        태권도 자유 품새에 적용하기 위한 540˚ 뒤후려차기의 성공요인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental information for success factors of techniques through kinematic analysis including coordination of lower extremities and landing stability according to the success and failure of 540o Dwihuryeochagi in Taekwondo. Twenty Taekwondo athletes: ten success group (S, age: 22.3±1.8 yrs, height: 172.1±5.4 cm, body mass:64.4±4.2 kg) and ten failure group (F, age: 22.3±1.8 yrs, height: 172.1±5.4 cm, body mass: 64.4±4.2 kg) participated in this study. Three-dimensional motion analysis using a system of 3 video cameras with a sampling of 60 fields/s was performed during the competition of 540o Dwihuryeochagi. Motions were divided into five events: pivot foot landing (E1), pivot foot toe off (E2),COM max height (E3), kick impact (E4) and landing (E5). At E1, the stride width was greater for S than for F (p<.05) while the time was greater for S than for F during P4 (p<.05). At E4, knee angle was greater for S than for F (p<.05). At E5, hip angle was greater for S than for F (p<.05) while kick distance was greater for S than for F (p<.05). Furthermore, at P3, the time would be related to kicking velocity (p<.05), while at P4, the time, range of hip angle and knee angle would be related to kick distance (p<.05). At P1, COM horizontal velocity would be related to COM vertical velocity of P1 and P2 (p<.05). Based on the findings,success factors of 540°y Dwihuryeochagi were COM horizontal velocity of P1, COM vertical velocity of P2, the time, kick distance,velocity, angle of lower extremities and coordination of P3-P4.

        태권도 뒤후려차기 동작시 우수선수와 비우수선수의 운동학적 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze different kinematics between skilled and less skilled players by analysing with 3D images of dwihuryeochagi gesture in Taekwondo competition between skilled and less skilled players to suggest quantify dwihuryeochagi gesture for improvement on competition and injury prevention to coach and players. Among the players of Taekwondo competition, 4 skilled players with weight in 68kg and 4 less skilled players with weights in 68kg players dwihuryeochagi gestures and the results of comparison 3D analysis using gesture analyzing system are as follows. The time takes to players dwihuryeochagi was shorter to skilled and less skilled players improves to players quickly after the impacts, Moreover, the core body displacement, in left and right(x), front and rear(y), and vertical(z), was indicated bigger to less skilled players than skilled. Compare to less skilled players, it was shown that skilled players keeps in safe mode by minimizing angles of hip joint and effecting the damage by increasing angles of knees joint. The speed of tiptoe of skilled players was greater than less skilled players before the impact and delines after the impact. This result would lead that skilled players maximize damage power right after the impact and by doing so, speed of tiptoe may declined as the angles of knees joint increases. Thus, minimize hip joint and increase the angles of knees joint would lead to keep safe bood and may maximize the damage powers.

        태권도 수련기간에 따른 뒤후려차기 동작의 운동학적 변인 차이 분석

        This study was conducted to compare and analyze the kinematic variables of Dwihuryeochagi according to Taekwondo training period. For this purpose, the training period of 4 years or more was set as group A, and between 2 years and 4 years was set as group B. And this motion was photographed using 4 digital cameras and analyzed by DLT(direct linear transformation) method. To determine the difference between the two groups, a independent t-test was performed and the level of statistical significance was set at α = .05. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. In the Taekwondo Dwihuryeochagi, the first half performance time of group A was shorter than that of group B, and the movement trajectory of the foot segment and the height of the impact were high. In the trunk segment rotational speed variables of the P1 and P2 sections, the average speed and the maximum speed were larger in group A than group B. As for the velocity variable of the lower extremity segment, group A showed a larger value than group B in all sections except P3, indicating that the connection movement and dynamic trajectory were predominantly formed. 본 연구는 G지역의 태권도 관원생을 대상으로 태권도 뒤후려차기 동작의 수련기간별 운동학적 변인을 비교분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위해 수련기간 4년 이상을 A집단으로, 2년∼4년미만을 B 집단으로 설정하였다. 4대의 디지털카메라를 이용하여 뒤후려차기 동작을 촬영하였으며 DLT(direct linear transformation)방법으로 분석하였다. 두집단 간의 차이점을 규명하기 위해 독립 t-검증을 실시하였으며 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 수련기간이 4 년이상인 A집단과 수련기간이 2년∼4년미만인 B집단의 비교에서 태권도 뒤후려차기 동작 시 A집단은 전반부 수행시간이 B집단보다 짧게 나타났으며 발분절의 이동궤적과 타격높이 또한 더 크게 나타났다. 몸통분절의 회전속도는 P1과 P2구간에서 A집단의 평균속도와 최대속도가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 하지분절의 속도변인에서 P3제외한 모든 속도변인에서 더 큰 값을 보여주어 연결동작과 동적인 궤적이 우세하게 형성되는 것으로 나타났다.

        태권도 뒤후려차기의 인체분절 사이의 협응 형태

        The purpose of this study was to qualitatively analyze coordination pattern of joints and segments during Dwihuryeochagi and present points of difference as compared with the previous studies on Dolryeochagi and Dwichagi in Taekwondo. By the utilization of three-dimensional cinematography, the angles of individual joint and segment of six male Taekwondo experts during Dwihuryeochagi were calculated. The used coordination variables were angle vs. angle plots and angle vs. angular velocity plots. It was observed during Dwihuryeochagi that in-phase coordination including a turning point synchronization and spring-like rotational control mechanism of the lower and upper trunk were transferred into both ballastic and spring-like control mechanism of the lower leg by utilizing the intervention of the fixation of degree-of-freedom, out of phase coordination and decoupled coordination of the lower trunk and the hip joint. This comparative study that used coordination variables seems to be more useful research direction to deeply understand basic control mechanisms of Taekwondo kicking techniques and to propose effective and efficient graded learning sequences among them.

        태권도 시범력 향상을 위한 540°회전 뒤후려차기의 운동학적 비교 분석

        본 연구는 태권도 540° 회전 뒤후려차기시 타격순간 지지발이 지면에서 떨어진상태로 540°회전 뒤후려차기 1단계 기술만이 가능한 시범훈련집단(Training Groups: TG)과 540° 회전 뒤후려차기 3단계를 자유롭게 구사하는 시범 엘리트 집단(Elite Groups: EG)으로 구분하였다. 시범훈련 집단(Training Groups: TG) 6명과 시범 엘리트 집단(Elite Groups: EG) 6명을 대상으로 540°회전 뒤후려차기 동작 시 나타나는 자료를 운동학적 비교 분석을 통해 기술적 결과와 기술 결정요인으로 구분하여 시범력 향상을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 지도자 및 시범단원들에게 제공하여 새로운 시범 기술 개발을 위해 이 연구의 필요성이 있다고 판단이 된다. 분석된 결과는 다음과같은 결론을 얻었다. 태권도 540° 회전 뒤후려차기 동작시 TG의 평균 기술소요시간은 0.81sec소요되었으며, EG은 0.92sec소요되었으며, TG과 EG 간 전구간 통계적 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 두 그룹 모두 좌측 슬관절과 우측 슬관절이 마지막 3구간에서 목표물을 정확하게 가격하기 위한 동작으로 양 슬관절의 높이와 각도를 비슷하게 유지 하였고, 임팩트 시점에 각도를 상승시키면서 강하게 목표물을 강타하였고, 우세발인 좌측 발은 목표물을 강하게 가격하기 위해 각속도와 각가속도를 가파르게 상승시키는 기술적 결과를 보여주었다. 하지만 TG은 EG 보다는 각도의 크기 또한 작고, 각가속도에서도 낮은 속도를 나타내었으며, TG은 EG과 유사한 각도, 각속도,각가속도의 그래프 형태를 나타내고는 있지만 EG 기술을 따라가기 위해 TG은 추후 각가속도를 높이기 위한 반복적이고 꾸준한 체력과 기술 훈련을 실시하여 EG 수준의 각가속도를 향상시키고 근육의 발현 타이밍 완급조절을 하는 것이 가장 중요한 기술 결정 요인으로 판단이 된다. This study divided into two groups. First group is consisted with 6 members of demonstration training group and another group is consisted with 6 members of elite demonstration group. Through performing kinematic comparison analysis based on the data from the two groups` 540° Dwihuryeochagi performances, the researchers categorized technological results and the factors that decide technical improvement, and providing these as basic data to instructors is essential for them to create new skills and for the improvement of demonstration. The average motion time of Taekwondo 540° Dwihuryeochagi is 0.81sec for training group, 0.92sec for elite group. There was no statistical significant difference in all the phases. The most important thing for both groups is that they were able to maintain the angles of both knees at E3 and to make small angle at E4 impact event for strong target. To hit target strongly, angle speed and angular acceleration of left foot was sharply increased. On the other hand, training group showed shorter required time for motion, smaller angle, and lower speed in angular acceleration than elite demonstration group. Training group training group showed similar angle, angular speed, and angular acceleration with elite demonstration group, it is thought that improving angular acceleration in level of elite demonstration group and controlling a moment of muscle movement are most important factors to decide skill - by the physical and technical training repeatedly and continuously.
