 이후부터는 지열에너지 뿐만 아니라 다양한 신재생에너지 기술로 연구 주제가 다변화되었다. 출판된 논문을 신재생에너지기술 종류에 따라 분류하면 지열에너지에 관한 논문의 비율이 41%로 가장 높았고, 이어서 이종 신재생에너지 기술 융합(20%), 태양에너지(19%) 순으로 비율이 높게 나타났다. 수소에너지, 이종 신재생에너지 기술 융합, 해양, 바이오, 폐기물 등 기타 재생에너지 분야는 경제/정책에 관한 논문의비율이 높았다.

자연과학에서 바라본 생명전자의 발견과 새로운 문명시대의 시작

인류는 오늘날 우주의 창조와 진화에 대한 매우 체계적이고 설득력 있는 과학적 지식을 갖고 있다. 그 가운데 우주물리학은 우주가어떻게 창조되고 진화되어왔는가를 설명하고 있으며, 이 우주의 구성 요소에 있어서 우리가 지금까지 알고 있는 개념으로 설명 가능한부분은 4%에 불과하고, 나머지 96%는 미지의 존재가 채우는 것으로보고 있다. 그 미지의 존재 96%에서 24%는 암흑물질이라 불리는 것이, 72%는 암흑에너지라 불리는 것이 차지하고 있는 것으로 알려져있다. 그리고 양자물리학은 우리가 세상과 존재를 어떠한 관점으로바라보아야 하는가를 설명해 주고 있다. 즉 모든 대상은 확률적 가능성으로 존재하고, 관찰자의 개입을 통해 현상화되며, 우주의 암흑에너지에 대한 가장 강력한 후보로서 진공의 에너지가 존재하고 있음을 이야기하고 있다. 한편 이승헌 총장은 우주를 가득 채우고 있는에너지로서 생명전자를 이야기하고 있고, 그 생명전자의 실체는 물질의 최소단위들을 이루고 있는 소립자들로서 그 생명전자를 활용하면 인간의 뇌를 활성화시킬 수 있음을 설파해 왔다. 본 논문은 이승헌 총장이 이야기하고 있는 생명전자가 양자물리학에서 이야기하는진공 에너지로부터 무한히 공급될 수 있음을 이야기한다. 그리고 생명전자를 활용하여 뇌를 활성화시킬 수 있다는 이승헌 총장의 이야기를 토대로 할 때, 세상은 이미 마음만 먹는다면 진공의 에너지로부터 발현되는 무한한 생명전자를 활용하여 뇌의 활용 능력을 극대화시킬 수 있는 ‘뇌의 시대’ 즉 ‘정신의 시대’이자 ‘정신문명의 시대’가도래하였음을 본 논문은 이야기한다. 또한 홍익정신의 실현을 최고가치로 하여 뇌활용 능력을 촉진하기 위하여 뇌활용 기술(뇌교육)의창시자이자 최고 전문가인 이승헌 총장의 뇌운영 시스템에 주목하고그 방식을 복사 활용할 필요성에 대해서도 이야기한다. The human race has today the systematic and persuasive knowledge ofcreation and evolution of the universe. Astrophysics especially explainhow the universe is created and evolved. In the structural elements of theuniverse, the part explained by using the concept which we have knownis only 4%, and the remainder 96% is filled with the unknowing being. Today we know that the unknowing being 24% is dark matter, and 72%is dark energy. Meanwhile quantum physics explains how we should seethe world and being. That is, all subjects are being as probable possibilityand are phenomenalized through the intervention of an observer. Alsoquantum physics reveals there is vacuum energy as the strongestcandidate of the dark energy. On the one hand, Ilchi Lee, president of Global Cyber University,asserts that Life Particles full up the universe, and that the noumenon ofLife Particles is just the elementary particle, minimum unit of substance. If so, then this article insists which Life Particles which Ilchi Lee asserts, are able to be supplied eternally from vacuum energy of quantum physics.And Ilchi Lee asserts that we, individuals, are able to activate ourself’sbrain by feeling and using Life Particles, and try to achieve maximum ofthe practical use ability of brain if we are sufficiently supplied with LifeParticles. If his assertion is right, we already meet new civilization age,because today is the age which we can use Life Particles suppliedeternally from vacuum energy if we, individuals, make our choice. Andthe age is the era of new civilization to be characterized by brain use andspirituality. Also, this article insists that copying and using Ilchi Lee’sbrain operating system that puts the best value on Hongik realization, arevery benefit and necessary to promote the practical use ability of brain.

고도성장기 일본에서의 생활의 진보와 에너지소비의 증대

본 연구는 고도성장기 일본에서 일어난 물질적 생활수단의 급격한 변화가 에너지소비에 미친 영향을 검토한 것이다. 고도성장기 신생활의 전시장으로 알려졌던 오사카 센리뉴타운의 자료를 검토해 보면, 1960년대 일본 가정에서는 수십 종의 새로운 생활수단이 매우 짧은 기간에 보급된 사실을 확인할 수 있다. 생활의 진보는 경제성장 속에서 생성된 다수의 임금생활자들부터 새로운 사회체제에 대한 만족감을 이끌어내는 이데올로기이자 시대정신이었으며, 물질적 생활수준의 향상을 통해 실제로 체감된 것이었다. 전기와 가스를 사용하는 생활수단의 양적 증대는 에너지소비량의 급속한 증가를 초래하였다. ‘에너지를 먹는’ 생활체계의 관성은 저가에너지에 대한 끝없는 욕망을 낳았으며, 생활의 진보는 저가에너지의 토대 위에서 성립될 수 있었다. 1960년대는 석유라는 화석에너지의 시대였으며, 오일쇼크 이후 저가에너지에 대한 욕망은 원자력에 대한 필요를 낳았다. 원자력에 대한 환상은 고도성장의 시대정신과 생활문화의 관성에서 비롯된 것이며, 지금도 이 환상은 고도성장의 향수 속에서 지속되고 있다. This study examines how the rapid change in the means of living impacted the energy consumption during the period of high economic growth in Japan. During that time, Senri Newtown was known as a district that exhibited a new way of life. The data shows that, in the 1960s, a significant number of new means of living was introduced to Japanese households in a very short period of time. ‘Progress of Life’ was not simply an exploited ideology or the spirit of the time that manipulated most wage-earners into the new social order, but it also was a reality which people experienced through the improvement of living standards. The quantitative increase of gas- or electricity-operated equipments in everyday life led to a rapid increase in energy consumption. The inertia of ‘energy-eating’ lifestyle brought about a strong desire for low-price energy, through which ‘Progress of Life’ was to be realized. Throughout the 1960s, energy production depended on fossil fuels, yet after experiencing oil shocks in the 1970s, such desire for cheap energy resources was complemented by the potential which nuclear power entailed. The ‘illusion’ of nuclear power stems from the spirit and culture of material progress made in the period of high economic growth, a nostalgia that has lingered on to this day.

相補的 통합적 生命 인식

오늘날 생명과학은 DNA 분자생물학과 신생물학을 포괄하면서 모든 첨단과학기술, 신물리/화학, 복잡 성과학, 정보통신과학의 원리를 생명현상의 기제를 밝히는 연구에 적용하고 있다. 이에 따라 생명에 대한 과학적 생명이론이나 사상은 다양한 과학적 생명패러다임으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나 완전한 생명은 심리물리적 통합체일 뿐 아니라 동시에 정신영적 통합체로서 몸ㆍ氣ㆍ마음ㆍ혼ㆍ영을 모두 갖추어야 한다. 또 이것은 온수준의 온생명氣로 이해되어야 하고 그들 중에 어느 하나라도 빼놓고서는, 그리고 이들 사이의 상호연관적인 상호작용 측면의 올바른 이해가 없이는 생명에 대한 온전한 이해는 불가능한 것이다. 본 연구에서는, 이 시대를 대표하는 통합 사상가인 켄 윌버Ken Wilber의 온수준all-level, 온상한 all-quadrants, 온계통all-line의 AQAL 통합패러다임에 바탕을 두고 생명에 대한 통합방법론적 다원주의적 (Integral Methodological Pluralism)전체적 시각을 회복하는 통합 생명패러다임을 제안하였다. 이에 따라 생명과학과 생명철학과 생명氣學의 생명에 대한 다양한 인식과 해석에 대한 통합적 접근뿐만 아니라 생명 과학적 생명인식과 심층과학적/정신과학적 해석의 생명인식의 상보성 함께 특히 동서양의 생명사상의 상보적 통합을 모색하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 생명에 대한 부분적 시각으로부터 진정한 전체 시각으로의 상보적 통합적 인식이 가능하게 되고, 나아가 앞으로 21세기에 생명이해와 인식에 대한 새 지평을 여는 심층과학적이고 통합적인 생명패러다임의 정초가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Nowadays, the life science encompassing DNA/molecular Biology and new Biology is applying the principles of all the highㆍtech science and technologies including physics and chemistry, complexity science, and tele-communication science to the studies of the investigation of mechanism of life phenomenology. Accordingly, scientific theories or thoughts on life are emerging as various scientific life paradigms of this time. However, the integral life as psycho-physical synthesis as well as mental-spiritual synthesis must comprise the whole levels of body, subtle energy, mind, soul and spirit. Also, this must be understood as integral subtle energy of life, and it may be impossible to have integral understanding of life with missing anyone of the whole levels of life and without comprehensive apprehension of the aspects of interrelationship and interaction between them. In this study, an integral life paradigm that restores integral perspectives based on IMP(Integral Methodological Pluralism) is proposed based on the integral paradigm of AQAL-Matrix meta-theory of Ken Wilber who is one of the leading great thinkers of this time. By following the AQAL-IMP, this study investigates the possibility of complementary integration of the thoughts on life in the East and the West together with the complementarity of the scientific awareness of life as well as the integral approach on the variety of awareness and interpretation of life which may be viewed from life science, life philosophy or subtle energy theory of life, etc. Accordingly, as a result of this study, it may be possible to restore complementary and integral awareness that converts partial perspectives on life to comprehensive whole perspectives on life. Moreover, in the coming era of 21st century, it may be expected that the foundation of the deep scientific integral life paradigm may become possible when opening a new horizon is opened to the understanding and awareness of life.

한국 전통춤의 동양미학적 고찰

This study discussed the aesthetic features of Korean dance appearing in the view of Oriental arts philosophy, the relationship between the artistic spirit of Muja in metaphysical reasons and the large-scale interaction of yin and yang expressed in dancing. Through this expression of dance within Korean dance, the nature of positive & negative, hardness & softness was shown as expression of natural beauty and vitality as all laws of nature exist in cycles. Also, the essence of Korean dance is the arts based on the vitality of nature, which is essentially seeking to express energy in positive & negative, hardness & softness. Therefore, the vitality expressed the beauty of the emotions by showing up Temperance aesthetics and Energy aesthetics through Muja’s artistic spirit of the inner part of the Korean dance and by showing up through the dance movement. Thus, the following is a study of the results of splitting the dance performance based on the characteristics of yin and yang according to the Korean dance performance which divided into Temperance aesthetics of the energy of everyday life and Energy aesthetics of the suppression of energy. First, we looked at the sufferance of the energy of everyday life, a leisurely but morals of minstrels, as opposed to movement and silence. Among the inherent aesthetic features of Korean dance, the restrained beauty of the energy of everyday life is gentle, delicate, and strong breathing between movements. It presents a dance performance that is opposite to Jajinmori and Dongsalpuri rhythm in which strong dynamics are expressed, and it stops flowing like a graceful beauty and a beautiful dance in Gutgeori rhythm. Second, we looked at the energy Aesthetics of the suppression of energy, properties of hardness & softness, which is in harmony through various changes of activity and inactivity that keep moving, jump high and run strong. The beauty of Korean dance awaits a different dimension of change, just as restrained and condensed energy is swirling. The Korean dance shows the beauty of popular arts through dynamic power, as if it is a performance of the spirit with various changes in the fast-driving Jajinmori rhythm.

조명에너지 절약을 위한 근거기반 스마트 홈 서비스 프로세스

This study proposed ideas for saving energy used for lighting devices by utilizing an individual"s record of experiences. This paper regards lifestyles as a key element affecting the lighting energy waste. The core idea of this study is to provide a customized one-to-one lighting device control service using life-log data. The results are as follows. First, the collection method and the information structure of the ‘life-log data’ are defined. Life-log data recorded regarding to "5W 1H" information structure. Second, by utilizing the life-log data as an evidence, it has developed smart home service process; ‘situation awareness’, ‘service determined’, ‘similarity check’, ‘data filtering’, ‘decision making’ and ‘lighting control’. Life-log data analysis methods took into account the CBR and RBR. Third, service journey map illustrated the process of data scheduling as case of life-log data in 24 hours in response to the demands on situational service and chance of energy savings. The significance of this study is in improving the satisfaction of residents and providing appropriate services in circumstances by individually controlling all lighting devices installed inside housing.

Life Cycle based Assessment of Environmental Impacts of External Walls in Residential Buildings

Sustainable development is a complex concept that requires a robust set of tools to assess impacts caused by various processes and products to the environment and socio-economic well-being of society. Buildings throughout their life cycle cause significant impact to the processes of global climate change and depletion of natural resources. To reduce these impacts it is imperative to evaluate environmental influences associated with all the stages of a building's life. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is one of the key and most used models in assessment of environmental performance of materials and processes. The aim of this study is to analyze the whole life cycle of external walls of 4 different noncommercial buildings in Astana, Kazakhstan (schools of different age and varying building envelopes) in terms of embodied energy and GHG emissions. The necessary data and information such as energy consumption, types, specifications and origins of materials used in external walls, maintenance routines and activities, and other relevant parameters were obtained from the building management and relevant construction companies. All the gathered data were analyzed using LCA approach. Preliminary findings suggest that operational stage contributes to more than a half of the GHG emission in all the cases. Building age (e.g. old or new) and specifications of materials used in external walls (e.g. the materials from local or foreign producers) show significant variations in terms of the embodied energy levels and GHG emissions. In addition to selection of materials, their delivery plays a significant role in the whole life-cycle performance of the building.
